Mashyuu in: Demon Seige! Grab the Oni Gauntlet.

Mashyuu snarled at the Demon and the pair rushed forward towards each other. The Demon jumped and the Slayer ducked, both lashing out and missing their targets wildly. Mashyuu swallowed a ball of snot that had welled up in his throat and watched as the Demon landed on the hard ground. It's long tail snaked out at Mashyuu but the Slayer managed to roll backwards while he called up a suit of armor on his body that was made of solid stone.

The Wizard stood up straight and the ground under Mashyuu started to tremble just before it rocketed him forward and allowed the Wizard to slam into the Demon, barreling the pair into a near by building. Mashyuu raised his Oni Gauntlet covered arm and slammed his elbow into the Demon's Jaw as hard as he could. The blow caused the Demon's head to crack and rock to the side. Blood ran down the side of the Demon Lord's head and ran into it's glowing eye while it reached out and grabbed Mashyuu's armored Shoulder. It lifted him up and dropped Mashyuu down over it's knee, the armor cracking under the intense pressure of it's strike.

Mashyuu cried out in pain and went wide eyed. It was amazing that he could feel any sort of pain even in his powerful stone armor. The Slayer rolled to his back, off the knee of the Demon Lord and baited the Demon to get closer. As it reached to pick Mashyuu up, the Earth Wizard grasped the Demon by the head and dug his thumbs into the monsters eyes. The Demon cried out in pain and Mashyuu took the chance to grab his open jaw and yanked down and out as hard as he could, ripping the Jaw off of the monster.

It went silent as it dropped down to it's knees and clutched at it's missing eyes and jaw. Mashyuu took a few paces back and picked up his bow while drawing another arrow. He took aim and blasted the Demon. As the smoke cleared all that was left was a small crater where the Demon Lord had been kneeling.

Mashyuu stood proud, taking deep breaths of air and watching the crater where the Demon Lord once was. Did he kill it or simply send it back to wherever it came from? The Slayer wasn't sure at all. Mashyuu wanted to get the hell out of the small village but he had one more demon to take care of. If not it could spread terrible chaos all over the world. He took a fresh breath of cool air and ran his stone covered arm over his head. Gently the man looked down at his forearm and the stone that was covered with drying blood. "I'm not going to die here ya know." Mashyuu spoke to his ring and felt it pulse with pride for the Dragon Slayer and his willingness to fight against the odds.

With a staggering step Mashyuu walked forward towards a small outcropping of stone buildings. His blue eyes darted around to glance from side to side, desperate to find someone who was still alive. Anyone who had a chance of living still. Mashyuu walked to the center of the six homes and cupped his mouth to throw his voice. "Is anyone around? Or harmed?" Mashyu shouted and listened with his enhanced hearing.

The Earthen Wizard listened carefully for any sign of life when something dropped down behind him. Mashyuu spun around and aimed an arrow right at the face of the armored Demon he had been fighting an hour before hand. Softly the Demon started to chuckle and speak. However Mashyuu wouldn't give it the chance to finish what it started to say. He released the arrow and stuck the Demon in the skull with the tip of the arrow. With a thundering crack it exploded, blinding the demon with smoke. At the same time Mashyuu pulled his arm back and threw his palm forward, cracking the Demon in the chest with a bolt of golden thunder, doing little in damage but enough to cause some harm.

The smoke started to clear and Mashyuu didn't let up, again he fired an arrow at the demon, slamming the projectile right into the monsters shoulder. The man grinned. It couldn't have been half as strong as the Demon King, not as far as Mashyuu knew. But the creature stepped forward, whipping it's blade around to clear the smoke. The Demon snarled, it's bloody teeth pushed through it's bottom lip as if it didn't cause any real pain and Mashyuu's skin crawled under his stone armor. Mashyuu drew another arrow and started to aim it along the bow string when the Demon rushed forward at the Slayer.

