Description:
Fire Dragon Slayer magic is a type of Lost Magic that grants its wielder powers similar to the Fire Dragon’s of old. In Haretsa’s case, she is what’s called a 2nd Generation Dragon Slayer; one who has obtained this Lost Magic by having a Dragon Lacrima absorbed into their bodies rather than being taught by an actual Dragon. With this magic, Haretsa is able to conjure up and control flames from just about any part of her body that she can imagine; which also demonstrates her bodies magically enhanced resistance to most fires due to this magic.
Strengths:
Allows its user to consume most types of fire, magical and natural, to replenish their strength and MP.
The natural tendencies of this magic grant the wielder higher physical limits than normal mages.
Couples well with Wind based magics, feeding off the oxygen of the air based magic to increase its area of effect and damage as long as the Wind spell is equal in rank.
Elementally strong against Ice, Plant/Nature, and Metal based magics
Weaknesses:
While more difficult to deal with than most fires, Water and Earth based magics will still beat this magic as long as they are of equal or higher rank.
While users are generally skilled enough to keep their flames from burning out of control, it’s still incredibly easy for them to create a widespread fire in mere seconds if they are not careful.
Motion sickness is a problem that plagues all generations of Dragon Slayers, causing them to be unable to ride any form of transportation normally.
Wind spells of a higher rank will snuff out the flame’s of any of this magic’s spells.
Haretsa cannot consume the flames she produces nor can she eat any “mixed” element flames, nor the ones from the god and demon slayers of her element.

- Description: Everyone knows the story of Acnologia; one of the original Dragon Slayer’s that went mad with power and eventually became the dragon known and feared as the Dragon King. However, the side of the story that hardly anyone knows is that the Dragon King had a wife for some time before he stopped caring about humans; despite still being one himself. Not long after obtaining his power and title, Acnologia’s wife became pregnant and bore a child. It was soon after this that Acnologia’s care for humans diminished for some unknown reason. He left his wife and child to roam and simply do as he pleased; abandoning his descendant and leaving them to never know the power that coursed through their blood.
Such was the case for all the descendants that eventually spread out from Acnologia’s family. At birth, the descendant is born with a strange, drake looking mark on either their left or right arm near the wrist. Most assumed it to be nothing more than a bizarre birthmark, while some desired to know its meaning. These few tried discovering the meaning behind this mark and the power that it brought with it. A mere five people throughout history were capable of tapping into this power, but none ever truly knew its full extent.
This brings us to the young Haretsa Shikon, who discovered this power during a game of tag with her elder siblings. They were always able to outrun her, but the adrenaline surge that this strange power gave off when her birthmark glowed bright orange allowed her to keep up and even run faster than them despite being much younger. As she grew older, Haretsa discovered that it was not just her speed that became increased, but her strength, reaction time, and endurance as well. Yet despite this, she still hasn’t fully tapped into the true power of her bloodline. As she continues to grow, the true power of this lineage will grow more and more apparent to her, for she possess the key that her ancestors never had; the magic of a Dragon Slayer.
Ability:
Passives:
King’s Endurance: Upon reaching B rank, Haretsa will have 10% more HP than the average mage.
Royal Aura: Haretsa’s very magic power begins to feel more and more like the Dragon King’s; becoming relatively noticeable once she achieves B rank. Once she has reached S rank, those around her will feel as though they really are in the presence of the mighty Black Dragon. (IC story fluff)
Active:
Black Dragon’s Rage: Upon activation, Haretsa’s birthmark glows the same as the blue markings that adorn the Black Dragon’s scales. These same markings then appear along her arm, spreading across both her shoulder blades and along her other arm as well. Once the markings adorn her body, Haretsa receives a bonus surge of power, granting her a 40% increase to her magical and physical strength as well as her reaction time and speed. She will also gain a bonus of 25% resistance to physical and magical attacks. However, this power is not without its drawback. While she does get enhanced capabilities, Haretsa will enter a berserk like state; the voice of the Dragon King constantly shouting ”DESTROY!” in her head and this urge essentially takes over her body. In this state, she will assault anything and everything from the very enemy she needs to take out to a nearby tree for looking at her funny and insulting her mother. This berserk mindset will become slightly easier to resist as Haretsa grows stronger, but she will never fully be able to control the urge to destroy with this active until she achieves H rank.
Usage: Black Dragon’s Rage will last for a total of 5 posts before going on a 10 post cooldown and can only be used twice per thread.

