The blonde nun looked out over the distant sea as the winds blew across the plains and cliffs. It was time to go through another ranking exam with another member of the guild. It seemed that there was a recent rush, which on the one hand was a good thing since more powerful mages, stronger mages, meant that the side of good would be ready for any new threat that would arise.
On the other, the surge in powerful mages... it could mean one of two things. Either this world was going to be flooded with powerful mages in a very short amount of time which would lead into problems as they found their power overwhelming them. Or that something terrible was coming and mages were becoming stronger much more quickly in an unconscious, or divinely guided, and Kiersa wasn't sure which option she preferred to consider.
For now though, she had an exam to proctor. Now the question was how to go about it...
