Turn Of Events || Open to ST

Kiersa had decided to take a break from the paperwork for the time being and was actually relaxing in the guild hall, particularly by keeping company with the children that some of the guild members had decided to have. She was enjoying playing the role of babysitter to these little magelings, when Hikari entered the hall and made her announcement concerning Raven and the position of Guild Master.

The blonde nun blinked before a soft smile crossed her face. "I'll be back in a moment." she told the little ones softly before getting up and making her way towards the cerulean haired girl. "I was wondering why there was a larger mountain than usual of paperwork on my desk this morning." she said as she got closer to Hikari till she was standing in front of the girl, her arms folded across her chest. She stood there in silence for a moment before moving in for a hug. "I'll do what I can to help." she said before extricating herself from the hug.

"But that doesn't mean I'm going to do all the paperwork for you. Even my selflessness has limits." the Paragon said with a teasing smirk before looking back into the gathered mages. "And don't get any ideas into your head Pein just because your girlfriend's now the Guild Master!" she called out, earning several chuckles from the assembled mages, along with one or two hoots.

The one entirely wearing red, crimson, any shade of red, that one was in the guild hall for practically the first time. Of course she has been in the guild hall before, but it would be solely to get a job, then leave back out. She didn't know anyone, they probably didn't know her. If they did, it would be a miracle. The young woman was standing with her arms folded against a wall, before some other person came in, announcing that the former guildmaster was going to be taking a very long break, and that she was now the new one. Raven, huh? A name that sadly didn't ring any bells. I would ask who the hell Raven was, aside from the guildmaster, but that might strike some nerves. The swordswoman, Zenia, replayed the thought into her head like a record. Sadly, could she even make any real interaction with this "psuedo-guildmaster," for she knew more about where she was going next than about this person, but she tried anyway. Sadly if this were to go horribly wrong, it would be her fault and the embarrasement wouldn't be too high.

After beginning to step towards the middle of the hall, some other person began speaking. Another important person? Damn, she should probably spend more time around here, shouldn't she? Zenia sighed as the steps continued to go through, stopping once Zenia was in a reasonable close range, but still giving a fair amount of personal space, with the new guildmaster. "Okay, sure. You speak like becoming the new guild master will tear apart the guild. Of course some will be sad, but Raven's reasons are Raven's. And if the former guild master chose you to be the new one, of course that too must have been for a reason. Raven decided that you would fit the best, so there is no reason to think otherwise." Zenia didn't know who this person was, how important she was to the guild before becoming guild master, all she did was in fact speak as she would speak to any other person. She was serious, and actually not trying to be comforting despite the words being fairly comforting in nature. She was trying to slap some reality in the new guild master's face, not trying to say "don't beat yourself up about it."

Ryo was in the hall on this day. It was slightly unusual for him seeing as how he was a more nomadic person nowadays. He pushed himself into his work and had decided that for his own sake he would stay away from the guild hall seeing that Ian was no longer here, and it filled with painful memories for him. He glanced up at Hakari with his arms crossed as he leaned against a nearby pillar.

He heard her announcement, and he heard the few people who decided to speak up. Now it was his time to speak and be heard. He pushed off against the Pillar once he was standing straight up he started to walk towards the new guildmaster. His spurs clicked loudly throughout the hall as he continued to near her. He stood behind Zemina, and in front of Hikari clearing his throat as he spoke "Mistress Raven has named you guild master. Of that I will not argue, but should you prove to be unworthy of such a title I shall not follow you. As long as you continue to uphold the traditions and honor of Sabertooth then I shall give my life for yours and for this guild. That's all I wished to say Mistress Hikari." He said as he took his hat off and bowed to her before he returned to his former place leaning against the pillar once more watching and listening for the rest of the discussion.

Among the crowd would be the hooded man, alone as usual, avoiding eye contact and even his facial features. The hood was down so low that it would only have his mouth revealed. The news was not too bad, according to a friend of his, this new girl being the Guildmaster was a little crazy, but powerful regardless. Kai himself could relate, he was extreme, but powerful. Or at least he was, until he had to cross the damn magic border. His physical abilities however remain unmatched by even the previous master herself... At the heavy energy cost for every time he dodged at the speed he did. Though he had Raven impressed the first time they were in a physical battle, he was only able t dodge one time before running out of energy. The magic barrier was to blame for this, and everyday he would curse it for existing in the first place. Without it, he might have gotten whoever was his bounty target. For now however, his goal was just to focus on the Guild he lived in, but one he clearly didn't belong in. A legal guild. A slight smirk rose onto his barely visible face, then a snicker, and finally a retort. He didn't care if anyone heard him, his arrogance will always be with him. Looks like the idiot is out of town for a while and gave half-naked Felcia the keys. Kai remarked, knowing full-well that no one knew who Felcia was. She was a rather crazy character herself in Shadelle, his childhood friend, and she would always try to seduce others to get things for free. Where she was now, that was something the man was able to confirm. It's not like he should care, Shadelle came first, then those he feel are worth his time.

