While her training of the recruits in Era was going on, there was evidently a break out at the prison. Watching the lacrima vision, Lexa saw there was a reward being given to whom ever was able to find, apprehend, and return the prisoner. Sitting in the living room of the inn she was in, the family who owned it had a look of fear as the devilish smile crept its way across Lexa's face. The convenience of the job, the simplicity, and the target's vulnerability alone was enough to make Lexa smile at the easy money she was about to make. The only things that would make the job easier is if the prisoner agreed to come willingly, or the prison changed the order to an execution mission. Lexa retired for the night, taking with her the sweet promise of nearly free cash when she woke up.
The sound of an alarm rouse Lexa form her rest. The sound was also accompanied by that of feet shuffling about her room as the daughter of the family was dusting off the various items in the room. The young girl noticed Lexa hitting the snooze button and shifting over on her side, refusing to wake up. She gave a slight giggle and walked over to the window. She grabbed the inner lining of the curtains and gave a quick tug, releasing a blast of sunlight directly into the room that penetrated even the super thick blanket Lexa was curled up under. Lexa let off a groan as she shifted over, picking up her pillow and stuffing it over the side of her head to block out the sunlight. The girl walked over and gently removed the pillow, saying "It's okay. I hate mornings too, but you have work miss Grimoire. Weren't you planning to catch that prisoner today?" she said in a kind voice, reminding Lexa of her special plan for the day. "I'll do it later..." she said slowly with a groggy tone. "But the longer you wait, the higher the chance of someone else doing it before you." the girl said. 'Dammit she's right.' Lexa thought to herself and began pushing herself up with tired, half asleep arms. Lexa flipped herself over and miraculously managed to sit up right. A piece of her silky blonde hair slid from the side of her head to the front of her face as she looked with a nearly dead expression at the opposing end of the room. "My mom took care of your clothes for you." the girls said as she handed Lexa her clothing. It was soft, folded flawlessly and still warm from being freshly ironed. They smelled like flowers, and made Lexa wanna go back to sleep. Lexa slowly slid off the bed and began undressing, not caring for the other girl in the room. The younger girl began stripping the bed as Lexa got off, and waited for Lexa to finish getting dressed before opening the door to go get fresh sheets. After a few minutes of Lexa getting her weapons and properly placing them she walked down stairs and thanked the family for being such amazing hosts, as well as providing their payment for letting her use the room.
Finding the convict didn't take long for Lexa. She simply burst into light and checked everywhere in under a second. The convict was in some house, holding a child with some woman in the kitchen cooking. Lexa made no hesitance to appear directly in front him with her arms crossed, and that kind of expression that speaks for itself. The convict looked at Lexa sternly, as though he were prepared to fight for his freedom. "I take it this is your family?" Lexa asked with a stern voice. The man nodded, his eyes softening as he held his daughter. "I'll cut you a deal. You get two hours, then you come back to the prison. Quietly." she said while unfolding her arms. The man agreed to the offer, figuring if she could just pop up in front him, running would be futile. Lexa sat off on the side for the two hours, during which time the woman in the kitchen offered her a meal; but Lexa respectfully declined it. As promised, the man walked with Lexa back to his cell and even went the extra mile to close the door himself. A quick tug on the bars confirmed it was indeed locked. The warden placed the payment in Lexa's hands and had the guards escort her out.
