Well... you made a mistake and now Kateri is pretty livid.
Kateri encases her opponent under a mound of very dense, very cold snow measuring 3ft wide, 3ft thick, 10ft long (this is not an AoE, and will only ever hit 1 person). Not only does this deal C rank damage, but it also freezes the victim's skin, and makes them a bit easier to hurt.
The effected opponent receives 25% more damage due to their skin freezing, lasts 1 post. Frozen skin is easier to break through since it's not as elastic as non-frozen skin. This attack can be dodged entirely by simply jumping to the side, but it's kind of hard to block a giant pile of snow being slammed on you... You can melt it, revert it to cold water, blow it away but you cant hold a shield up to it and not get hit unless you're A rank, be ranks take no damage but get the chill effect.
Strengths:
1 Very Difficult to block without magic
2 Causes the effected to take more damage (effective after being hit, not during the hit and lasts for 2 posts after the attack)
3 Does not require Kateri to be next to the opponent.
Weaknesses:
1 Can be dodged very easily
2 Does not cover a big area, is a single target attack
3 Can be blocked/deflected with magic
4 Fire wizards are not effected by the freezing after-effect

Description:
Kateri freezes a large space around her, dropping the temperature to -50f. This causes the sensory nerves of all in the area to become extremely sensitive, and brittle. Due to such cold temperatures, effected targets receive 25% more damage, and weaker opponents (D ranks) suffer a minor slow effect (15%). However, cut off from their nerves, those effected don't feel the damage they're receiving and will fight as though they weren't being damaged at all (this is also known as stage 2 hypothermia).
Effected Area: 200ft
Debuff Distribution: every 10 feet, the debuff is reduced by 1%. At 0 ft the effect is -30% damage threshold. At 200 feet the effect is -5% dmg threshold.
Strengths:
1 Effected opponents receive 30% more damage if within 8ft of the center
2 Kateri is unaffected by this spell since he trained in the exact same environment
3 Slows D rank enemies by 15%
Weaknesses:
1 Fire wizards are unaffected
2 Allies who aren't wearing sufficient clothing (have skin showing other than head, face, and neck) receive the full effect, just like the enemies
3 Ice wizards are unaffected
4 Enemies don't realize how much damage they're taking. This is bad because the opponent will fight with just as much vigour as if they had 100% HP.
5 The further away from Kateri the enemy is, the less effective this spell will be.

This is an upgrade from Kateri's Ice Spike.
Kateri riddles a 15meter (radius) area with massive ice spikes. (2 feet radius, 6ft long spikes) and impales everyone in this area (unless they have a defence for it, listed below) This causes C ranked damage to the effected area, and chills the air. The cooling of the air increases the power of all Ice, Water, and Wind attacks by 20% and DOES NOT effect other elements positively or negatively.
Fire can melt, Water can revert to water, wind can blow some away; all these reduce damage by 50% The attack can be blocked with a shield, or dodged by getting out of the effected area.
Higher ranked spells can shatter the spell entirely and avoid all damage this way.
AoE: 15 meters Radius
Damage Distribution: 0->3 meters 100% damage, 3->15 meters 75% damage
Strengths:
1 Causes mass destruction over a large area
2 Boosts damage for several elements
3 Can keep enemies away should they choose the dodge option
Weaknesses:
1 Can be melted, blown away, or reverted to water
2 Elemental buff applies to enemies of that element as well as allies
3 Can be dodged or blocked by items/spells of equal or greater rank
4 Will hurt allies if they're in the area

This causes distanced attacks to deal 5% less damage to Kateri, as the attack is being pushed to the side slightly instead of blasting her in the face. All within a 3 feet radius of Kateri, enemy or not, will have their flesh chilled making it less elastic and easier to break. +25% damage received for the duration of the attack.
Strengths:
1 Distanced Attacks deal less damage to Kateri
2 Has a tiny area that reduces enemy defence
3 Physical attackers must enter the cold air to attack with swords/other melee
Weaknesses:
1 Cold area effects allies
2 Does not guarantee Kateri's safety from distance attacks
3 Does not decrease damage of Physical Attacks
4 Does not block attacks

Kateri is by nature a protector. She despises seeing others suffer, and enjoys the company of her friends. However, as much as she cherishes her friends she has a dirty little secret.
When Kateri needs power, she can release her inner power and become a true Goddess of ice. Activating this spell, that she's worked on in secret; Kateri's physical appearance changes to her having long white hair, a white dress with blue accents, angelic wings, and a double edged longsword made of ice fused to both of her hands.
Gains:
The air in the area freezes over and everyone takes +25% damage (Increase to 35% at A rank)
Kateri is able to fly at a speed of 8 meters per second (Increase to 13 meter per sec. at A rank)
Kateri is no longer held back by her cloak, and has full range of motion +15% agility (Increase to 30% at A rank)
Kateri gains +50% strength (increase to 75% at A rank)
Kateri A mist engulfs a 30 meter radius (Increase to 60 meter [r] at A rank)
Losses:
Kateri can NOT use any spells under this effect
Kateri receives 25% more damage (from her own effect) (Increase to 35% at A rank)
Kateri receives 10% more damage from not having her cloak (Decrease to 5% at A rank)
Kateri will pass out for 2 posts after the end of this ability, leaving her at the mercy of her enemies (unless her friends feel like protecting her)
