The location of the shack is located in the outskirts of the spooky forest. Anyone would be considered foolish to live on such a land where ghosts, wild animals, and savage skull members dwell. But zecarayus actually enjoys the land, he deeply does due to how much dead is on it. So finding a shack was good for him, that and he knew the animal's and savage skulls patterns, and knows the shack is way out of their territory. So here he enjoys a comfortable life of reading and venturing into the woods, and is not alone. Some spirits that zecarayus has encountered in the forest have followed him, and he helped these spirits with their issues. This has earned zecarayus friends of all kinds of the dead, and they have been beneficial to him too. While on the grounds of the land, zecarayus is considered more powerful then normal, due to both the environment and the magic he has put in the ground to deter others. The magic creates a field to where anyone can feel an ominous feeling upon reaching the house, it gets stronger the closer they dwell unless zecarayus is expecting them. Even on the ground though, the spirits are much stronger as they can interact with the physical world here, and hostile spirits that try to enter these lands are quickly dealt with, either because of zecarayus's own power or the spirits that dwell here who would fend off intruders.
- tree/backyard:
The tree resembles any tree in the spooky forest, gnarled and twisted. The only difference though is that through the care of zecarayus and some of the spirits, it hides life. This life is showed in spring and the summer, where the tree blossoms with flowers and eventually produces apples, though very few in number it still holds more life then the other trees around it.
The backyard of the shack has been made into a small farm field, to where some vegetables or fruit bushes can grow. In fact the farm was zecarayus's idea, as the spirits he allows on the land like to tend to the farm, to give life where they have only seen and known death. Of course, the farm usually doesn't yield a lot, but the main point is for the spirits to occupy themselves rather then dwelling around in anguish and despair. Usually the lights of wisps can be seen hovering over the farm field, but these are spirits that actually tend the farm.
- Inside the home:
- spirits:
Zecarayus as said is not alone in the house, as he has the company of spirits. These spirits that dwell in the home he values deeply, and if messed with he would take great offense too, though it may vary based on the situation.- Sir daniel:
This spirit was once a knight who aided in the fight against the licheborne long ago, and unfortunately was the first to die on the first fight. Daniel was depressed with this, and mourned as he wandered the forest, ashamed of his death. Zecarayus found this spirit, and through much counseling, talking, and listening, he was able to get to the man that was once alive. So thankful, he wished to be with zecarayus as a guard, in which zecarayus did not decline. As a spirit, sir daniel mainly monitors the home or the outside, and will tell zecarayus if anyone has come by or try to get onto his land. Very loyal, he also serves as the keeper of the other spirits, trying to be the voice of reason in their disputes that may happen. Often he will not carry his weapon nor shield unless their is good reason to be alert, in which on this land, he is not afraid to show what he learned long ago.
- Wretched ghost of the attic:
This spirit zecarayus is not sure of what it was in life, or if it was even alive, but it followed him and he has grown to adore the creature, calling it "wretch". The spirit itself is the size of a human head, and will often float around aimlessy in the home or follow one of the other spirits or zecarayus around. However if zecarayus brings company to the shack, it will hide and try to scare the company. But if someone can handle the noises and actually spot the wretched ghost, it will flee through the walls or to the attic, as it is fearful of new people and spirits.
