I am currently working on a reward system to go with the honor system. These are to encourage working towards titles in the honor system, to provide more benefits to our members and to attract more members with features not available at any other guild.
So here is what I want to do:
First the guild extension: "The Executive Tower" approval pending will be raised and will function as a massive lounge offer commodities to each rank. It is really just for socials and an excuse to buy nice things.
Now the more exciting one. In the executive tower there will be an armory. All the items and weapons stored within are assigned to a certain honor title. Anyone who holds that honor title or one higher can summon that item at will.
To kick start this I would like to take 350k of our guild funds to start up the armory with a bang. Each rank Pawn through Hero/Heroine will get a weak, strong and a legendary magic item, no questions asked. Naturally in the future higher ranks will take priority for new items.
At the moment the tools for each title are:

-Strong: Levitation Disks. A set of five throw them at anything and they stick right on. The attached target is then freed from Earth's gravity until removed.
-Legendary: Stealth Skates. A pair of magic rocket skates that allow the user to effortlessly skate at speed of Rx50mph(where R=Rank of User) without making a sound. For just a single mp per post.
- Knight:
