Job: Wedding Crashers [Private/Daichi]

Daichi has never been in a similar situation like this - going to a royal meal dressed in an elegant, polished suit. "I hate suits! How can you even wear them?" Daichi thought as he observed the light-grey suit that was shimmering and reflecting the rays of the moon. The silvery piece of gentility with a bit of charm looked surprisingly good on Daichi's body although he refused to accept it. Coal black shirt with the top button undone was revealing his manly, brutal chest - unfortunately without any chest hair as Daichi sighed once he glanced at his plain chest. Daichi could never wear any ties so instead of a tie he brought a blood-red hankerchief, placed in the chest pocket of his suit blazer. The last but not least portion of this absolutly grandeur luxury was his charcoal black shoes with a small heel, raising Daichi and his height a few centimeters up. Embedded unique design which consisted of differently sized and shaped imprinted holes and stitches, created a series of different images and pentagrams.

His plum-coloured, lengthy hair was put in an attempted ponytail although it was hard to work out what it actually was. Half of his hair was in the ponytail and half was just all over his head, reflecting the rays of the moonshine, persuading Daichi to take his hair out of the ponytail and leave it straight, which is what he done as he found himself standing in front of the hall where the wedding party was planned to be. He placed his hand iin the inside pocket of his jacket and grabbed the invitation from Mr. and Mr.s Goldust as he approached the enormous guard at the door and presented it to him.

The humongous, hairy gorilla dressed in a suit that seemed too small for him as it was incredibly stretched everywhere - almost ripping the stitches apart on the back and under his armpits. Guard's head was bald for some reason compared to his hands and chest which was exposed due to undone top button. The guard cautiously examined the invitation as Daichi didn't seen like someone who the groom and bride knew, acknowledging guard's suspicious glance at himself, Daichi explained:

"I'm here specially to control the situation at the party, ensuring that the ex-boyfriend doesn't ruin the party!" as he smiled cheerfully with the most fake expression but to the guard his smile felt so real and pure that he smiled back, revealing his only 2 teeth in the whole mouth and causing Daichi to feel disgusted.

"Yeth-, come in, thir!!"The guard replied, dribbling out of his mouth all over his suit and escorting Daichi into the building.

Daichi walked into a royal hall filled up with the world's most expensive decorations and statues, forcing Daichi to leave otherwise he could lose control of himself and most likely attempt to steal it. He walked back out into the front garden, observing the surroundings. "I'll keep an eye on here - you go inside!" He said in a firm, blunt voice as he almost gave a command to the helpless guard who fell into confusion from the unexpected order and for some reason obeyed it.

Daichi's night vision ability helped him to observe objects and people further away, now and then noticing couples walk across the road and vanish behind the bushy bushes.

Plain, opaque blanked that was stretched across the blank sky, time to time penetrated, creating dazzling little holes which glimmered and caught Daichi's eyes and attention on them. Little twinkling stars were having a race for who is the brightest star, gleaming and lightening up the crystal-clear, black sky as the moonshine and the rays of moonlight were lingering and mingling with the dark sea at the equator.

Swift, sharp wind flew across the sea, causing tiny waves of soapy foam to occur and stride towards the coast, once reaching it - clashing against the coast and slowly eroding a bit by bit. The minuscule erosion was impossible to notice but the cursory, translucent liquid created a flocculent, yet discerning melody as it relaxed Daichi's mind. The endless echo carried the sounds of the waves from the coast all the way up to Daichi and seduced him to glance at the sizzling water.

Suddenly, he noticed someone approach him, but at the distance that Daichi stood he wasn't able to examine the person that was heading towards him. Calmly, yet hasty Daichi places his left hand on his sword's handle which was hidden inside his jacket and squinted at the approaching silhouette.

"Who's this now...Doubt someone would be late for such a party.."

Daichi's eyes began watering for some reason and the liquid in his eyes created a blurry layer of sight, confusing Daichi as he couldn't understand - was there more people coming towards him or was it just one. Daichi quickly scratched and wiped both of his hazy eyes and looked back at the silhouette to find...

'Monster Dice' :

As the abstruse silhouette in a form of a phantom, was crawling towards Daichi, using his night vision he began examining the hidden identity - although he was still a bit too far to analyse him in full detail. So far Daichi could only see that it was someone with mid-long, black, greasy hair which meant that whoever it was obviously hasn't been washing for some time. A white shirt, untucked was hanging out, all covered in food and drink stains, turning the light, achromatic shirt which gave Daichi an impression of a slim fit shirt - into a dirty, stinking top. Regular, black trousers were covering his legs and the vast, soft grass was hiding the person's feet and whatever it was that he had on his feet.

The body language that the person was demonstrating immediately forced Daichi to think of a drunk man who's going to be disorderly and disrespectful towards Daichi, being all mouthy and will try starting on him. The person was almost dragging his left foot, wobbling like a ship in a sea with enormous waves shaking the ship, presenting obvious signs of drunk state and behaviour.

