"mmmmmmm" The devious grin that normally found home on Blanka's face was inevitably present as he exited a small cottage into the sunlight. Stretching out and yawning, he went over the job details in his mind again and figured it was simple enough . . . seriously. All he had to do was raid a caravan that had very little protection and even with the protection if had it'd defenders weren't particularly powerful. Blanka wouldn't let this mind set sink to deep in however, for it was still a job and his life was always on the line as was his reputation . . . well . . . the reputation he liked to pretend he had. All that said, his hands fell to his sides from his yawn and he used the safe movement to graze he sheathed weapons ensuring they were still present. "Time to get this over with I guess." His voice reflected that he was a bit reluctant to actually start the job, seeing as he would be facing multiple enemies by himself. Turning his head to look at the door for the home he just exited, he wondered if he could ask for some assistance on the job, but as he reached for the door, he found himself yielding to his own thoughts.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
"Shit, I gotta handle this by myself . . . this is my job and my prestige I'm gambling with." Nodding he pulled his hand back in as he drew in a breath. It seemed like the preparation for a very heart felt sight, but unlike popular assumption upon exhaling a ball of fluff began to be born from his maw. Like bubblegum, he gave it another breath and again it expanded, until he bit the ends of the billowing ivory mass and continued to chew what was left. Hopping aboard the levitating mount, it bounced due to his weight, but shortly after took to the skies. Though he had to mind to doze off, as of now he needed to focus on his Job and find this specific caravan, so with hawk like eyes from an aerial position, he scanned the outskirts of the River Village.

Not much time had slipped from Blanka's grasp and ultimately his lifespan until he noticed a few speckles of black on the ground surrounding a rectangle speckle. "Guess that's them . . . then lets get this show on the road." He yawned and lowered the altitude of his fluffy ride to about 60 feet over the heads of his targets. "Hey, umm, this can be much easier and quicker if you guys just surrender the goods, so give up yeah?" As demanding and fierce as ever, Lucas flexed his god like might on his foes and awaited their reaction. Looking around to each other skeptically, perhaps his foes hadn't felt the very earth shake with his ever booming force and obnoxious mannerisms. "Four guards, one peddler, cool." He thought to himself as they looked around dumbfounded at each other. "Sorry, but we have more important things to tend t than deal with petty, highway robbers, if you even qualify to be called such a thing." A chuckle swept the band of enemies, but Lucas was unamused and used this rejection and slander to validate his right to attack, they were warned right?
Regardless, his cloud had darkened and from the ominous mass that crackled with enthralled bolts of lightning, four more similar masses were spawned, and shortly after a bolt of pure yellow energy had raced down to the foes below, one bolt for all.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
One soul had failed to move himself fast enough and found himself struck with a arrow of lightning. This one was the peddler and in no time his body began to smoke and fill the atmosphere with the scent of burning flesh, truly a morbid fragrance. "Hm, well now that your client is fried . . . how about you hand over those goods?" A demonic scowl shaded Lucas' face as his teeth were in full display shamelessly finding glee in the outcome of his attack. Sure the other four had dodged one way or another, but it was still nice nonetheless to have eliminated one obstacle in his path to collecting his money.
With swiftness that showed how experience this man was with his weapon of choice, a gun was withdrawn and fired all in one fluid motion. The movement was closely surveyed by Lucas from a distance however and with ease, the gypsy commanded his throne to sway to the left allowing the bullet to sail by. Then again, before they were granted any further action, Lucas made golden arrows rain from the sky aimed at his targets.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
From four scorch marks searing the earth, to now five, this signified that only one had successfully dodged the secondary assault from Lucas and for this he was commended. :Geez, you're a difficult one, but I guess this would be too easy if everyone just dropped from my attacks right away . . . here we go I guess." His four clouds fading away, since he had used up their lifespan, Blanka only had the cloud he was seated upon left. Lowering its elevation to float gently above the ground, Lucas simply stared at the man for a moment and examined his frame. He was also a katana user, so this battle could prove to be an interesting one. Condensing his cloud into a katana matching the one he possessed already, he drew his other blade, now dual wielding as he nodded his head, signifying the guard to draw his blade. With gritted teeth, a single hand found its way to the sword, while the other gripped his scabbard. A stern brow was raised in curiosity, but before he could inquire out loud what the man was doing to solidify his thought, the guard was charging in. "He's going for a quick draw!" Blanka said in his mind as his stance lowered and he hopped back a few paces.
The man continued his advance, blade still not drawn, but prepped for an unforgiving slice. Lucas had just ended his journey backwards, but gave birth to a new course of action immediately after landing. A bend of his knees, granted him free mobility, may it be up, right, left, back, or forward. The latter mentioned was chosen and with his blades to his side ready to defend against the oncoming attack he did just that. A loud ring of metals colliding and flexing the will of their wielders filled the air and the ears of the combatants.
