Magic
Primary Magic: Earth Make
Secondary Magic: ~~
Caster or Holder: Caster: Moulding Magic
Description: A form of Moulding Magic, Earth Make is a form of magic that allows the user to rely mainly on imagination for the sources of their attacks, all of which are usually focused on a certain element or aspect. Earth Make itself focuses completely on rock, sand, dirt, and mud, occasionally. At higher ranks, some precious gemstones may be formed and used. Like Moulding Magic, Earth Make is focused mainly in the hands, which together form the object or attack of the user's choice. Use of one hand to perform this magic is possible, but is less stable and never recommended. As this is a magic based on imagination, Earth Make has no particular stabilized type of attack. It is only limited by what the user can come up with.
Takashii uses it in a variety of ways, most often being defense, due to his being unwilling to fight most of the time. He prefers to use it for long-range attacking, though he will be sure to have an attack for close-range available if need be. Much of the time, he will put most of his energy into defending, and being sure nobody is hurt, before turning to the offense. If he is alone, that defensive stance can change to offense more easily, especially if he loses control over his emotions.

Much of the time, he will put most of his energy into defending, and being sure nobody is hurt, before turning to the offense. If he is alone, that defensive stance can change to offense more easily, especially if he loses control over his emotions.
Strengths:
- Fire magic is near ineffective against it. Only attacks a rank or more above will have any effect. Attacks of 3 ranks above will have the same effect as an attack of any other type of the same rank as their own.
- Given it's hard to find locations without any sort of earth around, this magic it's able to use the aid of its surroundings often.
- The user is often hypersensitive to earthen activities, giving them the ability to sense any users of Diver Magic ((the magic Virgo and Everlue use)) and impending earthquakes, or underground tunnels/caves.
Weaknesses:
- Water magic has the ability to wash away some of the attacks made, though the amount of attack washed away would differ depending on the amount of water magic and the amount and type of earth, as well as rank difference. Those of the same rank as the user would be able to neutralize their attack provided the force of water is equal and opposite that of the user's attack. Those higher would be able to overcome the attack, and those below would find themselves unable to block with just plain counterattack force. The above though, it's only referring to the rock. The other tools, such as dirt or sand, are much more easily washed away, and ranks the same as our above the user are able to easily wash attacks away. At one rank or more below the user, sand and dirt are effective against against water to the same degree as if the rank below were the same rank, and so on.
- When up in the air for any reason whatsoever, this magic becomes absolutely useless, needing double the MP to activate without the use of earth around them. As well as this, it is often very heavy, and can hinder whatever is in the sky.
- This magic often end up destroying the area around it when used in a battle, which often causes trouble for the user.
Lineage: Kohl's Plague
Unique Abilities:
- This magic grants the user the ability to sense all seismic and underground activity around them. There is a limit to the length at which they can detect. At D Rank, it is 40 square meters.
- Users of the magic are immune to a fear of claustrophobia, or any other earth related fears.
- Like the nature of their magic, Earth Make users are extremely well balanced, and difficult to push over.
- D-Rank Spells:
Name: Cannon
Rank: D
Type: Earth, Offensive
Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: 2 posts
Description: The spell is cast by slapping the ground and calling the spell's name, the user pulling up with their hands, bringing the cannon into existence. The cannon itself is rather plain (similar to the typical old british cannon from the 1700's.), with wheels to be aimed at the target. It comes with three cannon balls, the average weight of each being 135 kilograms. Depending on wind and weather conditions, the speed of the cannon ball can reach 15 meters per second. The aim is simple: hit the target with the cannon ball. It's largest range is 50 meters, so those who are farther than that are safe.
Strengths:- They're very heavy, the average weight being 135 kilograms.
- They can roll, so there's always that chance that a bowling ball effect could occur, if the user is lucky.
- Simply blocking them isn't an option, as catching a 135 kilogram ball going as fast as 220 meters per second, depending on the angle of shot, would end up physically damaging to the person that attempted to catch it.
- Diagram for Speed vs. Angle on the Cannon's shot:
- Considering it's only three balls, and they're headed in the same general direction, it's easily dodged.
- It's impossible to change the course of the cannon once a direction is chosen.
- The cannon, like typical cannons, has wheels. Using this spell on a hill would be stupid, to put it lightly.
Name: Wall
Rank: D
Type: Earth, Defensive
Duration: 3 posts. After this, any magic in the wall dissipates, and it becomes like any other rock wall you'd find.
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: Just like the Cannon spell, Wall is started by slapping your hands on the ground and saying the spell's name, followed by lifting up your hands, and bringing the wall into existence. This wall is 10 meters long and high, and 2 meters thick. If the user has some time, and a bit of concentration, he can make the wall at a location away from him, though it will take a few seconds longer than it would to normally make it. It's main function is defense, though, it can be used to make, say, a wall around a city, provided one had the time and MP to do it.
Strengths: list]
[*]Can be used on those other than the user themselves.
[/list]- Considering it's rock, it can stand for a long time after it's originally built with magic.
- Can block attacks.
Weaknesses- Only one sided, so not good in a melee battle.
- It's useless unless you stay behind it.
- The enemy could end up using it against you.
Name: Fist
Rank: D
Type: Earth, Offensive
Duration: Up to 4 posts.
Cooldown: However many posts Takashii ends up holding it, plus one.
Description: In this spell, the user holds out an arm while placing the other in the dirt, calling out the name of the spell. At this point, dirt, sand, and rocks will rise, forming a layer around the mage's hand. It is made of many smaller rocks, so it looks a bit like a cobbled road (Think of that one dude from Fantastic Four). The layer extends half a foot from the user's hand. Given it's a close combat spell, it's range is the user's own physical range of movement. This spell is specially made to be light, so it's weight is similar to that of a hammer, to make it moveable.
Strengths:- Provides more force than a normal fist.
- Protects the user's hands.
- Can be used for more than one attack.
Weaknesses- The joints are weak to a direct attack, as they are made of sand.
- Drains the user rather quickly.
- A water attack would disintegrate the joints.
Name: Mole
Rank: D
Type: Earth, Offensive
Duration: 3 posts, two of which the Mole is underground, and inactive. Attack occurs on the third post.
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: For this spell, the user picks up a rock or some sand in their hand, and says the name of the spell. From that substance, a mole will be formed. This mole can be controlled or given instructions on what to do, and it's eyes can be seen through by the mage themself. It's range is limitless, provided it has the time to move there. However, it cannot go over 5 kilometers from the caster, or it will disintegrate. It is often used for espionage, though it can be used to create a pitfall underneath a mage. This mole is special in the way that it eats rock, rather than burrowing through it, causing it to steadily grow larger as it moves along underground. Even so, it is a really weak creature, and relies mainly on smell, leaving it useless for much other than background work.
Strengths:- Can tunnel under an opponent and cause a pitfall.
- Its bite is rather sharp, like a sword cut with salt added in.
- Given that the user can see through the eyes of the mole, this can be used for infiltration and spying.
Weaknesses- The creature itself is really very weak.
- Made of dirt and rock bits, so it's easily washed away.
- Actual sized, so it's small.
- They're very heavy, the average weight being 135 kilograms.
