Description: These are padded black gloves with heavy weights built into the wrist panels but dunnot restrict the joint movement. The glves themselves are black in colour and are fingerless whilst on the back of the gloves is a solid metal strap covering the back of the band with a engraved black star.
Strengths:

• Weight - the Gauntlets are light and therefore do not hinder Elric's movement.

• inconspicuous - The gauntlets do not stand out overly and therefore can get through a customs check if necessary, unlike a giant spear or sword.

• Destructive power - In terms of its size and ratio the power that this artifact bestows is mind boggling with its power to shatter earth with a punch.

Weaknesses:

• Destructive power - just by moving too fast Elric could easliy send an ally flying or hurt an innocent.

• Wanted Artifact - Having an artifact like this is sure to bring treasure hunters as well as those in dark guilds who may wish to possess such a destructive item.

• Removed - The gloves could easily be removed and with them, the magic they possess.

• The gloves can take a total of 4 A rank Hits before breaking with their durable nature.

Abilities:

Black Star Impulse - A pair of gauntlets from a long forgotten race of Assassins bestow upon the wearer supernatural strength and speed, they increase the wearers arm and leg muscle power as well as speed meaning a full powered punch equals that to a sonic boom which can cause massive bodily trauma to an opponent or shatter the earth beneath him.
This ability is passive.