The man finally decided to take it upon himself, there was still a thing about Raven that he must consider. Like Cain, she didn't make stupid choices. So for this lady to be given the title of the Guildmaster of Sabertooth, fine. He would push anyone that stood in his way by bumping into them, but silence once omitted from him presence after hitting them. Why would he say sorry? It's not like he cared about their well being. So you are the new Guildmaster huh? The man stated, his hood still covering his face, only his lips being visible as they moved. Raven chose you, so maybe you are not as hopeless as you look. Provided you aren't as stupid as you look... I won't have any problems. The man said. Though that might have been a cold statement, that was surprising the most hopeful thing he has ever said to anyone other than Raven and his other friend.

The Sunlight fell trough the door opening as pein pushed it open with a big humpf. While he was carrying a very large piece of meat on his shoulder. The animal looked like a big cow with a dragon head. The body was as big as a small cart to carry hay with. Pein had the tail over his shoulder and his mechanical arms were pulling the animal forward. He threw the animal over his shoulder onto a table and just heard the last sentence of his girlfriend that she was the new guild master and she would try her best to be worthy of it. The words didn’t reach pein completely as he could just stare at the cute face of his love that was biting her lip so hard. It was just melting him. the table where he threw his prey on was in the mean time collapsing and the people sitting on were cursing to him. pein walked closer to her and raised his arm high in the air. Shouting loud for the whole guild through a mega phone he made appear out of tin air.

“ALL HAIL OUR NEW GUILD MASTER! HIP HIP HOORAY! We all solemnly swear to follow your command and go on the path you lay out for the guild. Honor to our guild master. May the ones that doubt you be strike by lightning in the coming days.”, pein shouted enthusiastically trough the mega phone.

Pein turned his face angry towards a hooded guy that was insulting the new guild master. He walked towards him and grabbed him by the colar bringing his face closer to his. “do you have a problem with my girlfriend mate. If you want to say something bad about her lets you and me step outside and ill kick you of the cliff till you get some manners and behafe like a good mage.”, pein said as he was angry that somebody tried to destroy the good speech of his love and of the new guild master.

As Ryo leaned against the Pillar he managed to hear one of the newer members. This member wore a hood that barely allowed his face to be seen. He made some kind of comment about someone being an idiot. Ryo's eyes filled with rage and his magical energy pulsed allowing everyone in the room to feel his pressence. It didn't last very long as Pein entered the guild hall. Ryo didn't know him very well, but he did know that he was rising in the guild due to the ranking he was getting.

He relaxed a bit in ordre to allow the other mage to say his piece, and then it happened. The new guild member said more insulting things about their current guild master. Pein had already gone in to fight, but Ryo had a moment to calm down. He leaned off of his pillar and walked over to the two magi seperating them by grabbing Pein's hands and prying them off of Kai's person. He then pushed them both apart and stepped between them "That's. Enough." he said in a serious and icy tone of voice. He then looked to Pein with his pitch black empty vampiric eyes "You are out of bounds. I can respect the position you are in, and the desire to defend your girlfriend's honor, however it is up to her to put down rebellion, and disrespect. So stand down." His voice got more serious as he spoke, and his malevolent purple magical aura was pulsing around him now.

He then turned to Kai and gave him the same look this time flooding more of his magic around him creating a pressure around himself and the other two magi as he spoke "You. I know you are very new here, and you've yet to learn how we do things around here, but you will show the guild master respect at all times. I do not care if you have no love for the guild. I do not care if you hate the rest of us, or even the guild master. None of that matters however, if you bare our mark then you will respect the guild master. If you show her this level of disprect again I shall teach you a very painful lesson in respecting those stronger than you." He warned.

It took only half a second, but his magical aura vanished and his eyes returned to their normal color as he turned and looked up at their new guild master "I do apologize for the scene Mistress. Please continue on." He said with a wide smile as he turned and went back to his post once more.
