Description: Flame Demon Slayer magic is a special fire based magic that was created to fight against demons and everything related to demons. The flames used for this magic are white in color from its mixing with the element of light to better deal with demonic elements. He was taught this magic by the spirit of his ancestor, Inuki the dog demon, who’s blood flows through his veins through his mothers bloodline. In combination with Demon slaying magic, he uses his katana, the Kukan, to fight. His flames enhance the cutting power of the blade and makes him more deadly at close range. After training he has found that his flames can be used to get rid of the darkness in others. This can also be used to get rid of a soul being possessed by a dark being also.(RP Purposes only and only after consent from others.)
Strengths:
- Is Resistant to fire(Chart below in Slayer Perks)
- Strong against ice and wind magic
- Heightened senses and physical abilities
Weaknesses:
- Strong Metal can resist the flames causing less damage to be taken
- The flames can hurt allies if not careful
- Even though his flames are strong against wind magic there is still a chance that strong wind magic can suck the air out of his flames allowing the opponent to have an advantage
- His flames have a natural weakness to water magic that extinguishes the flames, and earth based magic that just smothers it.
Abilities/Powers:
- Kukan Forms: Can use his magical power to change the Kukan's form.
- Holy Recovery: Due to the holy side of Cirven's flames he is able to ficus on that side and gain a small healing regen each post. He can only gain this regen when he takes a post of not using any of his spells or attacking someone. This regen is 5% HP per post. This includes having a spell active.
- Intense Heat: Cirven's flames burn at the temperature of up to 1,500 °C on average which can easily incinerate things quickly. He can control the flames heat so that it burns at high temperatures or even lower it to the point where it doesn't burn anything. This is used for his spells where he uses his healing magic. Cirven can also use up 5% of his MP in order to cause his flames to burn hotter than regular reaching around 3,000 °C. He can use this to enhance the damage of his fire attacks by one rank equal to the spell. If he does this though his flames will burn at half their normal amount thanks to the stress it puts on him. This will last for 2 posts and will cause all damage done by his flames to be halved during that time.
- Lingering Burns: When an opponent is hit by flames they are put on fire and take one rank lower in damage than the spell they were hit by per their post. After being burned the person cannot be burned again for 3 posts.
- Soul Burn: Cirven's flames burn away at the soul of his enemies causing them to lose MP each time they are hit any of his fire spells. Burns for 5% on D-rank, 4% C-rank and 3% B-ran. This ability only works on mages equal to his rank and lower. While this is active he loses 5% more mana with each fire spell he uses. Cirven can cause this ability to not do its mana burning to stop the 5% mana lose each attack.
Slayer Perks
- Demon Force: Can enter Demon Force mode after consuming enough fire or fire magic.
- Reference:
- Demon Force: Can only be activated by consuming an enormous amount of its own element, mixed or pure, at least 25% of your own element once every post for 5 posts in a row must be consumed in order to be able to active it.
Demon Force highly increases the power of the Demon Slayer's magic, physical endurance, speed, and strength. (Demon's Aura: Body is cloaked in a tinted aura of their respective element) It puts all stats into the next range on the character scaling.
The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%.
In Demon Force, the Slayer gains an aura of their element that engulfs their body. Physical attacks deal status effects from their respective element. ( Frostbite, Burn, Poison, etc. )
During Demon Force the Slayer does not lose any mp from casting spells, but after it wears off is left with 5% mp.
Lasts for 7 posts.
- Fire into MP: Can eat up a fire source or fire magic to regain MP and is resistant to fire based things. Can not eat his own flames or the flames of a God Slayer though.

Spells
- D-Rank Spells:
Name: Flare Bomb
Rank: D
Type: Demon, Fire, Offense
Duration: Flames last in objects for 2 posts after which they are extinguished. After the object explodes or the flames are extinguished he has to wait 4 posts to be able to use the spell again. The damage the explosions cause is D-rank.
Range: He has to be within 20 ft to trigger the explosion(s) and the radius of the explosion is 10 ft.