Mashyuu staggered back and winced as a sword slammed into his ribs, shattering his armor in the process but surely saving his life. The Earth Wizard wrapped his arm around the Demon's sword arm and locked it in place. His gauntlet covered arm pulled back and slammed into the Demons face three times as fast and hard as his body would let him. The Earth Wizard reached his foot up and planted it to the Demon's chest and kicked off him. The blow did no harm to the Demonic creature but drove it back a few feet from the Earth Wizard.

The young man couldn't take the monster in a straight fight, it would have been a losing battle for sure. The Slayer turned tail and ran from the Demon, trying to put some real space between them. He drew an arrow and realized that he had dropped his bow at some point. It was back when he hooked the Demon's arm and started to land blow after blow into the monsters face. Mashyuu swept right but found his feel falling out from under him. The gavel of the street failing him terribly. Mashyuu hit the ground and rolled to his back and looked at the growing shadow of the demon coming closer...

"OH hell no." Mashyuu whispered and threw himself up and ran as fast as he could. The ground was a blur under the Wizard while he refused to look over his shoulder, the man couldn't bring himself to fight this thing in a hand to hand fight without knowing he had the upper hand. The Earth Wizard was almost terrified to the point of not being able to even run but he had to get some space and double back for the bow.

Mashyuu looked down at his shadow and from it the Demon reached up and grabbed Mashyuu's leg. The Wizard hit the ground hard and took a deep breath. "NO freaking way!" The Slayer shouted and a moment later he was pulled into the shadow and tugged out of the Demon's. Mashyuu wasn't about to let the second in command beat Mashyuu's in a fist fight or any other kind of fight. He pointed at the ground and a giant fist rose up from it. "Earth Dragons Stone Fist!" He shouted.

The stone fist smashed into the Demon and caused it to drop Mashyuu on the ground. The Slayer smashed into the ground and shook his head side to side while trying to clear the cobwebs out of his skull. The Earth Wizard stood up and raised his arms to fight, just in time to bring his left arm up to block a strike the Demon sent at Mashyuu with his clawed arm. Mashyuu went wide eyed, amazed that he was able to block the Demon's arm with his own. The Dragon Slayer whipped his body around and tried to swing his gauntlet covered arm at the back of the Demonic monsters head. The Demon however was swift enough to duck and evade the strike. A demonic blade cut through the air and Mashyuu called up earth around his body and was sucked down into the earth while the ground wrapped around him and left an empty shell.

A few meters away the ground erupted and spat Mashyuu out unharmed. The Demon's sword cut through the shell of earth and hit the ground. Mashyuu hit the ground and let his eyes glance about. It had been some time since he pushed his magic to the limits and actually had recovered enough magic to do some damage if he needed to. With any luck it wouldn't come to that since the monster was resistant to Mashyuu's magic.

Mashyuu was drawing heavy breaths of air, his light blue eyes focused on the monster standing a few meters away from him. "Ring.... You have a name?" Mashyuu asked. Ux. It means Savior in the language of the Dragons. The Ring responded. Mashyuu grinned at the name and nodded up and down. "Figures... Well, I don't have much left in the tank. Think you can keep me safe?" Ux laughed before going dead silent for a moment. I'll do my best Mashyuu. Good luck.

The Earth Wizard rushed forward and the Demon pulled his sword arm back then hurled the bladed weapon as hard as he could. The silvered blade whipped and whirled around in a wide arch, soaring towards Mashyuu as he ran at the Demon. Mashyuu brought his gauntlet covered arm up and swatted away the blade while drawing closer and closer.

A loud and proud scream ripped through the sky as Mashyuu faked a left handed strike but instead brought up his right knee into the monsters rib cage as hard as the Slayer could muster. A bone shattering crack filled the air around the fighters. The Demon whipped it's clawed hand out but Mashyuu's ring, Ux, saw the strike coming and warned Mashyuu of the impending strike. The brown haired Slayer brought his left arm across the Demon's face, cracking the dark creature in the jaw with Mashyuu's forearm. The young man swiftly dropped backwards and brought his legs up in skilled back flip, at the same time slamming both his booted feet into the monsters chin.

The flurry of attacks staggered the Demon and caused it to rock backwards while Mashyuu flipped and landed on his feet. Both his hands were up, one grasping the feathers of an arrow even though he had no bow. If needed Mashyuu would hurl the projectile at the Dark Demon.

