    Let me tell you that when trying to get a passport, absolutely do anything and everything possible in order to get it and get the hell out as soon as humanly possible. The reason for that being that some of the people in Fiore are rabid as hell, and that's more of an understatement than anything else. Even something as trivial as applying for something can turn into hell on Earth. It's probably something in the water these people drink, because this is straight-up not normal, looking like something straight out of a horror movie or something like that.

    Damn.

    It all started when Ultra watched the television in a pub that he frequented whenever he didn't have anything to do. It looks like Fiore's opening up its borders again. Looks like some shit on black Friday, Ultra thought as he took another swig of his half-empty beer. He really needed to stop swearing. Or at least swear less, because this was just becoming unusual. Anyways, he looked at the passports being given out, and decided that he wanted one for if/when he decided to blow this dump. Who wouldn't want to travel abroad, do some shit, whatever it may be?

    As he got his sweater and made to leave, he noticed that he left his communication lacrima behind. Knowing just how thieving some of the people in this bar are, Ultra speedwalked back to get it, all the while checking the time. 2:20. They close at 5:00. Two hours and forty minutes.

    It was fifteen minutes before Ultra got to the designated place where everybody was supposed to get their passports. On his way there, he stopped by a candy shop and got himself some sweets. Just about half of the stores were closed, and the ones that were open were practically ghost towns. It seemed as if this passport craze was even more serious than anticipated. Ultra rounded the corner and began to see the place, all the while some teenagers ran past him to what seemed to be the ever-growing line. If he didn't get there in time, it was guaranteed that the place would close down before he ever got what he needed.

    He began running as though his life were in danger as soon as he saw the pier. If his calculations were correct, at his speed he'd be getting there in about two minutes. Why was it that half the time he has to run in order to get the things that he needs? It's ridiculous. Makes no sense. Anyways, once he got to the very back of the line, he began waiting. And there he stood for a good fifteen minutes while most everybody else was fighting their way to the booths.

    And in that same fifteen minutes, Ultra's patience burned to the point where he declared that he couldn't take it anymore. Stooping to the level of the others, he decided to punch and kick his way through to the front, which was surprisingly easy considering he was far stronger than most of the people there. It wasn't until he had taken down fifty-four people that he realized one of the booths was opening. Ultra would jump the dividing rope, and run to said booth, so that he nearly slammed into its window.

    "One passport, now."