Description: Cirven can be sort of crafty sometimes and shows it with the use of his flames. He can put his flames into cracks in objects and can cause them to explode into his white flames from a distance. He can do this with small things like rocks or other things like walls. When done on an object it has some of the white flames coming out of it.
Strengths:
- Can use this to set up traps for his enemies
- Can use this as a way to blow down doors or holes in things
- Can be used as grenades and launched from a distance, throwing the enemy of with the size or by the object infused with magic.
Weaknesses:
- You can notice what object is being used by the white flames around it
- To cause the object to explode he has to be within 20 feet
- If the object used is drenched in water the fire is extinguished and causing the spell to be wasted
- If the object used is frozen then the fire is extinguished and cannot be triggered for an explosion.
Name: Flames of flight
Rank: D
Type: Fire, Demon, Support
Duration: 3 posts with a 4 post cooldown
Description: Cirven can use his flames similarly to his Flames of Propulsion spell but to travel slower and at a steady pace. The flames burst out from under his feet and hands and lifts him up into the air. A white trail of flames follows him as he uses this spell.
Strengths:
- Lets Cirven be able to fly around for a short time.
- Lets him reach high areas.
- Travels at 30 mph
Weaknesses:
- A water spell can be used to drench the flames which would cause Cirven to lose the spell and fall.
- No other spells that require his hands or feet can be used while flying besides his Flames of Propulsion spell.
- Strong winds can strip away the oxygen the flames use and cause Cirven to lose the spell.
- Cannot carry anything more than 200lb.
Name: Flame Demon's Prison
Rank: D
Type: Fire, Demon
Duration: 2 post casting time and can last up to 2 posts with a 4 post cooldown
Range: 4m Radius around the target
Description: Cirven is able to surround a target and trap them in a sphere of intense flames. This spell takes time and concentration before being cast which causes it to be not as reliable. C-rank and higher mages can get through the flames but will take D-rank damage in doing so.
Strengths:
- Can be used to stall enemies for a limited time
- Completely surrounds the target so they cannot see through the flames
- Can be used to surround a frozen target and melt it
Weaknesses:
- A higher ranked water spell can be used to end the trapping early by putting out the flames. ( D-rank and higher)
- Takes time before being cast
- If enough damage is dealt to Cirven before it is cast the spell is lost along with the MP used for it
- Strong wind magic can extinguish the flames
Name: Flame Cleansing
Rank: D
Type: Holy, Healing, Support
Duration: 1 post with a 4 post cooldown
Range: Touching distance
Description: Cirven trained with Inuki to find out what other things his flames could do besides harm others which lead him to being able to use the holy aspect of his flames. He can tap into the holy side of his flames and use them to cleanse the body of physical debuffs, spiritual debuffs and healing for a small amount. When this spell is used Cirven places his hand over his chest or the chest of another and ignites his hand into his white flame. During this the flame gives off a warm and calming sensation to the person it is used on.
Strengths:
- Cleanses the body and gets rid of the physical and spiritual debuffs affecting a person.
- Heals for 5% HP.
- Can be used to calm a person down.
Weaknesses:
- During this process Cirven is completely defenseless and open to attacks.
- If this spell is used Cirven cannot use any offensive spells(spells with durations that were activated a turn or earlier before still work).
- Minor healing
- The HP healed is completely lost if there is water in the air

Name: Purge Art: Lustration
Rank: C
Type: Fire
Duration: 1 post with a 5 post cooldown
Range: A 5 foot radius from where the flames erupt out of the crevice
Description: Cirven has learned how to channel his flames into crevices or cracks in the ground and can cause those flames to erupt from out of the crevices/cracks at his opponent in a flash of white flames that resembles the tip of a katana blade. This spell causes C-rank damage.
Strengths:
- Can set up his own cracks or crevices by cutting up the ground himself
- Can be used to attack multiple enemies if the crack/crevices are long enough
- Fires up at a speed of 10mph
Weaknesses:
- Has to have his hand or foot near the crack or crevice to use
- Useless when in a moist, watery area.
