Cut in line! Or wait in line! Do whatever is necessary! Because people are going crazy trying to get their entire families Passports registered!

Almyra had heard that Fiore's borders were opening up again. She thought the idea of borders was a bit silly, really. Everyone was on the same planet and should be able to go anywhere they choose to. But at least they were open now, so people could travel to other countries. Still, the whole requirement of a passport was foolish. Almyra found it especially strange that she would need one. She wasn't from Fiore after all. Maybe she didn't need one to go to Desierto, though she probably would need it in order to go to other countries, like Seven maybe. She always wanted to go to Seven. From what she had heard, it sounded like a beautiful place to visit. But first she would need to get a passport, of course.
She walked through the Rose Garden now. It was a beautiful place. There was so much magic here, more than normal. The street lamps used lacrima, even! It was such a pretty place to be in. She would have to explore it after she got her passport. She reached into her bag and felt around, making sure she had the jewels she would need to buy a passport. Luckily she had managed to acquire enough that she would probably be able to get one. She smiled, wondering what was required to get one. They would probably take her picture. She hadn't had her picture taken many times before. It was fun. She hoped they would get a good one. She hoped she could have Tammy with her in the picture.
Her thoughts were interrupted as she approached the line to the building. Voices filled her ears. The voices of countless people and families all waiting in line to get their passports. Well, it looked like she would have to wait a while. She heard footsteps behind her and turned to see that a fair number of people were getting in line behind her. She turned back around with a smile. There were so many people here! All of their systems slowed down as they waited for their opportunity to continue. Stagnation was normally a thing she disliked, but it was occasionally a good and beautiful thing to see when it was temporary. While she preferred chaos, sometimes order naturally occurred, and when it did, it could be nice. This was one such time, if only because she knew of how much more active each system would be after its period of stagnation, and how each one would travel farther and interact with far more systems.
The line slowly moved, with Almyra happily smiling and observing as it did so. She hardly noticed the time go by when suddenly she was at the front desk. A pretty lady was at the desk. "Name and guild." Almyra smiled at the lady. "Almyra Bys. I'm not in a guild, but would like to buy a passport to visit family in Desierto and go on vacations." The woman nodded. "Thank you for your honesty, ma'am. Now if you would fill out these forms and step this way so we can take your picture, please." Almyra filled out the forms, then smiled for her passport photo, which came out cutely. She was a bit sad to not be able to have Tammy in it, too, but it was fine. She would make the doll her own sometime. After all was said and done, Almyra stepped out of the office with a nice new passport in hand and the jewels she had saved gone. She put it safely in her bag and continued on her way, exploring the Rose Garden, and ready to explore the world.
