Hikari
The warmth that radiated from the sun was settling, the clouds drifting across the vast, azure sky was a refreshing sight to see alongside a pleasant weather. Clothes clutched onto her body like a child to its mother, and were unrelenting to in the frigid, harsh gales that blew across the undulating lands of Fiore. Dark eyelashes fluttered closed and with a swift motion, the young girl twisted her body around, her cloak swooping into an arc as it swished past the breeze and disappeared into the doors of Sabertooth. Her vision darted over the place repeatedly, as if she was searching for something. The sound of her metallic boots was loud enough to overwhelm the chatters that echoed through the walls of Sabertooth. Receiving slight bows and sincere smiles from the rest of the guild mates, the cerulean haired girl would return her gratitude as she walked up to the centre of the guildhall and heaved out a sigh of uncertainty, her pale fingers twiddling awkwardly where her ruby eyes casted downwards onto her hands.
Anxious to announce the news and partially frightened about the responsibility she was going to be obligated of, the Sabertooth gulped down the huge lump that was placed in the middle of her throat. ”Alright, guys, I have some news.” Placing her arms across her rather petite chest, she prepared herself to spill the beans to the rest of the guild. Another sigh was released; this time out of being agitated, ”So, Raven, our guild master is currently now on a very long term break in which there is a possibility that she might not even return. As a consequence, she had left all the duties upon me which leads to the fact that I am now your new guild master.” She paused for a brief moment, inspecting the expressions of her fellow guild mates, her hands clutched together and an eyebrow raised for an answer. ”Hopefully, you don’t mind me as your guild master but I promise I’ll try my best to be a guild master — the one who is worthy of this title.”
The guild members must be shocked by the sudden news that was brought to them on such a beautiful day but it was a situation that couldn’t be helped. Tapping her foot gently onto the solid ground to distract herself before her thoughts ran wild, the girl awaited for the response from the Sabertooth mages as her teeth sank onto her bottom lip, biting it gently.