- Flames cannot be moved from where they ride from. They shoot straight up, that’s it.
- Can easy be extinguished by water or covered by earth magic.
Name: White Heal
Rank: C
Type: Holy, Healing
Duration: 1 post with a 5 post cooldown
Description: Cirven uses the holy element of his flames to heal wounds on his or up to two other's(One for each hand). This healing cleanses the body of any physical or spiritual debuffs while healing broken bones and closing wounds. This healing heals the target for 25% HP.
Strengths:
- The healing is painless and is fairly quick
- Can be used to fix broken bones and close up wounds
- Can be used to heal up to two people at a time.
Weaknesses:
- Can only heal two people. They also have to be close enough for him to reach out to and hold his hand over the wound(s)
- If this spell is used Cirven cannot use any offensive spells that turn(spells with durations that were activated a post or earlier before still continue to work)
- If water is in the air then the healing down will be dropped down to 15%
- Cannot reform or reattach severed limbs
Name: Purge Art: Expurgation
Rank: C
Type: Fire, Demon, Offense
Range: Close Quarters with a 4m blast
Duration: 1 post with a 4 post cooldown
Description: Cirven uses his speed to get close to one enemy and shoots off a huge amount of explosive flames at point-blank range. He can use either his hands of the Kukan for this spell. If he uses his hands he will grab the target with one hand while supporting it with the other then releases the vast amount of flames out of his hand holding the target to engulf them in flames. If he uses his sword he will slash it down towards his enemy vertically while holding it with both hands and send the massive amount of flames from the blade. Deals 1.5 C-rank damage.
Strengths:
- Completely engulfs the enemy in flames once used
- The brightness of the flames can temporarily disorient or blind the target. Lasts for 1 post.
- Hard to dodge because of the wideness of the attack
Weaknesses:
- Can only be used up close
- A defensive water or metal type spell can lessen the damage. If the spell is C-rank or higher the damage is negated.
- If his grip is stopped too early or his blade is stopped before crossing near target the attack is stopped
- Cannot switch between using hands or his sword in mid-move

Name: Flame Demon's Wall
Rank: B
Type: Fire, Demon, Defense
Duration: 3 post with a 5 post cooldown
Description: Though Cirven's flames are used mostly for offensive means that does not mean he can't have some sort of defense with them. This spell allows him to summon up a wall of fire in front of him that will take some attacks for him. This is done by him putting his hand out in front of him and building the flames into a wall from his hand. The wall is 5 meters tall and 5 meters wide and can take 3 B-rank hits.
Strengths:
- Cirven can place the wall in a position to take hits and leave it where it is making it a good tool in order to cover other people while he attacks
- If a person attacks the shield with a physical attack, whatever they attacked it with will take B-rank damage.
- The wall is fairly big so it can be used to block multiple people.
Weaknesses:
- The wall cannot be moved once summoned and will remain in place until it is destroyed or until the duration is over.
- Can only summon one wall per activation
- Water and earth spells do double damage to the wall
- This wall is not solid and only stops attacks by burning them away. This means that a person can walk through the wall but they will take B-rank damage upon doing so. Also any attack that does damage over the threshold of the wall will break through the wall and do the rest of its damage to the people/things behind it.
Name: Flame Body
Rank: B
Type: Fire, Demon
Duration: 5 posts with a cooldown of 6 posts
Range:
Description: After seeing his sister's Water Body ability he wanted to have something similar for his defense against most things but with the addition of being able to use the same defense as an offense. After this spell is cast Cirven's body becomes the white flames he uses completely and allows him to move through objects and attacks. This form is potentially dangerous for any opponent that is close to Cirven.
Strengths:
- Physical contact with Cirven while in this form by anything will cause B-rank damage to it.
- Avoids anything equal to or below B-rank damage by becoming immaterial and letting it go right through him. This only works with spells that are smaller then him or physical attacks.
