Name: Black Heart Feather
Rank: Weak
Type: Quill / Pen
Description:
• Never runs out of black ink, ink never fades and can't be erased except by brushing it with the feather.
• If left unattended or broken it will disappear back into hell on its own.
• Allows Siren to write contracts via Devil Pact as paper/physical contracts in writing rather than with the magic circle.
Weaknesses:
• It's just a pen. It has no special properties of its own except in the manner in which it can direct her magic separate from any ability of the pen itself.
• Ink writing on a living thing can be erased by the will of the thing that was written on. (No permanent mustaches drawn on unsuspecting people)
• Fragile little thing by mage standards, durable by mundane standards. Has 20hp. (1 D-rank spell breaks it.)
• Causes 1hp damage to someone who uses the pen to accept a contract, drawing blood that is infused into the ink as they sign their name. (Whether they sign their real name is irrelevant so long as it is a reference to themselves). The damage is felt after the fact/after they sign as a pinch. Like when you accidentally get a cut you don't notice at first. Makes the ink red.
• Contracts written out like this are vulnerable. Destroying the contract destroys the Devil Pact and serves as a permanent "way out" of any deal, severing both ends of the contract and any ending/reverting any results of it.
