The Tatari is known to take on many forms as well as numerous shapes, preferably figures that represent the direst anxieties of an individual. If we are to look at Tatari as a person, Tatari is nothing short but a shapeshifter, unlike personification magic the Tatari’s form materializes without a vessel and only made out from the beliefs of other people, though he preferred to take form of a woman than a man because he thinks drinking blood in a woman’s body is a necessity for the climax of the scenario.

Having been cursed with vampiric impulses, it is necessary for that Tatari to actively hunt but only during the nights he can manifest. After spending decades in this reality, the Tatari had grown accustomed to his new way of life, turning into the most feared personification of a popular rumor and murdering those who created it or the original rumor itself.  He savours every drop of blood he drinks with each murder performed with “Passion”.  

To him the moon was what he calls the spotlight, the earth was the stage, the local townsfolk the players and he sees himself and his enemies as the actors who shape the scene, giving birth to story with no script at all. Though Tatari is known as a curse, it doesn’t mean that the concept of Warachia didn’t disappear, rather Warachia himself is the Tatari and at the same time not. He considers slaughter as the best form of drama when it comes to a “story” and always desired to see the conclusion of it regardless of the results, satisfactory or not.

Despite having become an indestructible entity, he had troubles into dealing with Celestial spirits who are currently on the hunt for “The Concept of Warachia” the core of the Tatari. If we are to look at this in a different perspective, Warachia is but a criminal, and the Celestial spirits are the police for that Warachia is a living threat that fused with the power of Laplace Demon as well as various kinds of magic present during the incident centuries ago.

Tatari in general lacked individuality and can only be considered as a phenomenon by those who notice and feels his presence. Tatari in general is not a mage but the forces involved in the process of occurrence could be considered a kind of magic, which is to say that it isn’t from this reality but that doesn’t mean its fictional, it simply exists. A manifestation of a mage in the rumors may appear to have been fully replicated along with their magic but in reality the magic conjured by the manifested mage doesn’t hold much of such properties. Dragon slayers in general can be manifested in the Tatari but would lack the said origin of their powers, so whatever elements they conjure let’s say “Fire Dragon Slayer” the flames of the manifested dragon slayer wouldn’t be actual flames but virtual information that appeared to look like flames.

Not only magic was mixed but also his memories, personalities of those who were in the incident, and having warped into another reality, he was driven to the point of insanity but despite that he can never forget what he aimed to achieve, to prevent the decline and fall of magic in the world providing an answer to avert such crisis for that if the magic of the world will be gone, the world will plunge down into a series of wars, fighting for resources in order for each faction of humans to survive and thus would lead to humanity’s ultimate destruction.


Likes:

• Drama - Warachia himself loved all kinds of arts especially drama to be exact. The specific kind of drama he prefers would be something that would involve the Tatari itself but even without the Tatari, slaughter is an exception for that it was considered to be the “Best kind of drama”
  
• Crimson air, Crimson Blood - Warachia was formerly a mage who wielded both Archive and Memory-make magic, however after memorizing a transformation spell, he lost control of it and lost both his magic in the process. It was then noted that knowing such transformation spell will affect a mage’s mind and their original magic and turns them into a concept of monstrosity that deemed powerful than an ordinary human. An intake of blood is required to keep him sane.
  
• Malignant Information or Rumors – If the Tatari wishes to take form then it must cloth itself in rumors in order to do so. Malignant Information, rumors, myths, cultural legends or popular beliefs can be more than enough to materialize a manifestation. Preferably he wants to turn himself into a rumor of a woman for that it brings thrill and necessity for the climax of the scenario
  
• Small villages with pure beliefs – Malignant information can be extracted from a small populace with one common belief. An example of such would be “Under the Crimson moon, three children be born, one of them will devour the other two and become a vampire that will bring terror to everyone around it.” Realization of such belief as well as taking form of that belief will bring forth a drama favorable to the Tatari.
  
• Calculations – Warachia, having become the Tatari and at the same time not of the Tatari loved performing calculations, calculations that was once used in the magical device he and the twelve chamber members invented, ACTT. Therefore it was made possible for him to know exactly where the Tatari would occur and disperse as well as to the Celestial spirits who are on the lookout for him. Calculating an opponent’s moves and completely simulating more than a hundred scenarios is a habit of his. This habit has been long developed from both the combination of Archive magic and memory-make before he became the Tatari. Having fusing with Laplace Demon's power greatly enhanced such talent of his.
  

Dislikes:

• Celestial Spirits: The Pesky Police – His presence in a reality that he’s not supposed to be him, marked him as some kind of criminal but only on the level of being nothing more than a “street thug” and over the course of time, rumors began to strengthen, ill omens are on the verge of extinction and accurate phenomena became more frequent than they used to even having to jinx someone created consequences. Tatari itself is a reality that has yet to be accepted into this world and if the time does, phenomena will eventually recede.  Celestial spirits although uncertain of the nature of the Tatari somehow manages to encounter the concept of Warachia but methods of capture are yet to be known.
  