- Can be used to get through obstacles that otherwise he wouldn't have been able to.
Weaknesses:
- If any water spells are directed at him that are B-rank or higher he will not be able to avoid them and take damage as normal.
- Can only hurt enemies who are close to him
- Wind magic of equal to B-rank or higher can be used to move him in the direction it moves or even prevent him from becoming immaterial which would cause him to take damage as normal.
- This form does not prevent any projectile at all so anything behind him will be hit by it once it moves through him.
- Ineffective against fluid or immaterial spells that affect fire.
Name: Flame Demon's Wrath
Rank: B
Type: Fire, Demon, Offense
Duration: Up to 2 posts with a 5 post cooldown
Range: 10 meters around Cirven or can be shot out into a 10 meter line.
Description: Cirven channels his flames all around his body until he is engulfed in them. Than almost as if like a bomb he explodes the flames off from his body to cover an area of ten meters around him. Cirven can also instead out all of the built of flames into one of his limbs and shoot it out like a beam to cover 10-meters in front of him. The beam is 5 feet in diameter. Any hit by the either the burst of flames or beam take less damage. The damage caused by both versions deals 1.5 B-rank.
Strengths:
- Can be used to hit multiple enemies.
- Can keep the flames around him and hold the spell for up to 2 posts or until ready to use them.
- The beam can be used to burn through things.
Weaknesses:
- If hit by a water spell of equal rank or higher the flames will be drenched and will end the spell.
- Wind magic of one rank higher or more can be used to suck the oxygen away from the flames and disperse them before launching the attack.
- Strong metal will cause the damage the flames do to drop down to 1.5 C-rank
- The beam and explosion will hurt everyone they hit, including allies.
Name: Flame Demon's Talons
Rank: B
Type: Fire, Demon, Offense
Duration: Can maintain for 5 posts with a 6 post cooldown after use
Range: Close Quarters
Description: Cirven engulfs his hands and/or feet in his white slayer flames to enhance his strikes with them. He can also place the flames on the blade of the Kukan or any other weapon and use them that way.
Strengths:
- Can be used to enhance the strength of his punches and kicks. Dealing 1.5B Rank damage.
- The flames cause small explosions when they hit an enemy
- Can be used to increase his slashing ability with the Kukan. Each slash creates a blade of fire that is 1m long and 0.5m thick. When this blade connects with it’s target, it leaves a streak of white flames that creates a small explosion for an extra B rank damage.
Weaknesses:
- Natural weakness to water magic
- Strong metal lowers the damage to only half damage with melee attacks and completely negates the blades of fire
- Only helps at close quarters
- Strong wind magic can extinguish the flames and end the length of the spell
Name: Kukan Slayer Form: Agneya
Rank: B
Type: Fire, Demon, Offense
Duration: 5 posts at max with a cooldown of 6 posts.
Description: Cirven channels the magical energy from his flames into the Kukan and causes it to change form. The Kukan changes into a black katana with a cross hanging from a chain at the bottom. This form is known as Agneya. The cutting power of this form is stronger than the regular Kukan. The damage increase is .5 B-rank.
Strengths:
- Absolution: Cirven channels his flames through the sword and causes a flame-like blade to form around and above the weapon. He can use this extension to cut at enemies with the flames. Has a range of 15 foot and a duration of 3 posts after activation. Cirven can use the hit with his sword's blade and use the flames for extra damage equal to the rank of this form. The flame-like blade causes B-rank damage.
- Demon's Rage: Cirven can channel his flames into the sword then launch the flames off by cutting the blade in any way. 20m range at max. 2 post cooldown after use. This causes B-rank damage.
- Strong against ice magic, wind magic and demon related enemies.
Weaknesses:
- Weak against water magic and strong metal.
- After 3 uses of Demon's Rage the form disperses.
- Absolution and Demon's Rage cost 5% MP to use.
- After using Absolution it is on cooldown for 2 posts.

