"You took my bird's wings, and now I've taken your arm. A fitting exchange." The bandit said, turning around. "But you also took his life, so now it's time I take yours." Almyra fought to get up off her knees, still holding onto the bleeding stump of her forearm. "Still got some fight in you, eh?" She did. She felt the power of entropy building inside her. She would defeat... no, not just defeat. She would kill this man for everything he had done to her people. There was suddenly a massive blast of noise, its source unknown. Almyra had never seen or heard Anastasia use her bass cannon. It gave pause to the bandit, looking towards the source of the noise in confusion and worry. Whatever that was, it was powerful, hopefully his men were able to handle it.
Still, the distraction gave Almyra a chance to channel her magic, creating the same defensive aura she had started the fight with, as well as empowering her remaining hand with entropic power. She had risen to her feet, but not yet turned around. At least the bass cannon had provided enough distraction for her to call forth her magic again. But now, as she went to turn, she heard a shout from behind her before searing agony spread through her back and stomach. She gasped as the raider's blade forced its way through her back and chest. She looked down to see the bloodied steel sticking through her. The blade of the saber was beginning to rot away due to her aura as it lashed out at the blade. "No..." She said weakly. She took hold of the blade with her right hand, her empowered fingers accelerating the rot. She turned now, with all of her might, snapping the blade off inside her chest. "The hell are you?" "NO!" She screamed through the pain, punching the raider in the chest with all her might, throwing as much magic behind the punch as she could, ripping a hole in his chest and armor with it. "NO! NO! NO!" She continued to scream, punching his face now, the entropic energy tearing it apart, exposing the inside of his mouth and his jaw as the skin and muscle were worn away. She continued her assault on the now unarmed bandit as he was taken aback by the sudden fury of her assault. He took hold of her arm, pulling her forward and headbutting her, but the headbutt did nothing to stop the frenzied Almyra. He groaned in pain as his hands by Almyra's magic. She pulled her hand away now, as he was unable to maintain his grip with the pain in his hands. Almyra sent out a pulse of energy during her assault, unconsciously at this point, but soon that pulse would detonate to further harm the raider.