• Accurate Calculations that don’t benefit – People love accurate calculations they use whatever results that come out of it for their own benefit and manipulate the situation and providing an answer to a solution. If calculations say that “you cannot dodge” ….. Well that’s a different story. Cause truth hurts and truth itself is an accurate calculation that acts as a double edge sword.
  
  “Everything that has begun will eventually come to an end and was born to have one regardless.” Quote from the dark sorceress that cursed him.
  
• Revelation of the World of Magic – Warachia assumed that even without magic, the Tatari would remain for as long as there are humans who would tell stories and such as well as those who commonly fear something. The reason why Tatari would remain because its also something not of this reality which of course is Laplace Demon's power. Therefore the ultimate destruction of the Tatari’s curse will also be the destruction of humanity itself. ( This is a certain plot device I would like to benefit and for others to use if ever someone were to discover and hate the tatari )Having failed to find an answer on how to avoid its revelation is another thing he hates.
  
• Having unrefined information stolen from him – Though the Tatari is a curse that could take form from gathering malignant information, information found in an area goes to the Tatari’s curse however if by chance an mage steals information from a village and deletes it or permanently deletes such information, it will infuriate the Tatari and therefore will seek out the one who stole such information from him. Archive mages and Memory Manipulators may fall into this category, should they ever tore down the script will earn the wrath of the Tatari.
  
  Just imagine having a nice cup of warm coffee and a delicious breakfast that will make you feel satisfied and some random jerk you know down the street steals it. Who the heck wouldn’t get mad?
  

Motivations:

• An audience – “I’m a scriptwriter who orchestrates how a play is going to turn out. If the play is a success, the audience will forever tell tales of such display of art and therefore will beg for an encore.” ~ A twisted thought of the Tatari
  
• To find the answer – Though the Tatari maybe a living phenomenon that could spell doom for others, there was another reason why it gathers information. It’s actually possible to find such answer and believed it will one day sprout like a new plant that represents hope.
  
• The Nature of the Tatari itself– There were many benefits that the Tatari has given him, immortality having been an existence not from a reality, having to hear all kinds of information and stories and much more. It can also benefit others who understand the concept of the Living Phenomenon itself.
  

Fears:

• Revelation of the World of Magic - See above (Dislikes section)
  
• The Destruction of Humanity – After having discovered a future with no magic, he gaze witness to several wars that plunged all of humanity into chaos, whether the concept of Warachia still exists or not, the greatest fear for the Tatari in general is having to fade along with humanity for that as long as humanity stands, the Tatari will remain, with or without magic.
  
• Probability of the actual Laplace Demon returning – Since Laplace Demon’s Eye has been fused to Warachia to create “The Concept of Warachia” and the Tatari, its possible that Laplace Demon could have already known of the primary vessel’s destruction when the incident happened. Out of everything that can be generally predicted at a time, Laplace Demon or the entity identified by Laplace may come to claim the borrowed power. Though it is uncertain whether it was intentionally given knowing that it would lead to such results or that it happened just by coincidence.

Appearance:
Tatari has no definite appearance as it cloth itself in rumors. However there is one known indication of the Tatari’s presence and that was a painted face of blood with two red eyes and an inhuman grin. If ever Tatari were a guildmaster, this would be the guild’s symbol. (Yeah not going to happen.)

Warachia himself is a tall mesomorph with a fair muscular built which he hides under a set of clothes that would make him look like a vampiric renaissance man or something that a conductor would wear given his artistic personality. Meeting the actual concept of Warachia is almost impossible to find without a Celestial spirit present. On first encounter with the Concept of Warachia, he will be cloth in black mist (Malignant Information that is made visible) and would appear as a fourth dimensional being. (Well of course he isn’t a black hole, he only appears to be something like a blackhole.) He would be heavily mistaken as a deadly phantom but the appearance is only said to be reserved if by any chance Warachia has to materialize during the day.

Guild/Council

The Tatari can never be in a guild because it lacks a definite form for a guild master to embody the crest.

Hello, Tatari. I'll be helping you with your character application. : )

Your personality section needs to be at least five hundred words and include how your character acts as a leader and under a leader. Your character also needs at least three fears.

Even if your character won't be in a guild, you need to state that your character is guildless and describe where his guild tattoo would go and what color it would be if he or she were in a guild.

Greetings grader, I welcome your help and suggestions with open arms for the realization of the Tatari! I would also like to thank a few mods for supporting and agreeing to learn more from the magic of Phenomenon itslef!

I have filled the void of the missing 40 words of my personality area as well as added the required fears.

For the Guild section, he was formerly a Magic Council Researcher so perhaps it shall suffice.
