Description: Chloe uses Water Dragon Slayer Magic which is given to her by a dragon slaying lacrima. This magic is specially created for humans to be able to kill dragons of that element. The magic allows Chloe to eat water and vapor then gain magic power from it. She has dragon lungs and scales to make her better equipped for attacking with water.
Chloe uses her slayer magic mostly in a very mixed form. She has access to a few attacking spells that work from both upclose and from a distance. She uses her best possible attacking form by using both her speed and strength to the max but is quite frail. She also has access to a few defensive spells that she can use when on the ropes. In addition to this, she has one ability that allows her to heal an ally using steam and water. In all though she prefers speed and power in her spells along with good control in the air.

Can use Offensive and a Healing Spell
Weaknesses:
Doesn’t take physical attacks well
Doesn’t invest much in defensive spells
Not good Crowd Control
Runs out of power fast
Not the best on very sunny days.
Is weak to lightning.

Name: Water Dragon’s Roar
Rank: D
Type: Offensive Water
Description:
The Spell is cast by Chloe opening her mouth and releasing all of the water she has stored up in her lungs in one concentrated blast. It looks like a reversed version of a tornado with her mouth as the eye and it expanding in front of her until it reaches its maximum width. It damages anything it hits by with extremely fast rushing water. It has a thinner radius than most roars but has more power to make up for this. Does D rank damage.

Area of Effect: Very Small
Strengths:
Strong on Fire
Extremely Fast
Can be used to gain air if shot below her.
Weaknesses:
Very precise
Is in effect for 1 post
recharge is 3 posts (cuz its one of her main attacking moves)
Isn’t the strongest if its not charged.

Type: Water Offensive
Description:
When Chloe snaps both her hands she can shoot straight spurts of very forceful water from her hands and feet that rise up like pillars. It looked to be giant hoses firing from her hands which rush at extremely high speeds while remaining straight. This can be used as a really weak attack but is mainly used by Chloe to get in the air or rush across the ground. She can control which direction she goes mid attack and uses this as her main way to gain speed in battle or keep airborne. Does below D rank damage if it hits.

Range: Decent
Area of Effect: None
She can be lifted up to 10 feet in the air and can go 50 miles an hour with this spell.
Strengths:
She uses it to gain speed.
It gives her the ability to go airborne
It is really easy to combo with other spells.
Weaknesses:
It lasts 2 posts
It has a 3 post recharge.
It doesn't do a lot of damage if it hits an enemy
If anyone stops the pillars mid attack, she will crash.

Type: Water Offensive
Description:
Chloe creates two long spouts of water from her hands that spouts until it reaches its maximum length at 5 feet long. The water is very straight and doesn’t rush very fast at all. To make up for this the water locks and can become very solid of squishy with ease. At rank D it mostly stays solid. Does D rank damage

Strengths:
Can be used as either a blade or whip
Can be used to grab and swing on things
Is effective on Fire
Weaknesses:
Lasts only one post
Isn’t the strongest grabber
Hard to control when squishy
Doesn’t have good piercing ability
Has a two post recharge.

Name: Soothing Water
Rank: D
Type: Water Supportive
Description:
When Chloe casts this spell, either her body gets covered in warm water and steam, or water and steam shoots from her hands. When the steam and water hit a target they begin to heal their wounds. At low ranks the spell can only close wounds and bring back small amounts of magic power to others. The spell looks very foggy, almost like a ranged hot spring.
Speed: Medium
Range: Small
Area of Effect: None
Strengths:
Can be used on herself and others
Can be used as a fog sometimes
Can be used while using other spells
Weaknesses:
It can’t reach very far
She must be stationary to heal others
It has a 8 post cooldown
It takes one whole post to heal another person, so she can’t combo.
