Weak against rock or gem based magic.
[b]Abilities: Scales to A:The user of the electric eye may enchant the arm the item is worn on with an electric field applying electric damage to targets hit. This effect increases the user's attacks with this arm to deal 40% more damage.

Drawbacks: Only a near master Mage maybe able to call out the true power of the ring, this in  turn means a C ranked mage may only increase attacks by 15% while a B ranked can do 30%.

Ability 2:Scales to A: The electric powers of the ring flow into the user's body, this increases the speed of the signal nerves send to the brain allowing the body to move faster than it may normally. On the back side of this ability Pain is also felt quicker and harder but does the same amount of damage as it normally would. This ability gives a 35% speed boost.

Alrighty you got me again; I need a link to purchase again. Must have one more weakness than strength, and second ability (this time for sure) is not an effect/passive that is most certainly an active which is a no go on items.
