Magic
Primary Magic: Claywork Arts
Secondary Magic: N/A
Caster or Holder: Castor
Description: Claywork Arts is a type of magic that takes two different elements and puts it into one form to create physical objects. Earth and Water are used as a base element to allow the user to mold, bend, and press the earth around them to create what would seem to be mud but instead is a condensed and compact version known as clay. This clay when hardened can make for excellent defensive capabilities and allows the user access to other spells that are water and earth related.
Claymore’s arms, legs, and torso are covered in dried magic clay that allows him to naturally withstand certain attacks in those areas while also providing emergency access to clay when needed. With the natural lack of power and the easy maneuverability of clay, Claymore’s focused a majority of the magic on defensive, disruptive, and supportive spells allowing him to drag out fights and wear down opponents without having to use brute force.
Strengths:
-Variety: Allows the user to use both Earth and Water elements along with Clay allowing for variety of spells
-Hardy Molds: Defensive spells tend to be a little bit stronger as the clay can either harden or soften to withstand attacks. Increases Defensive Spells power by one rank
-Disruptive: Clay can be used to slow down opponents or stop them in their tracks due to its natural heaviness and the ability to harden to certain surfaces.
Weaknesses:
-Earthly Bound: A majority of the magic requires earthly materials meaning the user must be at least on the ground to use the spells.
-It’s Too Hot: Even though water is mixed with earth, fire causes clay to become brittle both weakening its defensive capabilities and allowing it to be shattered easily.
-Powerless: Offensive spells lack the true power needed to deal massive damage to the enemies. Offensive Spells have their power reduced a quarter rank
-Wide Margins: Offensive spells can injure and disrupt allies if they get in the way, due to a large amount of AoE spells.
Lineage:
Unique Abilities:
-Clay Appendages: Arms, Legs, and Torso are covered in magic clay. Provides a natural 15% reduction from ALL attacks. Does not go up with rank.
-Emergency Provisions: The clay on the body can be used as a last resort allowing the user two free spells at the cost of the damage reduction for the remainder of the battle.
Usage: Once per Thread, Post 3 or later
-Solid Footing: Allows the ability to run and cling on any wall made of earth material without expending any magic.
Spells:

Broadsword: 1 meter in length, fastest of the three weapons, Deals damage equal to half of rank
Pole Hammer: 2 meters in length with a .45 meter hammer head, slowest of the three weapons, deals damage equal to 1.5 of rank
Iron Ball: 1 meter in diameter, Shortest reach of the three weapons, least likely to break, deals damage equal to rank.
Strengths:
-Each weapon can be made at instant speed

-Can be used on either arm as a one handed spell allowing other one handed spells to be used
Weaknesses:
-Fire causes the weapons to be brittle and break on impact
-Each weapon has a quarter rank debuff do to the natural lack of power from the clay

Name: Claywork Art: Hercules’s Embrace
Rank: D
Type: Defensive, Support, Clay (Water/Earth), Instant
Duration: 3 posts
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: The user claps their hands together molding magical clay in their palms before pulling apart revealing a large circular clay shield with the face of a roaring lion stamped on the front. The shield forms a magic invisible bubble that encompasses the user and reduces the power of both physical and magical attacks against the user by half their ranks. The shield can also be summoned for an ally if the user uses the ground as their catalyst and is only large enough to shield one person. After either the shield blocks damage equivalent to two times the current rank or the end of the duration the shields unleashes a bright light healing the user for 10% of their max health.
Strengths:
-Summoned at instant speed and therefore can block spells in mid travel
-Reduces damage before getting to the user and then any additional reduction on the user takes place
-Only the shield is visible so enemies can’t see the edges and the heal can’t be reduced by healing prevention
Weaknesses:
-Easily overcome by any fire magic
-Any spell of two ranks or higher instantly destroys the shield
-Doesn’t block all damage and won’t prevent any Damage over Time attacks that hit
-If used on an ally opens the user up to a counterattack
Name: Claywork Art: Clay Shot Barrage
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, AoE, Disruptive, Clay (Water/Earth)
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 3 post
Description: A chunk of clay is pulled from the ground with a magic circle then with a swing of the arm across the circle the clay splits into ten medium size pieces and fires forth at a quick pace in front of the user. The chunks of clay bind to targets and cause their movements to slow and also have a chance to immobilize if the target is up against terrain such as trees, walls, etc…
Strengths:
-Effective at slowing down enemies that rely on fast reactions
-Multiple chunks means multiple chances of hitting the same target
-Wide area of effect in front of the user allows the user to hit multiple people at once
Weaknesses:
-Requires the user to take a chunk of clay from the ground so can only be used while near an earthly material
-AoE means that it can also hit allies who are in the way
-Fire turns the flying pieces brittle reducing their damage by three quarters rank and removes the disruption
-Chunks of Clay can be removed by any water spell from the enemy and water spells can nullify the pieces
Name: Claywork Art: MASTERPIECE!
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Support, Clay (Water/Earth)
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 3 Posts
Description: The user places two hands on the ground and creates a large magical circle just in front of them or at any other place on the battlefield that causes the ground to shake at that location. A second later three 3.6 meter tall statues of the user rises from the circle in a defensive wall stance blocking all incoming attacks or in an offensive stance that strikes the enemy from below. The blocked amount is equal to 1.50 times this spells current rank.If used as an attack measure the damage is equal to the spell’s rank and a glancing blow equal to half the spell’s rank.
Strengths:
-A strong defensive measure that allows the user to block attacks and all AoE attacks aimed at the targets direction
-Can be used as a sneak attack as the second magic circle can appear anywhere else on the field, even out of a previously used statue.
-The statues remain in place allowing for an additional place to hid but the defensive capabilities are cut down by three quarters of their initial power
Weaknesses:
-Requires ground connection as the spell requires a lot of material
-All single handed spells must be deactivated in order to cast the spell
-Fire is still blocked but the defensive power is reduce to half the current rank
-Since the statues are permanent even the opponent can use them as their own defense

Description: Son of the God Zeus and a mortal woman, Hercules was the strongest man alive. He received his strength not only from his father, but also from his step-mother Hera; who was tricked into giving him her milk by Artemis. Hercules was strong enough to lift the Argo into the ocean so it could set sail. However, Hera cursed him with madness that led him into a life of misery and anger. He performed 12 trials for the Gods to redeem himself, but his madness overcame him and led him to his end. Spartans claimed to be the sons of Hercules, inheriting his god-like strength.