Name: Purge Art: Pyrokinesis
Rank: A
Type: Fire, Demon
Duration: 1 post with a 6 post cooldown
Description: Cirven can cause his flames to burst from the air and attack an opponent by slamming into them. When Cirven uses this spell he has to have the target in his sight and then widens his eyes after 5 seconds causing the flames to erupt out and slam into the target or close in around them. With him getting stronger he has found he is now able to make the air explode around his enemies causing this spell to be more versatile. In order for him to cause the explosion he has to snap his fingers after focusing on his target for 5 seconds. This attack causes A-rank damage.- The Flames Slamming into a Target:

Strengths:
- 15 meter range.
- Flames are instantly brought out after the 5 seconds.
- Can be used to surround the opponent in flames then bring them in all around them to attack.
- Can cause the flames to explode out of thin air to scorch enemies. Can also be used to blow his way through something.
Weaknesses:
- Needs to be able to see his target.
- If the opponent knows what he is doing and can move fast enough they can dodge the flames.
- Can not use if the target is outside of range.
- If there is any water in the air this spell cannot be used.
- The explosions are fairly small and to hit multiple opponents they would need to be close to each other which limits this when he is fighting multiple enemies.
Name: Flame Demon's Rage
Rank: A
Type: Fire, Demon, Offense
Range: 5m in diameter reaches to a max of 30m from the user
Duration: 1 post with a 4 post cooldown
Description: Cirven takes a deep breath and then fires out a blast of his white flames from his mouth at his enemy to completely engulf them in it. The blast causes 1.5 A rank damage.
Strengths:
- Fires at a speed of 25 m/s
- If a person is hit by the blast the brightness of the flames could temporarily blind or disorient them. Lasts for 1 post.
- Can be used to cancel out other ranged attacks that are equal to A-rank. It will beat out C-rank and lower spells and keep going towards target.
Weaknesses:
- Can only fire straight ahead
- If the blast collides with a water spell of equal rank or higher than this spell the blast will be extinguished
- If a wind spell of higher rank than this spell is used it can suck the air from the flames and cancel out the attack.
- Strong metal can cause the target to take less damage. The damage is dropped down by one rank.
Name: Flame Demon's Tempest
Rank: A
Type: Fire, Demon
Duration: 1 post with a 5 post cooldown
Range: 15 meters around the user
Description: Cirven channels his flames around his body and uses his propulsion spell to spin himself in a circle at fast speeds causing the flames to shoot out around him. This causes a cyclone of white flames to form and sucks enemies into it and burning them. This cyclone is an AOE attack and will hit everyone and everything around the user causing 1.5 A rank of damage.- Similar to this:
Strengths:
- Can be used to hit multiple opponents around him
- Cirven can jump forward into the air to and use this attack to add to its range
- Due to the spinning nature of this spell it is particularly strong against wind magic and will suck in the wind to increase the flames. A wind spell of equal rank or lower that hits this spell will cause the flames to do an extra .5 A-rank in damage.
Weaknesses:
- The flames can be extinguished by a water spell of equal to or higher rank than this spell which would cause Cirven to take damage also.
- After use of this spell Flames of Propulsion will go on cooldown for 2 posts.
- A wind spell that is one rank or more higher can be used to cut through the flames and hit Cirven which will stop his spinning and end the spell.
- This spell will hurt everyone around it including allies.
Name: Flame Demon's Lingering Touch
Rank: A
Type: Fire, Demon
Duration: Can be used up to 3 times per post with a 3 post cooldown for each use
Description: Cirven is able to channel his flames into anything at this point and has found that he can even leave them on things to explode a short time after. This allows him to touch walls and leave a small amount of flames there to blow through them. He can use this spell to touch up to 3 people and leave his flames on them to explode on the next post. The explosion causes A-rank damage and explodes out only in that area.
Strengths:
- Can be used to break through things like locks or smaller objects by using a smaller amount of flame
- Can plant his flames on up to 3 things or people.
