Description: This magic basically allows the user to materialize senbon-like thorns at will. This magic has no set element, so it is very flexible. Thorn-make is an offensive magic with very little defensive use. At the very peak of magical prowess, the thorns can be made as far as 50 meters from the user.
Spyke uses this magic very offensively. He will many times send volleys of magic thorns at the opponent. He mainly uses this magic at far range, avoiding physical contact with the target. Though most molding magic is more stable with two hands, Spyke's Thorn-make magic has the same stability with one hand, but one hand casting forms less thorns.

- Pierces armor well
- Casts Instantaneously
Weaknesses:
- Has no defensive use
- Can hit allies easily
- Leaves user vulnerable to melee
- The user will take 1.5x damage from all slayer magics
Abilities/Powers:
- Armor of Thorns: When an enemy damages the user through direct physical contact, 1/3 of the damage dealt to the user is dealt to the attacker if he or she is of the same rank or lower. If the rank of the attacker is higher than that of the user, then they will only take 1/4 damage. Those 3+ ranks higher than the user take 1/5 damage.

Rank: D
Type: Fire/Offensive
Description: This spell is cast when the user sticks two hands in front of his/her body pointing toward the target. The user fires 50 explosive needles at the target. Each needle explodes with a 1 meter radius. Each needle does 1/50th of the maximum damage done by the attack. Each needle fires at 10 m/s. The maximum range of this attack is 20 meters.
Strengths:- Every 25 needles have 1 meter knockback.
- Can destroy weak weapons and armor.
- Causes a burn is 35 needles hit the target.
Weaknesses:- Damage is halved if it comes in contact with water
- Defensive wind techniques can blow needles away.
- Needles will not explode or cause knockback if they come in contact with water
- Knockback will be negated by movements toward the needles and the user higher than 10 m/s
- Duration: 1 post (Instantaneous)
- Cooldown: 2 posts
- Every 25 needles have 1 meter knockback.