Mashyuu tossed the arrow in the air and pointed to the ground, a small blunt stone floated to the Earth Wizards finger tip. The Demon watched confused as to why the Slayer would toss the arrow up for but a moment. Suddenly Mashyuu kicked the arrow as hard as he could, knocking the arrow right in front of the Demon. Just before the arrow would have landed harmlessly against the Demon's chest Mashyuu pointed his finger at the arrow. The Slayer fired off the stone and struck the tip of the arrow, causing it to explode on impact. The Demon howled in pain as it was swallowed in fire.

The Wizard rushed forward into the fire fueled blast when suddenly a dark arm launched out of the smoke, Mashyuu tried to back peddle but it was to late. A fist smashed into Mashyuu's face, caving in his eye and causing it to swell instantly. The Wizard flipped through the air and landed on his back behind the Demon, Mashyuu's momentum carried him past the Demon some ten feet. The smoke cleared and the Demon twisted his head to look at Mashyuu with disgust. "You have done well. Even going as far as to defeat my master. But now with the fool gone I can claim the Oni Gauntlet as my own and harness the power. Now..." The Demon turned and stepped on Mashyuu's gauntlet covered arm and grasped Mashyuu by the wrist. "...Die."

Harshly the Demon yanked up on Mashyuu's arm, bones creaking under the pressure and strength of the Demon standing proud above him. The blue eyed Wizard cried out and kicked at the ground, trying to free himself and failing terribly. "Nnnnn Dark ONE!" He called out. Mashyuu's shadow jumped up and smiled at the Wizard and raised a clawed hand to take Mashyuu's face. "Not now!" He shouted.

Mashyuu snarled at the Dark One who was looking to take it's chance at freedom from Mashyuu then he warped into a shadow and vanished. Mashyuu appeared twelve feet away from the Demon and the Dark One. Mashyuu could barely see out of both his eyes, one being swollen. In his left hand was his now broken right arm. "I'm not gonna die here..." What was left of his good eye darted around and caught sight of the bow. Mashyuu didn't say a word but put his mental influence on the Dark One, compelling it to go for the bow and bring it to Mashyuu.

The Wizard sprang up on his feet and rushed to the left, his feet carrying him as fast as they possibly could while the small Dark shadow monster twisted and rushed for the bow. It scooped the weapon up and vanished in a shadow then appeared on Mashyuu's shoulder and placed the bow in Mashyuu's left hand while drawing an arrow with the Dark One's clawed hand. It notched the arrow while Mashyuu lifted his hand and grabbed the bowstring with his mouth.

Fueled by anger the Demon rushed Mashyuu, trying to close the distance before Mashyuu could pull the bowstring back. Mashyuu this shot might kill you. Mashyuu didn't reply, his body quivered with fear for a moment as the Demon came point blank within the shot of the bow. Mashyuu opened his mouth and the arrow flew from the bow and smashed into the Demon at point blank Range. At the same time Mashyuu slung his broken right arm up and threw a bolt of electricity into the Demon.

The Demon went flying back while Mashyuu was sent into the ground hard. He bounced off the stone ground and the Demon went sailing through the air and smashed into the ground some thirty feet away. Mashyuu pulled himself up off the ground, most of his body failing him at this point, but he managed to stay up, if barely. "Earth... Dragons War Hammer." He groaned and opened his left Palm. From the gloves he wore a bright light flashed and formed earth to create the heavy Hammer. Mashyuu dragged the weapon to the downed and prone body of the demon and lifted the weapon weakly. "Go back to hell.." He muttered and dropped the hammer on the monsters head three times in a row, smashing it to pieces before Mashyuu passed out from loss of blood and the injuries his body had...

One week later...

Mashyuu laid in his bed at the Sabertooth Guild hall, placed in bandages from head to toe. Rocky had come to find Mashyuu when the Wizard didn't come home. The stone creature picked Mashyuu off the ground and flew him home to recover and left the Slayer with the only thing left in the village, a strange orb of crackling energy....