Once the man took a few steps towards Daichi who just stood by the concrete steps near the entrance to the party and observed the drunk mess that was heading towards him - Daichi spotted and realised that it was a man slithering towards him. The evil expression on his face didn't calm down or ease off Daichi as he observed the guy's eyes fulfilled with rage and fury - as his teeth were crushing against each other and making cracking noises loud enough for Daichi to hear the disgusting, painful sound.

Heavy breaths exhaled by the guy flew across the whole Rose Garden, breaking the dead silence of the area. The man carried not so much dark energy along with him as much as frenzied and crazed - flame and passion in his eyes burning down everything he looks at - until his sight reaches Daichi's eyes.

"I don't know why, but I can feel his magical energy and is seems like it is abolishing and conquering mine! I can't feel his element though - and he doesn't look like a Mage anyway so who is he..?" Daichi thought to himself as his eyes met the bloke's, causing both men to freeze on spot and begin killing each other using their sights.

"The power entrenched in his eyes is incredible - but mine's not far from it either hah!" Daichi continued his thought as he shouted out to the enraged guy: "Who are you and how can I help you?"

"HE DOESN'T DESERVE HER!! I'm way better than that prick! She belongs to ME! Not him! She's mine and I'm going to have her!" The aggravated bloke shouted across the distance between him and Daichi, not directly replying to his question but making it clearly who he is and why is there right now. Ex-boyfriend exposed his true identity which made it easier for Daichi to use it against him if he will come in physical contact with him as a verbal defence. For a moment Daichi and the guy stood in the awkward silence waiting for each other to make the move.

Malleable, yet onerous air strides began surrounding the circular area which trapped both of the mages in it, stroking the grass on the ground. Millinos of thoughts began running through Daichi's mind with the concern of what type of magic he might be using.

"Elemental? Fire? No, too aggressive and patient. Water? No, doesn't possess enough harmony and calmness. Earth? No, not wise and strategic enough. Lightning? No, he isn't cocky enough. Wind? Hmm... All of these are only guesses and assumptions, I need to force him t make the first move and expose his magic elemt!" Daichi thought as he began analyzing everything that was surrounding them.

The tension and pressure began to rise between the two mages, both unknown to each other and what they are capable off, only their vigorous, powerful eyes battling with each other. Who will make the first move and show their weaknesses was the only question that mattered rightn there at that time.

Time to time, a deafening, lumbering sigh would break the absolute silence as the enraged guy would exhale the air from his lungs and cause his chest to bounce up and down, clinching his fists and beginning to shake.

"Get out of my way or you will taste my fist! And I ain't joking - I'm warning you! Don't mess with me!!" The bloke started shouting vehemently, wildly spitting and driblling everywhere as he couldn't probably understand himself, regularly projecting vociferous screams directed at himself.

"Man, I should be warning you - not the other way around, so whilst you can - leave! If not, then I will have to force you to leave.." Daichi replied easily.

The tight suit that Daichi was wearing didn't help the situation at all as it only made it harder for him to move, so he quickly span around himself, taking and throwing off his blazer on the ground, whilst simultaneously drawing out his sword. He took his battle stance in his ordinary position, left hand holding the blade, diagonally with the tip facing the ground, right foot a bit ahead of his left foot as he always used his left foot for a stride and quick attack but at the moment the distance between the two mages was far too great in order for Daichi to perform a quick attack, besides he still didn't acquire the knowledge of his enemy's magical possession and ability.

"AAAAAHHH! GET OUT OF THE WAY!!" The furious guy shouted so loud that all the birds of the night flew up high into the sky and only their silhouette's on a light, moonlight background could be observed. He didn't wait for long and simply rushed at Daichi, clinching his fists and pulling them back - ready to throw them at Daichi, but it was a big mistake as he didn't know about Daichi's passive ability, called "Shadow Footsteps". Daichi waited for the bloke to be close enough, his fist heading straight for Daichi's face and once it was a good few inches away - Daichi crouched and done a barrel roll, dodging his attack whilst sticking out his blade and leaving a cut on his leg. The cut wasn't particularly deep but it still dealt damage to him as the ex-boyfriend looked down at the wound and screamed once more.

Shadow Footsteps:

STATS:

It didn't seem like the implied wound/injury hurt the ex-boyfriend a lot as he simply, carelessly looked down on it and then looked back up at Daichi, although it did seem like the passion and hunger to kill Daichi and the groom only turned bigger. He strained every single muscle in his arms and hands, including fingers - almost forcing them to break as he strained his back as well - facing the sky and projecting a blaring scream. His enragement and anger grew more and more by each second that passed.

