Alyia could not see her partner anywhere. She looked back and forth across the garden and saw no sight of him. Where could he be? A low growl erupted from her throat. Did he leave her? Did he find the ring and leave her? She had told him her story and he went and left her anyways. ‘This is why I don’t get close to people,’ Alyia though as she turned away from the rest of the garden and went to go back down to the ground. As she reached for the main stalk of the plant she was standing on she heard a squawk from above. Pausing her motions she looked up only to be hit by a falling metal object. With a grunt escaping her, Alyia was knocked down onto the leaf the object resting on her. With a snarl released from her throat Alyia looked up to see if she could find what had dropped the object on her. She hadn’t even looked at the object as she pushed it off of her and stood up to get a better look. After looking for a moment she spotted a bird and a small thing fighting it? With a gasp the blonde looked down at the object that had fallen from the sky. It was a ring. The ring! A small smile gracing her face Alyia looked up. The small thing that was fighting the bird was Deniel. He hadn’t left her!
A smirk growing on her face Alyia watched as she bird and Deniel grew closer. With a new resolution Alyia grabbed the ring and put it around her shoulder so that she looked like she was wearing a satchel. Grabbing the stalk of the plant the blonde climbed higher up. Reaching the top of the plant Alyia stood between the junction of a leafs stem and the main stalk and looked back up at her partner and the bird. The smirk that had appeared on her face never disappeared as she gripped a piece of the birds mind and mumbled the words: I call upon the Fears of the Risen. She didn’t know if the spell would work from so far away seeing how she was on 2 cm tall. Her initial spell would reach 100 feet but she was shorter and so her power was smaller. With the bird no more than nine feet above her Alyia hoped that the spell would reach it. Watching the bird freeze in mid-air Alyia knew that she had been able to reach the bird and activate the spell. With concentration sculpted on her face Alyia watched the bird freeze and stop flying. 'That should give Deniel enough time to do something to finish off the bird.’
