So I was thinking of making a new type of job where the story and enemies were done by the takers of the job for the most part. It is something I had done in the past as one of my site projects but I don't think it was ever approved or finished.
The idea is that the job gives a vague description like 'Find out what is going on in the Rose Garden's Theater and stop it'. This will let anyone who takes the job be able to come up with the entire situations themselves and figure out anyway they want to.
Enemies would be a bit harder but the idea would be that each enemy slot(Weak, Normal, Strong and Boss) would be created while in the thread with the job specifying how many abilities these enemies need to have and more.
I have a job I had made in the past following these rules called Cyberhaven Investigation if you want to get a bit more detail into how this can be done. Zack and I started the job but we never got to finish it in the past(on this site) but it did allow us to have a lot more fun with the job.
All and all, this allows members to feel like their jobs are much more unique and feel like they made an impact on the job and on the site.
So what do you guys think?
