Description: Dark Écriture allows him to write runes in the air, either with a sword or his own fingers. Such runes, depending on what is written, will have different effects. comes in as an extremely useful form of Magic, with the runes being used ranging from offensive ones, which can inflict excruciating pain unto a person, making it impossible for them to fight back, or even infuse them with specific feelings, to those capable of changing Tenno's own appearance, to make him more formidable in combat or grant him added advantages and capabilities. Dark Écriture seems to be related to Tenno's right eye, which was shown taking on a dark color during some instances in which he made use of this Magic.
Strengths: -Senses- This magic is one to play with the opponents senses, making them feel things like Pain, Fear, Suffering, and some of the most powerful users can cause Death

-Enhancement-This magic can be used for enhancing the caster, allowing them to teleport, grow wings, or even change form completely to some demonic like creature, also enhancing strength, or speed

-Rounded- This magic is rather well rounded, providing spells for attacks, as well as defensive spells, most of the attacks are rather close range though, and the defenses only go up so high
Weaknesses: -Give away- This magic does have a tell tale sign when it is about to be used, the casters right eye becomes black with a purplish iris in the center, for those who know of this magic, they will know when this person is about to do something, for those who have not seen it before, will either be impressed or intimidated

-Time consuming- Runes will take some time to write for the less experianced, but as they get more powerful, runes will eventually quicken, starting from writing each rune out, to one rune at a time, to the full spell of runes in a single swipe

-Everyone must Obey- Theres some spells that can effect a entire city, but these spells effect EVERYONE, Enemies, friends, castor, and even the random unknown people all around This is pretty powerful so I hope this is reserved for much later in ranks aka S-rank.
Abilities/Powers: -Teleportation: Tenno is able to teleport by turning his body into runes; such runes float in the air and travel to the desired location, where they unite to form Tenno's body once more This isn't going to work. No free teleports.

All of the spells below need to have 3 strengths and 4 weaknesses. Also could you add a duration and CD to each in their own column. Makes it easier to read for others as well as easier to find. The CD needs to be longer than the duration too.

Name: Dark Écriture: Fear (Yami no Ekurityūru: Kyōfu)
Rank: D
Type: Defensive, Letter
Description: By inscribing runes onto his target, Tenno instills the emotion of fear into his target, causing them to lose their courage. Depending on the rank of the Mage this is used on depends on the effect, d-rank will turn and run in fear(3 posts, fear will try to get them to run, then on the third post they are free from the fear), c-rank will cringe and coware(2 posts, they wont move, second post they will be freed), but not run, B-rank will flinch (1-post lost) a-rank and higher mages are uneffected, After the use of this spell the caster must wait three posts from the used post before use again This spell is pretty OP in what it is doing so dumb down the effects of it ranks should feel fear from the towards the caster and for 2 posts be hesitant to attack him while C-ranks will flinch in fear for one post. This spell will only affect D and C ranks, making B and higher unaffected by it. Also this spell should only affect one person at a time and should go on CD after the person affected by it is relinquished of the effects.

Description: By inscribing runes onto his target, Freed causes the affected person to undergo severe pain, This only effects pain they are already feeling, no matter how small, Emotional pain, or Physical pain, but if the person has no previous physical pain, or any emotional pain, this spell is ineffective, This spell has a two post cooldown, and duration is for two posts This spell sounds like it is a one turn spell of doing damage to a person injured. This spell also needs a stated damage it does which should be 1 D-rank of damage.

Description:  By inscribing runes onto himself, Tenno attains a pair of rune-composed wings, these wing allow the user to fly no higher then 50 meters into the air, and gives a slight speed boost of no more then one rank higher then current rank of mage using this spell, can not be used on others, five post cooldown, duration lasts till Disspelled (Or magic is drained),which is then when the cooldown starts These wings should let him fly 20 m/s. With what you are saying you are doubling his current speed which is too much at D-rank from one spell. Also this spell needs a max duration with the cooldown being higher. I think 3 posts of duration with a 4 post CD is reasonable here.

Rank: Equal to Casters Rank
Type: Defensive,Letter
Description:  By inscribing runes into the air, Tenno can reflect an incoming projectile back at the attacker. Spell or thrown objects, as long as they are not above the rank of the mage using this spell, spells and thrown objects can not be directed directly back at the opponent, and can not go further then the range of the spell or object is allowed to go, cooldown of three posts, duration of one This spell should only reflect spells of equal rank to this spell or lower, not go by mage rank. Also increase the CD to 4 posts.

For all the spells below separate your CD and duration form your strengths and weaknesses. The only time they count as either is if they are long durations for that rank for a strength or if the CD is long for that rank for a weakness. Also all of your spells below need to at least have 3 strengths and 4 weaknesses each. Please adjust them.

Change this spell so that it only affects D-ranks and it will only paralyze them with fear for a post. During this post they cannot attack you but can still attempt to dodge out of fear. Edit this spell to fit this please.
Strengths:-D rank mages inflicted with this spell loses two posts against him
-c rank mages inflicted with this spell lose one post against him
-Can affect any creature, demon, animals ect as long as they are c-rank or lower
Weaknesses:-Cooldown- 3 posts
-Duration- D-rank 2, C-rank 1
-Inneffective to B-rank and higher
-Cooldown dont kick in till Duration is over
-Affects One person at a time only

-Speed is C-rank What does this mean? Do you mean the casting speed? We don't have casting speeds going by ranks. You can change this to say it can be cast quickly.
Weaknesses:-Cooldown two posts
-Previous damage needed
-Not stackable
-Duration on post

As said above more weaknesses and cut the CD from the weaknesses.

Description:  Tenno can have his whole body turn into runes and reconfigure themself in another location. A teleport is too much for a D-rank spell. This spell can be changed to increasing his speed for a certain amount for a certain amount of posts. 2 posts with a 3 post CD should work. The speed increase sounds good at 25% for that time. Please edit this spell to fit this.
Strengths: -Can teleport instantly 20 meters away from this location
Weaknesses:-Has to have the location in eye site
-can only be used three times in a thread
-cooldown three posts
-duration one post

-Inneffective to B-rank and higher
-Cooldown dont kick in till Duration is over
-Affects One person at a time only
-The more someone gets hit by this spell the less effective it is (So one time on a C-rank, and twice on a D-rank) as they would already know by this point it is only a spell and not true fear
