Arcam Tempus is a highly versatile magic; it could be argued to be one of the most useful magic in history, as Time Magic has few weaknesses. It allows the caster the ability to rewrite, and construct the concept of Time as a means of offense, defense, and immense utility.
In general, the idea revolves around manipulating reality with the idea that all beings, non-living and living are connected to everything else through an infinite amount of parallel planes; Planes of Existence that are brought together so that they create the fabric of reality as perceived by humans, animals, gods, demons, intelligent beings, etc. Because of this discovery, the user is able to almost limitlessly change the concept of time however they wish.
But, there are difficulties to this magic, for not only the user, but to others as well. It is hard to perform and requires excellent control of the mind as well as using a good sense of justice. Every action has a reaction, whether that is good or bad.
A N A L Y S I S
There are many theories and ideas around the subject of Time; whether time exists on a single plane, multiple, parallel worlds... None of these are proven as of this moment.
So, to form some amount of reality around this magic, i had to think hard of how it was possible in the construction and formality of Time in the world of Fairy Tail.
In this world, magic is within everything, time, space, beings, living or not; and in this magic is traces of Ethernano that resides within the small amounts of magic. This is the glue that holds the planes of reality together, strands of the fabric of time tied between them. When those strands are manipulated, Reality begins to change. Ark of Time, is about manipulating the Ethernano and magic within the strands in the Fabric of Reality. To change Time at Will.
H I S T O R Y
During the fight with the Narukami Clan within Infinity Hydra, Tyriel was injured very badly. After falling unconscious, a guildmate attempted to move her out of harm's way, by sending her through a wormhole in Time. The newly formed Requip Mage was unable to control her magic that seeped out of her pocket dimension and this caused a huge rift through the realities of space.
The pocket dimension folded in on itself and cut at the woman, tearing her back, legs, and right arm.
After coming out of the Wormhole, Tyr had a pulse of electricity sent through her body, which neutralized her Archive Magic, lightning being her weakness.
Due to having her magical power sapped away at such a fast rate, Tyr would never be able to use her Archive Magic again.
It was several weeks later, that she worked hard to depict an ancient tome she brought back to the guild months earlier.
Within the book, there was magical runes that granted her the gift of this Lost Magic. One of the true Lost Magics of the world, one that is taboo.
Ark of Time.
Strengths:
✵ Versatility - Time has limited weaknesses, and can be used in all kinds of situations.
✵ Mold Magic - Ark of Time is classified as the bane of all mold magics, as Time magic can reverse the creations, or decay them.
✵ Accuracy - This magic never misses, as the desired effect is 100% performed every time.
✵ Casting - Ark of Time does not require words of hand movements to be casted, the only recognition that this magic is being used is that Tyriel's eyes will appeared strained and a symbol will be imprinted in the pupil.
Weaknesses:
✵ Non-Combative - This magic is not used in hand on hand combat, and is rather difficult to to use in fast paced fights.
✵ Living Beings - Ark of Time can affect living beings, but it can not stop the aging process.
✵ Allies - Because Time effects the whole fabric of reality, if using magic that has a wide range, it could put allies in harm's way if not focused
✵ Speed - Ark of Time is non-combative, and therefore the speed at which spells and effects are performed it as a slower state
✵ Strenuous - The concept of time manipulation requires a massive amount of focus, and when used in continuation it will cause headaches for the caster.

Unique Abilities:
✵ Health Regeneration - Time revolves around wounds and the effect of pain, by putting off a little bit of MP, Tyriel is capable of Healing herself and Allies by reversing how the wound was created. This effect can only remain active for a maximum of 6 posts and has a cooldown of 7 posts. During this active ability, Tyriel is more than capable of casting other spells.