-As long as the flames are not mixed with another magic or are the flames produced by the god or demon Slayer's, Haretsa can eat the flames of an opponents attack even if it is of a rank higher than her own; nullifying the attack completely as long as it is a non-physical spell. While she can still eat the flames off of an opponents physical attack, say a flaming punch, she will merely negate the fire by eating it; she's still gonna get punched.

Hardened Scales:
Much akin to a Fire Dragon’s scales, Haretsa’s skin has become rather hardened, causing Haretsa to gain a minor damage reduction from phyiscal based attacks by 20% and her skin is much harder to pierce or cut than a normal persons. However, the damage resistance will not stack with her armor, Flect, since it covers her skin.
Blazing Scales:
A similar ability comes from Haretsa's skin possessing the same kind of violent heat found in the scales of any Fire Dragon. Due to this, any physical strike Haretsa receives will result in whatever part of the opponent's body that struck her being burned for damage equivalent to one spell below her rank.This ability caps out when Haretsa is A rank (dealing B rank damage), only works up to the first 6 physical attacks she receives before going on a 12 post cooldown, and will not work whenever she has her armor activated.
Thermal Vision:
Through intense focus, Haretsa can utilize her magic and allow her eyes to see the infrared spectrum around her, allowing her to pick up on heat signatures through solid objects. She can see heat signatures up to 30 meters away at C rank, 35 at B, 40 at A and 46 at S. This ability drains 2.5% at C, 2% at B, 1.5% at A, and 1% at S, of her total mana per post as long as it remains and active. Due to the intense focus required to do this, Haretsa cannot move more than 1 meter without the ability instantly deactivating regardless of if she wills it to or not. She can move freely with the Thermal Vision active only when she has achieved S rank.
Afterburner:
A fairly straightforward ability that allows Haretsa to emit highly concentrated flames from her body in order to propel herself at higher speeds in order to close any gaps between her and her target as well as get her attacks off faster. This ability gives Haretsa a 40% boost to her attack and movement speed.
Mana Incineration:
A nifty little ability Haretsa picked up on as she was developing her spells that she named after guns. (I.E Fire Dragon’s Cannon Fist, Rifle Palm, ect.) She discovered that these spells in particular tend to have a unique attribute to the way their flames damage an opponent. These flames not only damage an opponent externally, but internally as well in the form of burning away 5% of the opponent's mana so long as the opponent is equivalent to or lower than Haretsa’s current rank at the cost of + 2 to the spell's cooldown and 2% additional mana cost to cast. Has no effect on people higher ranked than her. Only two gun named spells are allowed per rank and only one is allowed at S rank.
- Fusion Force a.k.a Hybrid Mode:
Description: Due to Haretsa having both a Fire Dragon Slayer and Shadow Dragon Slayer lacrima forcefully implanted within her at a young age and her training with the previous Shadow Dragon Slayer, Ayeseru Suzumoto, on Shadow Island, Haretsa has gained the ability to activate a mode which she has dubbed Fusion Force. Fusion Force is essentially a Hybrid Slayers version of Dragon Force, giving them stat boosts in every area with the additional effect of combining her Fire and Shadow Dragon Slayer magics into one.
Fusion Force also changes up Haretsa’s physical appearance a small bit. Both of her arms and hands become entirely coated with black and purple scales with her fingernails changing to be more like a dragons claws. The pupils of her eyes change over to look like raging black flames. Her hair takes this same type of form as well, shifting over to a black color with the ends appearing to be flowing like the very flames that she wields.. Any fire produced from Haretsa while she is in Fusion Force will be a similar rich black flame with a royal purple outline about it.
Abilities of this mode:
Fusion Force can be activated at will, anytime.
Fusion Force highly increases the power of the Dragon Slayer's magic, physical endurance, speed, and strength. Whilst in this state, the slayer has both of their elements visible in some form on their body or aura. It puts all stats into the next range on the character scaling.
The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%.
In Fusion Force, all of the Dragon Slayer’s spells contain both of their elements.
During Fusion Force, the Slayer does not lose any mp from casting spells, but after it wears off they are left with 10% mp.
Lasts for 7 posts.

