Starr had only recently arrived in Fiore, but already she felt that it was time to leave. She had found a ship that was on track to go to Ca-Elum a few days before, and had procured passage to leave immediately. Starr was a new mage, so her magic had barely begun to manifest. Starr hadn`t been really all that excited about being a mage / wizard, anyway. She was more interested in jewelry and sapphires. Therefore, she was moving to Ca-Elum. It was a smith worker`s country, just as Fiore was a mage country. In the country of Ca-Elum, she would become a great gem smith and later return to Fiore.
After all, Starr`s passion was in sapphires. She only wanted to be a mage because her magic had manifested as something similar to sapphire shields. Starr wasn`t a fighter, and she wasn`t an idiot either. She knew as well as anyone that in place of mages she didn`t quite belong the same as everyone else. So, she was moving away, to Ca-Elum, where she would start a new life. Her bags were packed, she wore her traveling clothes... everything was perfect.
Starr had slipped out of her place late at night, leaving the pay for her lodgings and a short note that simply said that she was grateful for everything and was moving away. There was no guild to explain things to, and Starr didn`t have so many friends that people were begging her to stay. Her stay in Fiore had been short and less than enjoyable, and she honestly believed that this choice was for the better. Therefore, with a peaceful heart and a light step, Starr boarded the ship and began her journey to Ca-Elum.