The guards blade attempting the travel upwards gritted harshly against Blanka's two that were forming an "x" blocking it's path of travel. Carrying his blades throughout his swing, the metal screeched against his opponents as a small amount of sparks flew. With this screeching came Blanka swaying left as to avoid the blade that was permitted to travel. Both of the Blondie's weapons to his left and his target's weapon up following through his swing, both souls were vulnerable and it was a race as to who would attack first. But that race was such a primal thing considering it could result in the death of both participants, that's what went through the sane mans head as he leaped backwards. Blanka on the other hand, a man who welcomed and found joy in pain, especially when they were gashes, had taken this chance to swing the both of his blades horizontally at the foes midriff.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
A parry was employed, one that consisted of the downward swing of the foes weapon, slapping Blanka's downwards with it ultimately shifting his balance forward to stumble, but . . . he wouldn't. At least it wouldn't seem like it as he would roll with the blows, as the saying said and he would dance out of the involuntary step he was forced to take with his left. Swinging the right side of his body over his right shoulder, this would pivot him into a position back to back with his foe, but as he did so, his blade in his right hand would be shifted to a backhanded grip, potentially allowing him to stab through his target as he settled down from his pivot. If it landed, the blade would force its way through the mans gut, puncturing organs and innards, as Lucas was smart enough to aim for an area that didn't have bone protecting it.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
Success! The blade had slid right into the belly of his foe and Lucas could feel the resistance from all that existed inside of him fight back as the sword did more than peak out from the other side, it jutted out prominently. A gasp and exclaim of pain was earned from this action and in turn Blanka's face grew obviously excited. Weird how when this man was beginning to die, Lucas was starting to feel more alive. Withdrawing the sword out the man, another pivot step was executed, but this time the right was the center point. Rotating around to end up perpendicular with his target, the left hand went to work this time as the blade that was forged from a cloud was swiftly brought down to lash across the targets back. Afterwards, hit or miss, like a gun the cloud based katana would be held, the end of the blade pointing towards his target. No mercy or regret, a flash of lightning and the sound of thunder would signify the end of his life and the completion of this job.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
The body in front of him smoking from the bolt of lightning, the cloud made blade phased out of existence as its time and amount of uses was up. From eccentric and fuming with energy and glee, Lucas fell back into his calm and tranquil state and sheathed El Loto. With a sigh he looked at the battlegrounds and then went to check the bodies. Pulses and jewels are what he was searching for, as their belongings were for his employer, not like he cared for those things anyhow. Out of the two things he was looking for the only one he found was jewels and that was pleasing to him. With a yawn a giant white mass freed itself from his gullet and he hopped aboard without hesitation. Next on the agenda was to report back to his client to inform them the caravan was ready to be looted since the threats were defeated. Blanka only hoped he wouldn't be asked to assist with the extraction process of the weapons and goods.
As luck would have it, he was . . . Holding back his feelings of irritation, he lead the small group of troops by foot to the place the skirmish had broke out. Flying would have been much quicker, and easier, but one of the 'fearless' grunts apparently was scared of heights. He tried to play it off by saying he wanted to get some exercise, but his beads of sweat did little to back up his claim. So here they were on a field trip walking along side a rushing river where people fished along the bank ignorant to the slain beings only miles away. Soon enough the smell of the heated flesh was noticeable though and finally they arrived. Standing by and yawning as the goons gathered whatever they wanted to or needed, Lucas noted he should be on his way soon. Where there was murder, there were Magic Council troops bound to come like ants to syrup or bee's to honey. "I got my payment, you got your weapons, I'm out, best of luck." Lucas said with some urgency as he turned and began to stroll away form the crime scene.
Back atop the cloud he had rode on to avoid walking while leading the others, he ascended to the realm of peaceful calm with the other clouds and drifted off to a nice restful sleep.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
Drifting high in and on cloud nine Lucas took the chance to experiment with meditation, this being through the medium of his Mind's Eye. With his eyes closed and while taking in steady and controlled deep breathes of the thin atmosphere, Lucas soon entered a trance like state where the scenario he had previously encountered replayed. Almost like a cinematic reel, with his beginner level skills, sound was hard to reproduce, but he could make the pictures just fine. The only sound that was redrawn from the depths of his mind with ease were the ringing sounds of steel against steel and deafening claps from his lightning bolts or . . . thunder. It was true that he emerged victorious and unharmed in the exchange between swordsmen, but that meant nothing. Surely his opponent wasn't a mediocre fighter, but still, as a chef and a mage, Lucas knew there was always room for improvement. Even when a machine reaches 100%, do the scientist stop all production and stop researching, no, they continue to build upon it further and install new upgrades and software to boost its performance. Machines do not have the ability to do it themselves, but humans do.

Re: Caravan Raids Job|Solo|Blankazzz
Nodding in thought to the philosophy ushered forth in his mind, he felt that it was known knowledge, but it was now solidified in the frontal cortex or lobe of his brain. It was all about self improvement, that was life. To better oneself may that be in fighting, cooking, singing, or even things like loving, or making friends or even buffing out personality flaws. Life was for self evaluation and it was to teach one to be accepting of reality -their surroundings- and to roll with the punches. Some things were inevitably going to happen and sulking about them would do little to nothing for you, it was up to the being the soul that filled the skin they moved to make things better. There is no right or wrong, there are only things that people like and do not like, right and wrong is simply a construct to build an ideal society, though what's wrong is generally something you don't want to partake in who's to say it is truly bad?