Description: Haretsa inhales deeply, gathering a large amount of flames in her mouth as she inhales. Upon exhaling, the flames erupt out in a cylindrical blast 3 meters in diameter and out towards her opponent in a straight line up to 50 meters at 30 meters a second.
Strengths:
- Has great range and damage
- The roar will generally dominate other spells of equal or lesser rank in a clash.
- Easily melts through Metal based spells of equal or lesser rank
Weaknesses:
- Will be beaten by any Water or Earth based spell of equal or higher rank in a clash
- Easily dominated by spells of a higher rank than it.
-Only travels in a straight line
- Can be dodged by a dash to the side or a super jump

Name: Fire Dragon’s Saber Fang
Rank: B

Description: Clenching her hand into a fist, Haretsa cock’s back her right arm as she gathers a large amount of flames around her fist. These flames then take the shape of a 2 meter wide and 10 meter long drill that spins around rapidly before Haretsa throws a punch towards her enemy wherever they may be, launching the spinning drill out up to a maximum distance of 50 meters at 30 meters per second. The drill will then violently bore into its target before exploding.
Strengths:
Can be launched at the enemy wherever they may be, even if they are flying.
The drill is specifically designed to shred through armors, dealing 10% more damage to Legendary class (B rank and below) armors.
If the drill hits an opponent who is not protected, it will deal an additional 15% damage to that target.
Weaknesses:
Cannot tear through any Artifact class armors (A rank or higher defensive spells)
Will not be more effective against Earth based defenses
The drill is rather loud and large, so makes it impossible to really use for a sneak attack
The explosion does not deal AoE damage as it is kept on the person or creature that the drill is boring into.
Name: Fire Dragon’s Shotgun Talon
Rank: B
Type: Offensive

Description: Haretsa engulfs her nearest foot to the enemy in a raging flame before balancing herself on the opposite leg. She will then quickly pull back her flaming leg before delivering a quick kick to her opponent with the sole of her foot; the sound of a shotgun firing echoing throughout the area as the flames explode upon impact and sending the unlucky sod flying backwards.
Strengths:
Sends anyone unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of this kick flying 15 meters backwards.
The flames from the explosion will leave the target on fire for 2 posts, dealing an additional C ranks worth of damage total if they don’t put themselves out quick enough.
Since the foe will be on fire and concentrated on putting themselves out, this can potentially leave them vulnerable to further attacks.
Weaknesses:
Mages with Earth magic will only be on fire for a single post
Mages with Water magic will only be on fire for a single post
No range whatsoever, strictly a melee spell.
Requires Haretsa to have a leg to use (I.E can’t use if she has a broken leg)
Will leave Haretsa somewhat open to attack if she misses
Name: Fire Dragon’s Cannon Fist
Rank: B

