Personality: Delia is super sweet, and will put her life on the line for her friends. She's normally really bubbly, happy, and cheerful. She's a darling glass-half-full kind of gal. She's so innocent, it's hard to believe that she had and emotionally abusive mother as a child. She loves her present life and all the people in it. It's impossible not to smile when you're talking to her. When she is upset, which doesn't happen very often, she goes off into her own little world, reading or writing or telling a story. Although she doesn't look it, she's been scarred emotionally, beyond repair. She's extremely distrustful when it comes to the deep stuff. She's very creative, which causes her to be curious. If she doesn't have an audience or her nose in a book, she's either in the kitchen, experimenting or asking her guildmates questions. Anyone she's close to could tell you about her creative, inquisitive mind. They'd tell you she's always thinking about something new to try. Although there're plenty of guys who would gladly take her out on a date, she's just too innocent for a fly-by-night romance. She's truly willing to wait for her prince charming. She's very charming, and means nothing by it. Her understanding, sweet, lovable, adorable personality is too hard to resist. She's very understanding, even if it's something beyond her grasp. Delia's a great listener, which gives way to her being an amazing friend. She'll put her friends' safety and well-being before her own, without hesitation.
And her sweet disposition actually shows through on the battlefield. She does more healing than anything, as fighting isn't her style. Her father, the only friend she had in the world, was killed in battle when she was just seven, so instead of fighting, she helps people. But if given direct orders, she'll do as told and fight to the finish. Even though she doesn't enjoy fighting, she's obedient and does very well under a leader. In fact, she wouldn't manage very well without a leader. She's very dependable and coolheaded in battle, and no matter how many insults she receives, she will never waver, even if they really hurt. It matters not what condition she's in, as long as her friends are okay. She would personally take on any enemy you could think of single handed for her guild. She can also be unpredictable for those who don't know her attack patterns. To some it may seem random and sporadic, but her guildmates know better. Being her genius little self, she coordinates everything to a tee. She could plan out up to seven different scenarios in her head as to what she could do to counter her enemy's attack. Her battle motto is guild comes first. She wouldn't ever do anything to sabotage or hurt the guild, even at the cost of her own life. Her cool head normally tends to aggravate the enemy depending on who it is and how much they want to aggravate her.
Likes: 1) She loves reading. Fiction writing gets her creative mind flowing, which is why you'll usually find her with her nose in a book.
             2) Cooking is another of her favorite pastimes. She loves experimenting and inventing delicious dishes, also because of her creativity.
             3) Writing and telling stories is something she enjoys doing, and friends enjoy hearing. The type of stories she tells is a great mix of everything. She enjoys it so much because her father told her stories as a child, each one different than the last.
Dislikes: 1) Delia absolutely loathes hypocritical people. She will welcome with open arms constructive criticism, but can't stand those who take it too far. This is the aftereffect of her mother's extreme criticism.
                2) Insensitivity is another of her few pet peeves. She believes that people should always take into account others' feelings. This is also a result of her mother's emotional abuse.
                3) She disapproves of lying greatly. If Delia trusts you, that means you've become very special to her, because she doesn't trust very many people. This distrustful state was cause of her family's dishonesty towards her.
Motivations: 1) She believes in total honesty, especially to family. No bonds should be built on lies. Being truthful is everything to her.
                  2) Delia's constant thought process is "How will this affect the people I care about?" There is nothing in the world that means more to her than her friends.
                  3) She wishes to be the smartest and/or most skilled out of battle. Being the lover, not fighter, she is, Delia wishes to help people with magic, not harm them.
Fears: 1) Delia has an extreme case of Ombrophobia; the fear of Rain. She's fine if it's drizzling, as long as she's inside. But if she gets caught outside in the pouring rain, she'll run to the nearest building and hide in a closet or under a table.
             2) She fears that her mom will find her and make her relive her childhood. Those were the worst 7 years of her life, constant insult after insult after insult.
             3) She also gets uneasy when she's alone. If she knows there are people in another room, her stomach sits a little better. But being completely alone gives her the creeps.

Hair: She keeps her long, straight, bright red hair pulled back into a loose ponytail. there is one strand of hair that falls from the ponytail that slightly hides her scar.
Eyes: Bright Blue
Skin Tone: Light
Appearance: Delia is very small fro her age. Anyone walking by on the street would say they thought she was 11 or 12! She usually has on her black combat boots, a skirt, and a button up dress shirt. The skirt is light blue and reaches to her knees. The shirt is pure white. It's normally hidden by a jacket her father gave her. It's a dress coat, black with a silver tie-thing.
