Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Retouch magic is the ability to temporarily alter the form of an object to better suit the caster's needs. It can be used on any form of inanimate material, but the magic works best and is most commonly used on metal, earth, and organic objects like plants and fungi. Considering the heavy emphasis on physical skill and rapid imagination, retouch magic is not commonly used. The magic does have a wide range of uses, provided that the user has the skill to cast complex spells.
Strengths:
1. Can combine multiple small objects to form one large object
2. Works on all inanimate objects, including plants and other non-sentient organisms.
3. Immediate change- does not take up extended periods of time to manipulate an object
Weaknesses:
1. Requires contact- in order to change the form of the object, the caster must touch it.
2. Relies heavily on the caster's creativity and ability to make fast decisions- similar to maker magic, retouch magic is limited to what the caster can think of off the top of their head.
3. Temporary change- the object being affected will revert to its original state when taken outside the caster's range of magic, or when the caster runs out of mp.
4. Relies on the coordination and fighting skill of the caster- gives them the ability to make weapons, not the knowledge of to use them.
5. Multitasking- it is impossible (at D-rank) to manipulate two objects at once

Description: Retouch:Metal allows the caster to manipulate objects made from any kind of metal. the transition takes only a few seconds (two at most), and it appears like the metal melts, and the liquid solidifies into the object the caster desires.
Strengths:
1. Can draw metal from the earth
2. can manipulate the arms/armor of an opponent.
3. Can combine multiple types of metal (like iron and steel).
Weaknesses:
1. cannot manipulate anything larger than 5 square feet
2. only works on metal objects- if used on an object made of mixed materials, the other material will remain unaffected
3. only works on solid metal- cannot manipulate molten metals
4. cannot manipulate any magical object while it is in use (like requip weapons/armor and celestial keys)
5. If the object is broken, the metal returns to it's original state.

Description: Retouch: Earth allows the caster to manipulate any kind of earthy material, such as stone, sand, glass, and gems/minerals. This only takes a few seconds to cast, similar to the previous spell. Similarly, when cast, it looks like the earth being manipulated is liquefied and reforms into a new object.
Strengths:
1. Can manipulate anything made of earthy materials.
2. Can combine all forms of earth.
3. Can recreate any form of the material-such as turning a boulder into dirt, or vice versa.
Weaknesses:
1. Cannot manipulate more than five square feet of material.
2. Will revert to its original form if broken or separated.
3. Longer cooldown time
4. Easier to break than metal

Description: Retouch: Organic gives the caster the ability to manipulate insentient living objects, such as plants and fungi. It appears to an onlooker as if the plant/other that is being manipulated is rapidly growing and reshaping itself. This also can be heard, as the organic material creaks as its being manipulated, as if in protest to its use.
Strengths:
1. Lasts longer than the inanimate objects.
2. Does not revert back to it's original state if broken.
3. Works on currently living and deceased organisms.
Weaknesses:
1. As this spell controls living objects, it takes longer (2 posts) to fully alter the form of the object.
2. Size limit of 18 square feet
3. Doesn't work on sentient organisms.
4. Requires extreme focus and precision- if the caster loses focus, the spell will fail but the cooldown will still occur.
