• Energy blades: The user is able to focus the kinetic energy into the form of blades to slice opponents for more subtle damage. These are 2ft long and the magical abilities of the user, including those from this weapon and others, can be focused into these blades. However, when the blades are out the user cannot use the long ranged explosive attack nor do they get the knock back.
  
• Antlike strength: Like an ant Magna is able to lift one thousand times his own weight. However, this only relates to lifting and throwing. His physical punching strength is not increased. Objects thrown using this mechanic will only do as much damage/receive as much damage as a physical blow from the user.

These are gauntlets designed to add to the user's physical combat strength greatly. These gauntlets have two main modes of attacks. The first is a basic punch, but rather than just enhancing it by giving it a bit more oomph it instead generates a pulse of kinetic energy which is the real source of the damage. This also gives it one hell of a knockback able to knock back someone of equal rank 20ft, doubling for each rank below.

The second form of these is a mid ranged variant where the user is able to launch off bursts of kinetic energy at a range of up to 33ft. These bursts cover the distance in around half a second.

A common use of these abilities is not in direct combat, but is instead using the pulses of kinetic energy to propel the user through the air allowing feats such as double jumping.

The gauntlets are specifically designed and fitted to work on Magna's arms and respond only to his magic signature. If someone else was to try and wield them they would just be gauntlets and probably not very well fitting ones.