"I need to hurry up and deal with him before any of the guests notice him or he gets out of control!" Daichi thought to himself as placed a manly grip on his blade and started running at his enemy, staring at his every move.

This time the ex-boyfriend didn't rush towards Daichi, he just stood and waited for Daichi to come at him, almost like planning something - was Daichi's thoughts about his behaviour. Once Daichi was a few feet apart from the bloke - the bloke opened up his arms and tried to grab Daichi's skinny body.

Thankfully, Daichi reacted fast enough and side-stepped the guy, whilst ducking and evading his left hand, appeareing from behind and raising his sword up, following with a slash across his back which left a significantly deeper mark then last time. In response the guy swung his left hand around - hoping to smack Daichi, but before the arm managed to reach Daichi - he kicked the guy in the back, forcing him to fall whilst twisting in mid-air and landing on his back.

STATS:

Daichi swiftly jumped back the attack and remained observing the wounded ex as he laid there. Suddenly, the guy lifted his back up - ending up in a sitting position, then slowly getting up whilst facing the ground all the time. He lifted his hands up - to either side and snatched his fists, gathering his magical energy around him as the wind began spinning around him.

The guy released his fists and all the small to average sized rocks and anything that he could lift up such as plant pots and gardening equipment - floated up in the air.

"What magic is this...wind...gravity...hmm. I need him to cast an actual, directed spell!" Daichi thought to himself as he prepared himself to dodge the items - which seemed quite easy considering that some of them were quite small which made it easy to evade and the bigger objects had more mass to them so they would be slower which would grant Daichi with enough time to dodge them all.

All of the floating items suddenly projected at Daichi at a reasonably fast speed but he still managed to avoid them all. Slowly, inch by inch he began getting closer and closer to his opponent and once he was close enough to the enraged ex, Daichi gathered his magical power in his blade and casted the "Slash of Darkness". Straight away Daichi released three slashes of dark power heading at the ex-boyfriends, but unfortunately the last slash was destroyed by colliding with a plant pot, immediately vanishing but the first two slashes directly hit the bloke. Just in time the guy managed to cross his arms and avoid getting his body damaged - taking up all of the damage onto his arms.

Slash of Darkness:

STATS:

The furious ex-boyfriend started breathing heavily again as his body didn't stop going up and down, sweatdrops sliding down the side of his brutal, red face as the flame of rage was embedded in  his eyes. He pushed his arms away with enough power that a magical wave of some sort reached Daichi's face and lifted his hair up for a tiny moment.

"What was that? Was it a magical wave created by him or was it just wind?"Daichi began debating as he carried on examining his opponents movements and actions he performed during their little rough collision of fists and blades. He realised that due to his significantly increased weight - although it was all pure muscle...or at least seemed like it - he needed more time to perform an attack. On the other hand that granted him with a lot more momentum so if Daichi would get hit - it would be a bad situation...really bad situation.

Daichi couldn't wait any longer so her lifted up his right hand in front of him and magical energy began fusing and expanding into a black energised phantom sword as he casted, "Shadow of the Blade". He placed both of his swords on either side of himself, facing the ground and rushed at his opponent.

Dodging the first attempt of defence in a form of offence as the ex-boyfriend threw his fist at Daichi in attempt to hit him again - allowed Daichi to side-step him and appear from under his arm, slashing his side of the body using his phantom blade and remain behind him.

Shadow of the Blade:

STATS:

Ex decided to turn around whilst throwing another punch at Daichi and allowed Daichi simply crouch down and slash his opponents both legs using his real blade this time - forcing him to stumble back as he expressed a deafening scream. Whilst distracted - Daichi Stood back up and thrusted his phantom blade into the side of his stomach, trapping himself as he needed enough time to pull the sword out and letting the furious ex to grab Daichi with one hand and using the other to smack Daichi in the face using his palm - bursting Daichi to fly backwards and landing a few meters away.

"Again! That was a magical wave! I'm sure!" Daichi thought as he landed on his back.

He sighed before swiftly jumping back on and getting his breath back from the painful landing as the collision with the ground winded him. Once Daichi was back on his feet he gripped both swords in his hands and strided at the ex, first running directly, then side-stepping his attempt to grab him and running around the ex, confusing him and forcing him to lose track of Daichi. Enraged ex-boyfriend lifted both of his hands up on either side. Once Daichi made a sudden move and thrusted his blade towards his opponent - reaching it with his tip as it left a slight wound, his opponent reacted and energy gathered around his arms, rushing towards Daichi and once it reached his hand it suddenly vanished and appeared beneath Daichi's feet lifting him up into the sky and smashing him into the ground.

STATS:

"Alright, so in order for him to deal the wave push blow he requires both of his hands to be directed at the target - whilst when he lifts me up he only uses one hand...yet it leaves him exposed for an unexpected attack...got it!" Daichi was thinking as he was conjuring a plan to take down the ex.