Description: Haretsa gathers a 1 meter ball of concentrated flames around one of her fists before slamming that fist into her opponent. The sound of a ship’s cannon being fired will then rip through the air as the ball of flames rocket forth from her fist at the moment of impact; knocking the opponent back 15 meters before unleashing a violent 15 meter in diameter explosion. Additionally, Haretsa can also punch the air to send the ball of flames out up to 35 meters at 25 meters per second before the ball ends up exploding.
Strengths:
Versatile as it can be used as a close range or long range spell
Good for single target damage and AoE damage.
Can be used as an overhead punch to drive an enemy straight into the ground, though this runs the risk of damaging Haretsa as well in the explosion.
Can be used as an uppercut to send the opponent flying straight up into the air.
Weaknesses:
The blast doesn’t deal as much damage to those caught in it as opposed to the sod who gets hit by the spell.
The blast can be completely nullified by another Fire slayer.
Can easily set the surroundings on fire due to the blast radius (Not a good idea to use in forests)
Has lower range compared to most B rank spells.
The blast can damage any allies that get caught in it

Name: Fire Dragon's Raging Talon’s
Rank: C-Rank
Type: Offensive

Description: Balling both of her fists and throwing her arms to both sides, Haretsa looks up into the sky as she stamps her feet together. She will then call out the name of the spell as two magic circles appear underneath her balled fists. The magic circles will then erupt into flames and send Haretsa careening into the air at 12 meters p/s up to 30 meters. Once she has acquired a target,she will then turn herself towards them before blasting off at that same speed. After extinguishing the flames emitted from her fists, Haretsa will then engulf her feet in flames as she somersaults towards her opponent. Once near, Haretsa will deliver a flaming, double overhead hammer kick to her opponents head, bouncing their head down off the ground as well as lighting them on fire.
Strengths:
- Great damage against a single target
- Leaves the enemy on fire, dealing an addition D rank’s worth of fire damage over the course of 1 post.
-Useful for catching slightly faster opponents
Weaknesses:
- Single target spell
- Once she extinguishes the flames from the magic circles at her fists, Haretsa is committed to that one direction.
- If the enemy does not panic, they can easily eliminate the extra D rank of fire damage via Stop, Drop, and Roll.
- Water and Earth mages can effortlessly put themselves out, nullifying the extra damage entirely.
Name: Fire Dragon’s Rifle Palm

Description: Haretsa will pull back her right (or left) hand with her palm facing forward and ignite her hand in flames. If the opponent is within striking distance, Haretsa will then call out the name of the spell as she thrusts her palm immediately forward into the opponent’s body; a sound similar to a rifle firing being released as the thrust deals its physical damage on impact as the flames enter the opponent's body only to burst out the opposite side of their body before knocking them back 6 meters.
If her opponent is at a range, Haretsa will still call out the name of the spell and thrust her palm forward as before but this time releasing the flames from her hands in a sphere 1 meter in circumference that travels out up to 20 meters before dissipating and at a speed of 6 meters per second. When the sphere impacts the opponent, it explodes dealing damage to the enemy. The flames will then enter the part of their body hit briefly before erupting out the other side.
Strengths:
- Good attack for both range and close quarters use
- The fire that bursts through the target’s body when done within melee range deals an additional D rank worth of damage to the opponent
- Can be used with either of her hands in the case that one is unusable.
Weaknesses:
- The ranged variant has very little knockback, only sending the opponent 1 meter away from where they were when hit
- The ranged variant only deals D ranked damage to the opponent due to its range, not dealing any additional damage with the flames entering and exiting the body
.
- The ranged variant can easily be blocked by an opposing physical based spell such as a Rock wall, nullifying the damage entirely
- Has difficulty getting through Earth or Water based armors, regardless of which variant is used.
Name: Fire Dragon’s Inferno Wing

Description: Haretsa thrusts either of her arms horizontally out to the corresponding side as her entire arm engulfs into flames. The flames will then take the form of a combination between a scythe and a dragon’s wing on her arm, extending out up to 1 meter from her arm. She can then use this scythe like wing to either slash at her opponent or use the spell as a quick defensive tool to block an incoming attack.
Strengths:
- Good utility for either offense or defense
- Useful in blocking spells as well as weapons
- Acts as a 1 meter extension to her arm, increasing melee effectiveness
Weaknesses:
- Can only be used offensively or defensively before the spell fades, never both.
- Can only be used to block/cut C rank spells
- Will only block Weak category weapons, Strong or higher will go right through the spell.
- Cannot block/cut C rank Earth or Water spells

