Description: The soul. It's something every living creature on the planet has. While some are good, some are evil, and some are neutral, Rasparov's is an oddity. Those with the ability to see into the soul will find his multifaceted. A crystal as pure and clear as could possibly be. This special soul allows him to draw upon it and allow him to cast spells that are made of the same pure crystal.
By drawing upon the crystallized soul, the mage can create and use crystals for a variety of uses. He can form weapons out of them, ranged and melee included. He can also create shield around himself or allies, and cover something with them when given enough time. On top of all this, he can also create deadly spells that can be used at long ranges. As it is his own soul, he has no problem with using it in the service of the Rune Knights.
Strengths:
- Crystals are highly durable and are VERY difficult to break.
- Soul Magic is useless against him, his soul being unique can confuse many with that type of magic.
- Sturdy soul. His soul is HARD to crush. Literally and figuratively!
Weaknesses:
- Stronger spells may wear him out, drawing from his soul and all.
- Some spells damage his body when used.
- Crystals reflect light, and can temporarily blind anyone caught in the glare, including himself and allies.
- Crystals disintegrate over a short amount of time.
Lineage: Beast Pride:
Description: In human evolution there were genetic mutations that eventually lead to the creation of new species. All other human species, apart from the modern human, were thought to have all been eradicated. However, back in the days when humans still lived very close to nature, a genetic mutation took place that would stay unnoticed for millennia. Humans with these genes could understand animals and communicate on a more sophisticated level than speech. When these humans mastered magic, their unique genes allowed them to take on specific traits of animals with which they had bonded. As these humans continued to mix with those who did not posses these genes the gifts that came along with them grew weaker. Only those in which the genes are present and strong enough can still use these abilities.
Ability: The user can communicate with animals telepathically. When they share a bond with a creature ( must be a pet ) they can use a weaker version of their pet's abilities once.
Usage: Depends on the pet's abilities. The rank is automatically 1 rank lower than the rank of the pet's ability. The cooldown is increased by 1 and the duration can be anywhere from instant to 2 posts maximum. Passive Abilities can be used 3 times per thread and only last 3 posts, Active Abilities can be used 2 times per thread.
Unique Abilities:
- Crystal Soul: A unique soul means Soul magic is useless against him. Better find some other way to fight!
- Crystal Eye: The crystallized eye, although patched, can discover weaknesses and patterns. Increases accuracy by 25%.
- Crystal ESP: Can control the crystals from his soul without being in contact with them.
- Wings of Crystal: Rasparov can use his soul to create wings of the deepest blue crystal. They allow him the power of flight to allow combat in the air as well as reach desired locations at a higher altitude. Has the same speed he would have on the ground.

Name: Crystal Wall
Rank: D
Type: Defensive

Description: By swinging a hand out from right to left Rasparov can cause an eight foot tall by eight foot wide wall of crystal to come up from the ground. The two foot thick wall can take 2 D ranks of spell damage before it shatters.
Strengths:
- Wall is tall enough to block the tallest of people, and wide enough to block multiple people.
- Is not see-through by anyone other than Rasparov, and can be used to move around unseen while behind it.
- Wall is immune to physical damage unless it is of 2 ranks higher than the spell.
Weaknesses:
- Allies can not see through the wall.
- Enemies can use the wall to their advantage as well.
- All spells that hit the wall affect it, including Rasparov and his allies.
- Only lasts for two turns.
Name: Crystal Sword

Description: By raising his hand into the air, he puts his hand as if he's gripping a sword. The end result is a sword of pure crystal forming there. The blade of the sword is 40inches long, The sword deals 1 rank of damage per hit. The sword can also be used to block 1 D rank spell, but is destroyed in the process. Deals 1 D rank damage per hit.
Strengths:
- Quick, easy to use weapon on command.
- Can be used to block spells in a pinch.
- Decently long-lasting spell.
Weaknesses:
- Blocking spells breaks the sword.
- Can't block spells that are a rank higher than it, will break and continue through.
- High level weapons can break it. (1 or more)
- High level armor can shatter it. (1 or more)
Name: Crystal Soul Arrow

Description: Pointing his hand at something, drawing back as if going to punch, and then punching outward with an open palm will release a blast of crystal energy that deals 1 rank of damage to the first thing hit. Can travel up to 15 meters before disipating, traveling 10 meters a second. (1.5 second travel time to completion)
Strengths:
-Instant, fast moving, attack.
- Does a blunt hit, meaning you will feel it through armor.
- Light shining makes it hard to look at to hit and stop.
Weaknesses:
- Can be stopped with a counter spell of magic aimed at it.
- Light shining may blind others around, not just enemies.
- Being blunt damage, something immune to it won't be affected.
- May shatter against something stronger than it. (High level armors/weapons)

Description: Just like the crystal sword, but a shield forms instead. The shield is MUCH more resilient than the sword and can take up to 3 damage of equal rank, or 2 of 1 rank higher.

Strengths:
- Can absorb a lot of spell damage.
- Fast Activation, for a fast defense.
- Can be used in tandem with crystal sword.
Weaknesses:
- Spells 2 ranks higher will destroy it and continue on.
- High level weapons will destroy it in one hit.
- Terrible glare on the outside, don't look at it directly in sunlight.
- Slows his movement speed down by 10% when used in tandem with crystal sword.

Name: Crystal Eye
Rank: C
Type: Supportive

Description: By removing his eye-patch, Rasparov reveals his crystallized eye. This eye can discover weak points in enemies and items and allows him to strike those targets. Increases damage dealt by .5 C rank of damage when activated.
Strengths:
- Is Activated the moment the eye-patch comes off.
- The eye is resilient and takes more than a standard eye to temporarily blind. Takes 2 C rank hits to do so.
- The eye can regenerate naturally due to the special nature of the crystal.
Weaknesses:
- Eye-patch HAS to be off.
- If he can't move hands, he can't take off the eye-patch.
- Hitting his eye can cancel the spell.
- Temporary blindness stops the spell for the duration he's blinded.
Name: Crystal Prison

Type: Offensive

Description: By slamming the ground while facing an opponent, Chaoris creates crystals at an opponents feet that will root them to the ground for the duration of the spell.
Strengths:
- Holds an opponent in place.
- Allows Rasparov to outmaneuver an opponent.
- While non-damaging, opponent can still hurt themselves if they move wrong/fall/etc.
Weaknesses:
- Non-damaging spell.
- Only keeps the enemy from moving.
- Enemies moving at high speeds are hard to hit.
- Can only hit those standing on the ground.