Once decided on his plan, Daichi performed exactly the same routine as last time - he rushed at the furious ex-boyfriend who continiously kept on screaming and shouting, except this time Daichi performed a roulette in order to dodge his opponent, startling him and surrounding him again whilst running in circles around him.

Ex-boyfriend lifted up his hands again as he said out loud: "I'm not stupid! I already caught you once - I won't fall for it again!" Again, he repeated his unexpected but this time expected attack and felt the wave magical energy appear beneath him as it lifted him up in the sky again, but suddenly Daichi created a dark magical circle and jumped through it - performing "Dash Through The Dark". Within a few moments Daichi's real blade was an inch away from the ex as it slashed him across the chest, then performing a roulette and appeaing behind him slashing ex-boyfriend's back using both of his swords. Ex didn't expect Daichi to get out of his wave lift, exposing himself for an attack - which Daichi used as opportunity. Blood spilled everywhere although the ex still stood steady, regularly screaming and shouting - breaking the dead silence of the area.

"Looks like you really are stupid if you felt for that!" Daichi smirked as he jumped back a few steps.

Dash Through The Dark:

STATS:

The cuts and wounds left on Ex-boyfriend's body were now significantly doing damage to him, messing up his breathing process, cutting his breath short and making it hard to stand as his legs began to shake but he still didn't give up. An excruciating scream projected from his mouth nice more as he strained every muscle in his body again, holding the tension in his arms and muscles for about a minute before releasing it by clapping his hand together in front of him and creating a huge wave rushing towards Daichi.

Thankfully, the distance between him and Daichi allowed Daichi to react to the upcoming threat in time and evade it by jumping side-ways, and starting a new attack as Daichi rushed towards his opponent. He induced as much magical energy as he could in his phantom blade before discharging a destructive sphere in a form of a slash rushing towards the ex using his phantom sword. The ex also reacted to the threat and avoided it by blocking it using his wave barrier which created a misty cloud upon collision with the wave, which allowed Daichi to roulette around him without him noticing and appear from behind, releasing one more slash using his phantom sword again, hitting the guy on the back as his eye slided towards the side to try to observe what's behind him. Daichi continued his attack as he carried on running at the exposed enemy - thrusting his phantom blade into his back and keeping hold of the grip. He gathered all of the energy he had and released one final slash whilst the blade was inside ex's back and damaged him really badly concerning the fact that the slash damaged all of the organs inside his body, as well as himself.

Stats:

The dark phantom sword, gradually vanished into tiny parties of magic as the blade released the pain from being thrusted in ex's back, letting him get his breath back although he didn't look like he was capable of fighting anymore. He dropped on one of his knees, placing his now on it and acing his other hand on the ground to support himself. Daichi got confused in this situation - he didn't know what to do as he could see that the ex still hasn't been defeated but he so seemed as not capable of putting up a fight for his life.

"Why? Why are you here? Why did you have to ruin my life? I love her and she knows it! I can not live without her - without her love, her care and her soul next to me!" The ex said as loud as he could although it wasn't particularly loud - due to the fact it was his last breath, nearly no oxygen was getting into the ex's body any more. He was still conscious but he right now he was fighting for his life and Daichi just stood there and grinned at the pathetic guy - who risked his life for the love of his life. How stupid! Why would you even do that? Things like that always staggered Daichi as he didn't understand people's actions in similar situations.

"You are so pathetic! Risking your life and fighting for someone who don't even notice you! Someone who doesn't want you! Someone who now is a stranger to you!" Daichi teased the guy as he gripped his blade and stood above the ex - smiling down at him...

Daichi didn't feel endangered exposing himself for a suddenly attack around the ex as he could clearly see that the ex had nor edgy whatsoever to move or cast a spell. Daichi gripped the handle of his Mournblade manly, turned it so that the handle end was facing the ex and brutally, carelessly smashed he handle against his jaw. The ex simply fell over - becoming unconsciousness and remaining just laying on the ground.

"This one was quite a hard work - I've actually got damaged quite badly by the brutal force of this monster - if not his enormous mass and he would have been quicker then I probably wouldn't have been able to dodge all of those attacks. Anyway, I am not bringing this gorilla with me!" Daichi thought to homer as he made his way towards the party place, opening the door slightly and calling the bald guard over.

By the time guard had made his way outside Daichi had disappeared and he guard was left with a copy of him laying on the ground, except this copy had a full combination of teeth.

Daichi had swiftly disappeared from the battle scene and had managed his own way up to the top of the royal, magnificent building. He was looking into the equator as the moon was sizzling and dazzling the sea - creating a melody of lights shimmering.

"Wait for the party to be over and get my reward. Then I can finally head back to the guild and get on with a new mission! Hopefully I will have another challenger like this again," Daichi mumbled under his breath as he loved to do. He laid down on his back and remained there - staring into the night sky.
