Just a quick suggestion...
When people apply for positions (Golden Keys, Slayer Positions, etc), upon the topic where the list of those who took the position is posted:

Slayer Position List
Along with the name of the account that has the position, a link to their character profile is linked. This is so you also have a link to their account profile as well.
At the very bottom of each list should also be a second list called "Old/Inactive Position Holders". This is where those that went inactive get put into (freeing up the spot they held) and are expected to return to fix their magic since they no longer hold this position..
A note could also be made at the very top of their magics that their spells need to be changed to reflect the fact that they no longer have that position as well.
Inactivity checks should be held monthly. The way this should be accomplished is for a mod to look through that character's post history to see if they posted an RP/job within the last 30 days. If they did not post an RP/job within the last 30 days, they should be marked inactive. No more "Post if you are here" as people could ignore someone taking the position only to come back for an "I'm here" post and keep their position forever...

2) For activity checks, check post history..
2A) If they are active, they remain in that position.
2B) If they aren't active, remove them
3) Inactive members get put into inactive members area at the bottom of the list so they can change their magic
4) List of currently active Position Holders have a link to their profile in the list, itself for easy access to their profile.

The reason I suggested this is due to the fact that there are several people with positions.... that aren't active... And those positions should be freed up so new people can possibly fill those spots.
