A voice. The cords that quavered against layers of flesh and muscle - shook almost fearfully at the memory of explanation. Aged, but, not to the point of sprouting a single grey hair, sat across the young woman with an oppressed expression curled against her features - tired eyes casted downward. "Its as I told you." she let out a heavy breath - a sigh if you would call it - forearms inclined against the edge of the wooden structure. "The vulcans originally did not live here, but, it seems they've suddenly moved in. I get a lot of travelers that come here now, ending up wounded by just trying to pass through. Farmers too. They lose all they have from those beasts." bringing a hand to her lips, the index and thumb squeezed ever-so gently at the upper lip, evidently frustrated by all of this - most of all at worry. Natsu kept her hands on her lap, one leg folded over the other, cloak parted mostly over her shoulder - enticing dress revealed. She had been watching the lady for awhile now, not once looking over to the side. As much as she wanted to see what Kurama was up to in this human's home, she doubted he'd stir up trouble without coming to senses that a zap would be earned in the end. With a casual motion, elbow descended onto table, chin resting in the palm of her hand. "So you want me to kill them?" at the query, shoulders jolted, lashes flying wide. It seemed the woman did not expect those words to fall so effortlessly past her lips.
"I know those things well enough to know that they won't just up and leave if I knock some sense into them. They'll just keep coming back; more angrier each time." a free hand extended to the mug of tea on the table, fingers writhing into the handle as she observed the green tremble by just a soft movement. Steam veered off of the liquid, and she brought the mug to her lips, taking a brief sip. "I mean, I won't kill them if you don't want me to," with a pause, the mug was placed back onto the table with a faint - clunk! - exalted ocean blues hesitantly lifting towards the woman once again, "But, I can't make any promises." there seemed to be more fear radiating off of the lady than when she had first spoke of the terrifying vulcans. Could it be she was more frightening then them? Kurama simpered at the reaction of their client, wondering if she'd end up changing her mind, desolating the vermillion haired girl with empty hands and nothing to eat for tonight. Or, perhaps he was just worried going a night without eating meat? Such a thought caused the tiny demon to also be taken quickly by fear.