Name: Fire Dragon’s Fang YoYo
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Description: Haretsa claps both of her hands together, forming two small, fiery orange magic circles; One in her right palm and the other floating just above that one, with a line of fire magic tethered to both circles. The top magic circle will then form a flaming dragon's head 3 meters tall and 4 meters in diameter that begins to spin vertically. Haretsa then grabs hold of the magic circle in her palm, proceeding to yank on the magic circle, extending her arm out fully behind her with her palm ending up pointing upward, the dragon head flying back with her arm attached by the “string” of flames between the magic circles. Haretsa will then quickly pull her arm out in front of her in a vertical motion, performing a “walk-the-dog” styled yoyo trick with it, sending the dragon head flying up to 12 meters in front of her at 6 meters/second. Upon contact with an enemy, the dragon head will then release 3 1/2 a meter in diameter explosions from its mouth as it smacks the opponent, knocking them upward before returning to Haretsa and phasing out.
Strengths:
- Deals good damage against a single target
- Has a knock up effect that knocks an opponent up 2 meters into the air.
- Good long range attack spell
Weaknesses:
- Duration: Instant
- Cooldown: 2 posts
- Impossible to use this spell if Blamo is damaged or not in Haretsa’s possession
- Easily redirected/ blown away by Wind based spells of an equal or higher rank
- If hit by a Water or Earth based spell of equal or higher rank, the gun will not fire off its built up fire magic even if it ends up hitting the opponent.
Name: Fire Dragon’s Stalking Meteor
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Description: By either extending out her right hand out towards an opponent or pointing Blamo at them, Haretsa summons a magic circle in front of her that begins to gather a 4 meter in diameter ball of raging fire. The ball will pulse a bright orange once, before it breaks off into 1 meter in diameter spiraling columns of flame. These columns arc out, two to each side, traveling up to 10 meters at a speed of 5 meters/second before they converge upon their target as designated by Haretsa. Once the columns collide, they will cause an explosion with a 1 meter blast radius.
Strengths:
- A good spell for a single target
- Very useful for a near guaranteed hit
- Nice, sexy long range
Weaknesses:
-Duration: Instant.
-Cooldown: 3 posts
- The columns cannot change direction once they've locked on a target
- The spells lock can easily be confused by techniques that multiply the original target, causing the spell to scatter randomly thus not causing the intended explosion if Haretsa doesn't know which opponent is real. (TL;DR if she’s confused on what to target it will just scatter and fail)
-Cannot target multiple opponents
- Deals lower damage because it locks on
Name: Fire Dragon's Inferno Divider
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Description: Haretsa extends both arms out in front of her, resting her wrists together with her palms facing out towards her target. A fiery orange magic circle will then form before her hands, touching against the tips of her fingers. A vertical, 3 meter tall X 2 meter wide wave of flames then forms from the magic circle, firing out towards her target as she calls out the spells name. The bottom tip of the wave carves through the earth, leaving a chasm in its wake as it flies up to 15 meters at 10 meters/second. Upon impact, the wave will leave a slash mark wherever it hits the target before exploding with a 2 meter blast around the target; leaving even more flames in the surrounding area. *Can also be fired using Blamo instead of extending out both her arms*
Strengths:
- Very useful against groups of tightly clustered enemies due to the explosion.
- Has good range to it
- IT FREAKING EXPLODES =D
Weaknesses:
- Duration: Instant. Flames last for 1 post before dissipating
- Cooldown: 3 posts
- If careless, the explosion radius can harm allies/innocent bystanders close to enemies.
- The spell only travels in a straight line
- Easily put out by Water or Earth spells of equal or greater strength
