Personality:
Daichi is someone who is not good with words, and can be quite direct as he isn't afraid to tell his honest opinion of people to their faces, and he won't hesitate to do so either. This is due to him not having many friends and closing others off, therefore he can come off as a rude person to others. Sometimes, he actually seems to enjoy angering and teasing people as well. From time to time, Daichi can be seen as quite arrogant and overconfident thinking he can do things others can not. He is always calm and collected, rarely showing any signs of panic or discomfort. However, Daichi is a kind person and is a type of person to lend a hand to a friend in need - even if it is a stranger, as long as they treat him respectively. Also, he is such a persona that would let his emotions control him and that is his huge disadvantage as he would let his guilt ruin his whole life. Once in a while, Daichi can actually lose his mind and turn into an aggresive, merciless person who knows better than anyone else that words can be sharper than swords - and use it to his advantage to look down on someone and laugh at their failure. That's why he needs friends who will support him and tell him when to stop. Daichi is a person with incredibly strong resolve, and will do anything and everything in his power to accomplish something that's important to him, without any hesitation, even if it's been set as impossible.
As soon as Daichi enters a battle he becomes even more thoughtful and crucial, using his analytical specialist skills to analyze not just his opponent but the surroundings as well to configure the best and quickest possible way to deafeat his enemies. He doesn't feel any mercy towards his foes as he believes that if they had enough courage to step up to him or his friends then they have enough courage to die. Sometimes, Daichi underestimates his enemies and that's a big disadvantage for him – although he knows that there will always be someone better and stronger, but for now he just hopes that he will be able to protect his friends. During battle Daichi likes to keep close to his foes so he can keep his eye on all of their actions and avoid falling for a miserable, silly boobie-trap. Daichi has never worked as a leader of a group before so he has no experience as doing so, although he believes that he would be a legendary leader. Unfortunately he decided for himself that that's not his path of life as he doesn't know the right words to encourage and support his comrades during battles and lighten up their spirit. Daichi has worked in a team of three people before and he let one of his comrades take the lead, cautiously listening to the orders and trying to stick to the plan as much as possible.


Likes:

Swords – That's one of the things that Daichi cannot walk past by and not have a vigilant look at, immediately closing himself in his mind and losing track of the surroundings and time. He can spend hours scanning the blades with so much enthusiasm as he loves the sharp things.
Books – Another thing which seperates Daichi from the surrounding world and makes use of free time is books. He believes that books open the way to the most powerful weapon a human being can wield - knowledge. His life without books would be like his body without a soul.
Women – The only thing that Daichi cannot physically, emotionally and mentally live without – is women's attention and their love towards him. Even though most of the time his mind goes blank and he forgets the English language in front of an attractive lady, he won't be afraid to call her “beautiful” or to show a sign  of interest in her.


Dislikes:

Rain – Daichi's mood depends on weather a lot and he hates being depressed and down due to a rainy, dull weather. He hopes that one day the rain will end and the sun will warm up the world's huge heart along with every person's individual heart and wars between guilds will end.
Loud Music – He hates deafening melodies and songs as he believes that they stop his highly intellectual mind from performing the highly efficient processes and loudness just genuinely annoys him.
Small Villages – The one and only reason why Daichi doesn't like small villages is because you can never find anything useful or needed in the stores. Whenever you need a particular item urgently whilst on a mission in a small village – it's always missing from the store.


Motivations:

Friends – Friends is what keeps Daichi smiling, cheerful and contented in his life. Without friends Daichi wouldn't feel any responsibility and duty to protect his bonds with close people.
Pedigree – Daichi wants to make the “Rin” family name famous and acclaimed so that life for his childen will be easier – as everyone will treat them with respect and hopefully they won't encounter and experience the issues that Daichi once had to incident.
Mission – Daichi set up an incredible task for himself which is to find his real parents. He promised himself that before he'll die he wants to find his biological parents and look into their eyes and ask one single question...


Fears:

Losing friends – Without friends Daichi's life would become dull and miserable so he will do anything that is in his power to protect his friends in order to retain a smile on his face for the rest of his life.
Failure – That's one of the things that he fears the most as he hopes to succeed with his personal life mission and not fail it. Thoughts of failure brings him down and gets him in a bad mood so he avoids thinking about it.
Loss – Daichi will be fulfilled with guilt and will never forgive himself if he will lose a battle to someone ranked lower than him. This fear makes him a determined persona which doesn't give up that easily.

Daichi has a significantly average body with adequate amount of lean muscle and its contour creates an impression of a body of an athlete. There's always a thoughtful grin on his face which supports the friendliness and kindess embedded in his eyes. He wears a black silk kimono with a white belt around his waist, white ninja tabi boots and a white scarf around his neck.
