Special Characteristics: Most notably there is a thin scar that runs from the middle of his forehead down the right side of his face and a diagonal scar beneath his right collar bone, the shape of which makes it look as though the two are from the same incident.
Personality: Lord Nimbus is stern individual. He's usually very serious and quite often appears very angry for no apparent reason, even when he's calm. He possesses a natural air of authority and dominance which gives him an intimidating presence. As a temperamental deity it does not take very much to infuriate him. Not so subtle hints of his anger are portrayed by his grinding teeth, clenching fists, forehead veins and the occasional sparks of electricity. Whenever he is overcome with rage, he demonstrates a remarkable amount of self control and is most often still capable of restraining himself. As quickly as he is to be angered he is just as quick to forgive and forget as long as amends are made. Vengeful anger on the other hand is an entirely different story. Gods are not known to let go of their grudges and Lord Nimbus is no exception. Wrong him and he will remember it for all Eternity until the wrongdoer has been punished in a manner that is fitting to the crime.
To the surprise of most, Nimbus does possess a sense of humor, however small. In the company of friends Nimbus will crack wise and tease his comrades a little. Even when facing an enemy, he'll mock and joke and egg them on to provoke a reaction. This usually however results in his Friend or Foe retorting with a comeback that enrages him... However depending on the mood of the atmosphere, Nimbus can certainly be a jovial being and is very easy to get along with. Anyone willing to see through his tough exterior will find that he is in fact a gentle giant, who would not cause any harm to anyone or anything who didn't actually deserve harm. He never feels the desire to cause harm to anyone, only to right the wrongs that have been done and to defend the honor and dignity of himself and those he cares about.
Lord Nimbus possesses a warriors mentality. He has his own code of Honor and Moral Justice by which he lives and holds sacred, and in spite of his somber demeanor, he does have a certain benevolent quality about him. He generally thinks little about himself except in matters of Honor and places the needs of others before his own and will always go to the aid of those in need with very little concern for his own well being. In battle, Nimbus is a relentless enemy. He doesn't like "Going easy" on anyone and likes to make a very clear point whenever he steps in to a battle. He takes his foes head on and doesn't fight dirty, considering doing so an act of weakness. That being said, he will only fight as a last resort. That doesn't include the occasional beat down of a rude motherf***er. He generally takes on a leadership role when in teams, having the most powerful air of authority in most groups, the kind of aura that draws people towards him to look for answers and direction. He is a shepherd of the weak, and a punisher of evil.
Likes:
- Cigars: The smoke inhaled from a Cigar has a vastly greater effect on Lord Nimbus' Cloud body than they do on regular humans. The smoke absorbs in to his body and gives him a huge rush of energy and vigor and he's become quite addicted. He carries a few dozen cigars with him at all times and will sometimes smoke two or even three at a time to feel an even greater rush. It is rare that he doesn't have a Cigar on hand, and when he runs out, or the ones he has are somehow destroyed, he will become enraged even easier than he would have before.
- The Sound of Battle: As a God of Thunder, Lord Nimbus' stormy persona is at its calmest in a loud and chaotic atmosphere. The chaos actually helps him think and maintain a level head in stressful situations, to the point where it is actually helpful for allies to bang pots and pans together when it's quiet to help him solve a problem.
- Storms & Cloudy weather: Lord Nimbus' Sunny day is a thundering, windy hurricane. The bellow of thunder and the wind in his hair invigorates him and makes him happy, which is a rare occurrence. Lord Nimbus' affinity for the weather has actually acquired him a keen sense for predicting it, when he's not the one controlling it that is.
Dislikes:
- Silence: If there is one thing the Lord of Thunder hates, it's those long awkward silences. When nothing is happening, Nimbus becomes restless, always anticipating an explosion, or a loud scream, something to dilute the silence. At least during a battle there's no suspense about whether or not there is going to be a battle. His mind runs wild and he finds it difficult to organize his thoughts. It often helps for him to wear headphones so that he can listen to Heavy Metal, or just recorded thunder storms.
- Authority: Nimbus has no problem taking orders on most occasions (With a pinch of salt) however when he knows of a better way, he's not afraid of insubordination. He would expect the same from any one of his own subordinates, even though he's a tad stubborn. It's when he must follow orders form someone lesser than him that he gets angry and hard to deal with. Though even then he's capable of dealing with it for the greater good. It's when Authority is misused that Nimbus is incapable of sitting idle. When someone uses their power for personal gain, Nimbus' wrath is incurred and regardless of the punishments that may befall him, he will see the wrongs righted.
- Birds: It's a pet peeve of Nimbus' that birds fly around in flocks like they own the sky... Who the hell do they think they are? It's bad enough that he has to watch out for them while he's flying around, they have to act all high and mighty about it.
Motivations:
- Punish Evildoers: Nimbus is first and foremost a punisher of Evil. He's made it his goal in life to see the darkness washed from this earth and to let no crime go unpunished. Nimbus follows his own moral code and doesn't always obey the laws of the government when it comes to due process and punishment, however he will always see to it that the punishment fits the crime and that the innocent are protected, even from the Law.
- The Finest Cigars: Ever since he's taken his first puff, Nimbus has been obsessed with Cigars and the quality of them. He's tasted Cigars from all corners of the globe and dreams of finding the Finest quality Cigar to blow smoke in the faces of those he loathes.
- Weed out Corruption: Within every form of government or law enforcement, there is corruption. Nimbus dreams of a day when the government functions as it should, but he's wise enough to know that that is only a dream. Regardless of how inevitable it is, he's made it his duty to weed out that corruption and see that the Law functions as it should, and is not taken advantage of.
Fears:
- Being underground/confined: To be disconnected from the sky is to be disconnected from his source of strength. Though he's not helpless without it, he feels severe discomfort and anxiety when he's deep underground, or in a dungeon like place.
- Helplessness: No matter how strong you are, there are some things that cannot be stopped or helped. Watching your friends and comrades die before you and being powerless to stop it feels like a soul crushing defeat and it's these moments that Nimbus fears most of all.
- Losing Allies: It is a fear that every commander suffers from. The day that you give an order that gets your friends and comrades killed. Nimbus lives with the burden and has suffered the loss before. With every command he gives, the thought lingers in his mind that it may be the wrong command, but he moves forward and manages to live with that lingering doubt and fear.

Appearance: Nimbus is a large, intimidating man white haired man with the distinctive trait of smoking multiple cigars at once. He most often wears a large white and blue military style jacket, with blueish green fur lining the neck, wrists and hem. Many Cigars are normally strapped to the jacket, which also bears the Kanji for Justice on the back. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown or black leather boots
