If Deniel had heard what Alyia said to him, nothing could have made him more happy. However, given the situation he was in, he was too focused. He stared at the green monster that was at the top of the staircase, with his beetle wings rattling behind him at an ultra fast speed. The two powerful creatures stood staring at each other, and then in a flash, they both disappeared. Deniel's claw met with the migty blade, Raiku, in a huge clash. Deniel's entire body was surrounded in the destructive and fire-looking substance known as his Unholy Energy, which was clashing and battling with the lightning that the blade Raiku was capable of mustering. Deniel was growling, and Kenpachi was grunting. The two seemed to be at even strength. They eventually knocked each other away, landing on the ground and then going into another clash. They seemed to be nothing but two blurs going at each other over and over again. Before another clash with each other, Kenpachi used one of his spells: his lightning shield. Just before Deniel clashed in to him, Deniel felt a jolt of lightning hit him and make him slide back several paces. He followed Deniel while he slid back, so that he could give him another slash and then kick him away. Deniel felt the stinging pain surge through him, but just like everything else, it only fueled his strength and anger. He smashed into the wall, further sending the swords from earlier into his back, so that they were all poking through to the other side. He hadn't even payed them any attention until now.
Kenpachi swung his sword, expecting to be the victor, but was only greeted by Deniel rushing to him again. Deniel came from the cloud of smoke created with the impact he had on the wall. He hit Kenpachi's shield once and then twice. Both times he got shocked by lightning, but ultimately used that pain to fuel his anger further. The shield shattered, and now Deniel was free to do whatever he wished. Just a few moments ago, he was near his peak. Now he was. He was a pure Devil, with nothing more than a crave for death and blood.
"DIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEE!" Deniel yelled out, almost at the top of his lungs. If he had Nidhogg, he would definitely stab this creature to death. But since he didn't, he was able to get more of a thrill by using his bare hands and feet. An uppercut to his chin to start it off so he could stagger, and then a roundhouse kick to his stomach to make him gag. This way he wouldn't have to worry about any form of coutnerattack. The rest was up to his fists. Using his wings to keep him up to level, Deniel gave jabs and punches at his face, chest, and stomach area with his unbelievable strength. Every punch he did sent a force of air pressure to the wall behind Kenpachi, making a huge crack every time it hit. And then, on Deniel's last hit, he burst it wide open. However, he wasn't done.
"FINISHING MOVE!" Deniel held one hand over the other, and pulled them both back to his side. Two orbs of Unholy Energy formed, and then came into contact with each other. The instant they did, the grew in size ten times, become three times as big as Deniel.
"HELL'S WRAITH: HEAVEN'S DEMIIIIIISE!" Deniel held both of his arms forward, and unleashed his most powerful spell on Kenpachi. The second time he's ever used it. A beam much bigger than his Shout of the Devil shot out of his hands, and straight to Kenpachi. It grew in size and speed, showing absolutely nothing that was caught within it. Deniel kept his arms forward to continue the spell, until he lowered them and it all ended. Everything caught in the path of the beam was completely ahnnialated, including one of the walls in the room; the spell went all the way through the labyrinth, creating an exit for him and Alyia. The corpse of Kenpachi was no where to be found, but the lightning blade Raiku fell to the ground. Deniel stared at the scene of destcution he caused, and he couldn't feel more proud.
He removed the blades in his back one at a time, letting them dropped to the ground. His wings stopped rattling from the lack of danger, but because he enjoyed the sound of it so much now, he made them rattle. He gave a few pants, and then clenched his fist. An inhuman roar came out from his mouth, in triumph of his victory. The walls around him shook from the mighty vibrations of his voice, and then sheer power he held within him.
Far off in the barren wastelands of Sin, in a boiling hot prime volcano, sat a man in his obsidian throne, staring into a vision created by magic. There he saw a Black Devil roaring in triumph over a victory, which caused him to smirk.
"Well, at least I know what happened to my scout team." The man stood up from his throne, causing his ragged and torn black cape and cloak wrapped around his waist to drape down above armored black plates. A shadowy figure beside his throne, only shown with three green eyes eyed the man.
"What should we do, m'lord?" The man gave a wave of his hand, causing the image of the events taking place in the labyrinth to fade.
"I think we should wait and see what happens. He's almost at his prime. Once he gains the crown that I have, then he will be ready. And he will feel the wrath of Diabolos, The Black Devil."- Spells Used:
