Jacob vs Daiko

Daiko quietly steps from his guild house, the doors making a clatter as they automatically shut. Walking down the steps, Daiko admires the letter in hand. "Daiko, I would totally wreck you in a fight. 1 v 1 me at Magnolia, noob. ~Jacob."

"Jacob, huh..." Daiko crumples the thing up, tossing it into one of the various trash cans. He runs his hands through his dark hair, finally seeing the arena he was meant to fight in. Taking a confident step inside, Daiko notes the scenery.

Up to the north there was trees, a patch of about 10. To the south there was a small 'lake', if it could be call that. It was about 5 meters in diameter and 3 meters deep in the center, slowly steeping up, surrounded by 1/2 a meter of sand before it is turned to grass. The east and west are the entrance gates, both Daiko and Jacob will be entering at the same time.


Each gate is set to open at exactly the same time, pushing both of them out with a magic force. The gates cannot be broken, and are especially sturdy against all magics. The arena is a regenerative arena, and will refill with water every two posts, as well as the land regenerating C-Rank damage done to it every other post. 


The arena itself was merely 35 Meters in diameter, and it was 75 meters high. At 80 meters, there was a bubble of magic to prevent one from flying out of it. There are various holes in the ground, the overall flat climate having tunnels that intertwine with one another, going 30 meters down though the ground....

Daiko cracks his knuckles, and stands, glancing around him. He is pushed out of the gate and is 5 meters away from the door, making him simply 30 meters away from Jacob's door. Yelling, he smiles. "Let's do this!"

Manacle laughter  erupted in a crowd of ordinary citizens. It was here in Magnolia, home of Fiore's finest guild, Fairy tail, that a mysterious ominous entity made his grand appearance in.


" Its been over  two hundred years since I step on solid ground, been sleeping for so long I don't even remember  how this body works." The cloaked being said with a raspy voice. He gazed down at the exceed before him who gave a blank stare right back at him.

"We have to go now, come on now Leo" The boy spoke again as he walked through the crowds of magnolia citizens .

"Despicable I was once the strongest mage in Fiore, and now I can barely cast any of my arch spells. I've been reduce to nothing, I can barely summon darkness from the eternal abyss of the Earthland. I can't return to Tartaruas like this, I need to get stronger.. I need to devour more magic."

He continued to walk as the exceed besides him followed patiently awaiting for a command by his own master. They would only stop infront of the building whose name read "Fairy Tail"


"What is this place?"

The cloaked being muttered to himself before eavesdropping on a passing crow'd conversation.

"Is it really him? Daiko the fasmous mage of Fairy tail?"

"I hear he is the strongest mage of the guild."

"Aye!, he is by far the greatest I've seen in action."


The cloaked male tilted his head and looked down at his exceed companion.

"I guess we're going to pay this wizard a visit, eh Leon?"

The exceed continue to blankly stare at his owner.

"Come on follow me I believe they said something about an arena."

The cloaked male flickered his tattered robes to the wind and picked up his feline partner, carefully tailing the crowd of citzens on their way to arena.

Upon arrival the feline partner broke away from his master and entered in the arena himself, taunting his master the cat found himself soon falling down some stairs which led to a door. As the cloak male picked up his exceed the door bursts open and with it a shining brimming light which blinded them both. As their vision cleared up they heard the voices of the crowd roar as the two were welcomed as today's challengers. For what could happen next, only the Gods could tell?
