    Only dragon slayers can have exceeds. Just change the type of your pet and its good.

    -Can talk but only Sei can understand Kitsune language.
    -Can fly without using the objects of support.
    -Can be transformed into objects of desire Sei like swords, shields, etc.
    -Enhance attack, defend and Enhance Speed

    only 2 abilities.

    -Can be transformed into objects of desire Sei like swords, shields, etc.
    so i guess the cool down and duration is for that ability.
    ill allow this as long as he cant turn into anything mechanized(guns,blenders,vehicles), a two in one weapon like a bow and arrow, and objects that are way bigger than his owner.
    Also be reminded that the weapon he turns into are normal weapons, meaning they are fit only to fight normal NPCs. Your pet might die if you use him much.