- Moving at fast speeds will not get get rid of the flames due to their magical nature
Weaknesses:
- The explosions are small and will only damage the person or thing they are on
- If the flames are hit by a water spell of equal to or higher rank than this spell before they explode then the flames are extinguished and the explosion never happens.
- If a wind spell of higher rank is used on the flames they will extinguish and never explode
- The cooldown for this spell does not start until the post after it would have exploded.
Name: Kukan Slayer Form: Ihai
Rank: A
Type: Fire, Demon
Duration: 6 posts with a 8 post cooldown
Description: Cirven builds up flames all over his body and then transfers them into the Kukan causing it to shine brightly in a white light. The light fades away to reveal an old katana blade that looks to be rusted and burnt like the blacksmith failed to make it properly. The look is only cosmetic though because it is actually one of the strongest forms of the Kukan Cirven has been able to achieve. The blade burns at extreme temperatures and constantly has steam coming off of it to show such. The blade burns at a heat that rivals magma(between 700 and 1,300 degrees Celsius (1,292 and 2,372 degrees Fahrenheit)) causing it to not exactly cut anything anymore but instead burn its way through things. The blade causes 1.5 A-ranks worth of damage due to the high temperatures it burns at.- Looks like this:
Strengths:
- High damage output from the intense heat
- Ihai can be used to cut through spells that his other spells would have a hard time with due to the intense heat. It easily cut through strong metal of equal rank or lower to cause full damage, a water spell of equal rank or lower can be cut through to be caused to turn into steam, earth spells of equal rank or lower can be turned to ashes by a slash and wind spells that are one rank higher or lower are dispersed by the heat from a slash.
- Exculpate: Cirven places both his hands on the hilt of his blade and then quickly slashes down with all of his power. Due to the power of the swing a massive shockwave(2 meters wide and 8 meters tall) of pure heat is shot out and will collide with whatever is in front of him, dealing damage equal to an A rank to what it hits. This attack will collide with a water spell of equal rank and cause it to become steam, it will cancel out a wind spell of one rank higher or less and keep moving and it will burn through strong metal to cause A-rank damage. This ability has a 2 post cooldown.
Weaknesses:
- In order to use this spell Flame Demon's Wrath cannot be in cooldown or used before and it will go into cooldown as long as this spell does
- Can only be used once per thread due to the strain it puts on both Cirven and the Kukan
- If the blade touches Cirven it will damage him due to the high level of heat it has. This will cause him to take an A-rank in damage.
- Cirven has to pay and extra 10% mp to activate this spell from having to build his flames up.
- Signature Spell:
Name: Flames of Propulsion
Rank: A
Type: Fire, Support, Movement
Duration: Can only use 4 times max in a post and has a 2 post cooldown for each boost used.
Description: Cirven can use bursts of flame from his anywhere on his body(typically his hands and/or feet) to push him around an area quickly. He can use this to quickly move through areas or move to his opponent. A streak of white flames are left behind in the area he used the spell. He travels at speeds up to mach 3 when he uses this spell and looks as though he is practically teleporting place to place. He can also use this spell as a boost to speed and power to his attacks by either using it to push his arms or legs just before the attack hits. The cooldown of this spell is double the amount used per post.
Strengths:
- Can be used to quickly get around areas
- Cirven can boost himself off towards his enemy and quickly attack when he passes them.
- If hit by an attack while being pushed by the Flames of propulsion, add 1A rank damage.
- Can be used on parts of the body to enhance the power and speed of a blow dealing an extra A-rank in damage if used to do so. (Think that he starts to slash at his regular speed with his weapon, just before it hits he uses this spell on his arms to cause the slash to move faster.)
Weaknesses:
- If there is any water in the air he will only be able to boost around half as much as he regularly could.
- Has to commit to how fast and far he moves once used
- If his movement is predicted he could move directly into an attack if the attacker is fast enough
- Moves so fast, that it is difficult to maneuver quickly and has to stop moving in order to turn.
- Cannot be used underwater seeing as the flames have to build up in a specific area to shoot him off.
