- Arrival:
- Part one of the job is to get to the island. Seikatsu will steer the ship, but his drones will require his allies to control the two drones his ship deploys. The trip through the graveyard sea is fraught with enemies. After defeating the 5th rolled enemy, if one of them wasn't a boss, the boss will automatically spawn. The enemies for this first part have higher HP's because ship damage is generally A LOT higher than player damage.
Enemies:
Weak: Guardian Stone x4
A 2 foot tall floating rock that fires beams of light. These deal 200 damage when they hit the Bleeding Lotus. They have 500 HP each.
Normal: Guardian Turret x2
Large magic turrets that fire a massive bomb at all approaching ships, they deal 300 damage per hit on the Bleeding Lotus. They have 700 HP each.
Strong: Wall
A pair of walls leading to the main area of Divide Island, it's the only way to get inside. It seems they've gone and closed off, meaning you'll have to deal 2,000 Damage to them to get in. (This can only spawn as the 5th enemy to face, if multiples are rolled the extras are treated as 2x normal or 4x weak enemies.)
Boss: Turtle Guardian
A gigantic, 300 foot tall Turtle made of stone. It has 10,000 HP and fires red lasers from its eyes that deal 300 damage. It's special attack is a massive blast of water that rips 1,000 durability from the Bleeding Lotus if it hits. The special can be done once per five posts.
- The Key:
- Good work, you've landed on the north side of the island. You'll be told from here, your group has to fight your way to the west side to get the keys to the shrines where the other parts are located. The terrain on this side of the island is densely wooded, and covered with vegetation. If the boss is not encountered after five rolls, it will automatically spawn after the fifth enemy is defeated.
Enemies:
Weak: Monkey x5
A squad of 5 primates. They each go down in 1 hit of anything C+ Rank, but good gods almighty they're so freaking fast! The monkeys are able to run at 20 mph, and deal B Rank damage with their constant hair pulling, biting, scratching and poop throwing.
Normal: Small Guardians 7x
A set of small, bird shaped stones that deal 20 damage per hit. They fly at 40 mph, and can also dive at you to deal 80 damage. Bear in mind, all 7 of them can do it... Each of them goes down in 2 hits of B rank damage.
Strong: Guardian Stone x2
The same stones from the sea, they must have followed you in! They both have 500HP, are extremely inaccurate with their lasers but they deal 100 damage if they hit.
Boss: Tiger Guardian
The tiger, a being that represents power and ferocity. This one's 10 feet tall, 19 feel long and
3 feet wide at the shoulders. It's made entirely of stone and has been severely damaged over the course of the past few... hundred years. Lucky for you, it doesn't move nearly as fast as it used to, but it's claws still deal 100 damage and it's special attack is a roar that cuts your HP down by 50% of your current health. It can do this 1 time every 6 posts. This one's not like the Turtle, it's a creature built to destroy but as you can tell from its condition it isn't that sturdy. It takes 9 hits of B Rank damage to destroy the tiger.
Once the tiger is defeated, the body will reform and lead the group into the Western shrine. Here, Seikatsu will pick up the key to the southern shrine and head out a back entrance to begin the path to get there.
- The Ring:
- Exiting the shrine where you got the key from, the world beyond the door is purely rocky. In the distance you spot some volcanoes, as well as some trees that are STILL burning despite this place being empty for... centuries as far as Seikatsu knows. As the previous areas, this one is filled with enemies so be on your guard. Just like before, if you've defeated 5 groups of enemies, and none of them were the boss then the boss will automatically spawn.
Enemies:
Weak: Baby Phoenix x5
They're not aggressive, they seem to just wan to approach you to smell ya. On occasion one might nip at you, but that's about as bad as it'l get.
Normal: Mountain Hawk x2
These are very aggressive, they will attack viciously and take 5 hits of B Rank each to take down.
Strong: Guardian Stone x2
The same stones from the sea, they're seriously annoying... They both have 500HP, are extremely inaccurate with their lasers but they deal 100 damage if they hit.
Boss: Phoenix Guardian
A massive, 100 foot long, 30 foot thick bird of fire with a 300 foot wide wing span. It is by far, the hardest of the opponents. It can breath fire on a 30 meter length with a 50 degree arc, and cannot be consumed by slayers. It can launch a fireball by spitting it out. Both attacks deal 100 damage, but are nothing compared to the bird's special ability. Once killed, the phoenix will erupt into pure flames and rain ashes, and then another will rise from the ashes. The phoenix has 1,000 HP.
Once the phoenix is defeated a second time, it will resurrect from its ashes again, except this time it bows to Seikatsu and moves aside, using a wing to gesture to the shrine. Enetering the shrine, several braziers ignite as the team moves across the room. In the middle of the room is a brazier with a small metal ring in it, Seikatsu will reach his hand into the flames and take the ring, as well as being horribly burned.
- The Dragon Guardian:
- Once you've exited the back of the Southern shrine, Seikatsu will have a key, a burnt hand+arm, and a golden ring. The world outside this end of the shrine is a straight path with no enemies. At the end of the path is the eastern shrine, but in front it is a large blue dragon with feathered wings. "Tis a great many years since the last of your kind has come before me." the dragon says, looking at Seikatsu. "In such times, it was normally the females who lead their group, yet before me stands a man with greater strength than any of them. I will test you human, if you succeed in defeating me, I shall grant your request." the dragon says and spreads its wings.
The way this fight will work is: Seikatsu deals 100% damage, and all others deal 50% damage. There will spawn smaller enemies that will prioritize Seikatsu as a target, you will have to kill them while dealing small bits of damage to the dragon.
Boss: Dragon Guardian
This is the only non-stone covered guardian. It's a full on, real dragon. 50 feet tall when on all four legs, 200 feet long from head to tail, and a 400 foot wingspan from tip to tip. The dragon can breath a strange, spiritual fire that deals S Rank damage. It can also summon dreadnips to the field. The dread nips are 2 feet tall with their tails held up, but are 4 feet long. Every post 5 will spawn, each has 40 HP, and all will move towards Seikatsu and ignore other players. These deal 100 damage to Seikatsu if they hit him, but only 20 damage to other players for some reason. The dragon has 1,500 HP.
Once the dragon hits 100HP or less, it will cease all combat and bring its face down to the entire team. "A man who's friends fight to protect him, neglecting the glory of a final strike on a greater opponent." he then lifts Seikatsu's arm "Willing to go through great lengths to accomplish your goals" the arm will then be partly healed, several scars left but not nearly as bad as before. "Your request is for the final piece of the core. Take those scars as proof of your efforts, and take the orb as proof of your determination." the dragon then addresses the others. "Inside the shrine you will find very ancient, but still powerful items that you may take as proof of YOUR efforts." The dragon then disappears, where it stood is a single monolith with an opening. Inside it is a very long stairwell leading to the shrine. Seikatsu will claim the final piece of the Balance Core, and provide his assistants a ride back to the nearest port.
Reward:
Seikatsu: Standard B Rank XP + 1x Balance Core (Completed)
Balance Core: While on the job "Attaining Closure," and only on that job, Seikatsu regenerates 5% HP per post. After Attaining Closure, the item is destroyed.
Other Players: Standard B Rank XP + 1x Legendary Weapon
