Sol's Sheepish Entrance

Sol adjusted her glasses again and unfolded her map, pulling it between her hands to double check she was in the right place. It looked like a castle, she'd never seen a guild before, maybe they were all in castles. She started to sweat and shake as she approached.

You can do this, you can do anything...

The doors were only a few feet away. Sol glanced at the nearby ocean, the glimmering sunlight reflecting on the waves and the cool sea breeze calmed her nerves and reassured her. She could definitely do this. She gripped the door handle and took a deep breath, then pulled it open.

Talen was relaxing in the guild bar when he heard the main doors open. He casually glanced at the door and saw that it was a women that he had never seen before. Maybe she wants to join the guild, the summoner thought to himself. He got up and walked over to the pink haired women, saying, "Welcome to Lamia Scale.  Is there somthing I can help yo with?"

"Oh, uh, no... I mean, I mean..." Sol shook her head to clear it. She was already getting  flustered and nothings happened besides someone talking to her. She took a breath and straightened her stance. "Yes, I'd like to join this guild. I... want to go on adventures..." She said a bit louder, making her glasses slip down her nose. As she adjusted them, she added, "I can do magic pretty well... I practiced a bit before I came here..."

Kihia had just came out of the hallway when he saw Talen talking to a young woman with pink hair, A newcomer...? I best go and say hello as well I guess... He walked up the two talking mages and nodded his head in greeting, "Hello there, Welcome to the Lamia Scale guild hall... My name is Kihia Avoa... I see you already have met Talen, may i ask for your name?"

Zuo Cii guild master of Lamia Scale was at present napping on the floor in the middle of the guild hall. He had meant that day to wait around in the guild to be more social with his guild members. However somewhere after minute 4 he got bored and fell asleep on accident. So here he was, the great powerful earth mage passed out on the ground like a drunk bum. How embarrassing would it be if today of all days a new member walked into the guild and saw him for the first time like this. The thought made the old geezer shudder in his sleep.

Sol's eyes shot down to her feet again with the introduction of yet another male. She guessed they were both over six feet tall, at least. They both towered over her.
These people are going to be your companions...

She offered a shaky hand out to the Kihia man, but kept looking at the floor, not wanting to make eye contact. "I'm Sol... Nice to meet-" She trailed off when, out of the corner of her eye, she saw an older man laying on the ground. Is he dead?! Do they kill people here?! She felt a rush of relief when she saw the rising and falling of his chest, but she still didn't feel at ease. Why was he sleeping on the floor in the first place? Do they work people so hard here they simply fall over and sleep?

Sol closed the hand she had offered to Kihia and withdrew it, still shaking. "M-maybe this isn't the right place, on second thought..."

"I can smell peasant from a mile away!" Ophelia chuckled as she randomly popped up from behind Sol, it appeared as though the noblewoman had showed up just in time to see the newest arrival, a rather wealthy looking one might she add. But she can just smell the scent of peasant like she can smell homosexuals. "Good evening darling~ You're lucky that I blessed you with my grace today~"

She wore her favorite blue satin gown that had a low cut in the front. Her hair was kept up in a tight bun and was adorned in blue feathered accessories. "Aren't you precious?" Ophelia placed her hand on the girl's head, staring down at her with a bright glint in her eyes. "You have certainly come to the right place, since I am here!"

Ren looked down at the guildmaster who was sleeping on the floor. "Zuo... Uh... Are you actually sleeping or are you planning to attack me...?" he asked as he nudged at Zuo with his foot. "Someone's here you know..."" he continued. It wasn't really like the guildmaster to be sleeping. Ever. Ren couldn't really imagine it at all. Maybe he just wasn't very imaginative?
He glanced over at the newcomer, and the first thing he noticed was her pink hair. He hadn't seen pink hair at all before. Ren had attempted highlights before, though it ended up he had to stay in his house for two weeks because of how badly he had messed it up. And then Ophelia poppped up. Ren cringed slightly out of instinct when he saw her, but he relaxed immediately after. He turned his attention back to the guild master, and nudged Zuo with his foot some more.

Sol wasn't prepared for the hand of her head, she immediately withdrew into herself and poofed. At first it was just a pink tuft of wool on her forehead, like it had grown there, but then tufts of wool began popping up on random areas of skin. Soon, her entire body was covered in a thick layer of wool.
I'm done for, I'm done for...
She was feeling light headed. Things were going downhill fast. Would they accept her is she just fainted there?

Sol winced and kept herself up. She was joining this guild, even if she died of embarrassment. Finally, she spoke up. "I need some space okay!"

"...if that's okay..."

"Come on guys give the lady some space!" Kaligos walked up eyeing Ophilia for a moment and passing by several others that he recognized. He walked up from the guilds refreshment area and was still holding a glass of cranberry juice.

Kaligos was for a lack of a better word a complete mess, his hair though tied back in a ponytail was messy and frayed, his violet eyes had draconian features as he had slits instead of an average humans pupals, and even as he spoke his fangs became all the more prevalant. Added to that the dark complexion and the fact that he didn't wear any shoes, and looked like he had just rolled in a beach as his clothing and body were covered in sand, and Kaligos was a dead ringer for what someone would consider odd.

His cyan tattoo of the Lamia Scale guild was on his left arm, which was the same he extended towards the girl in kind greeting clearly not giving much care to follow his own advice or hers that she wanted personal space. "I'm Kaligos, the guilds resident Dragon Slayer." He said lightly. "If you've come to join then you have nothing to worry about."

Ni-Ju entered the guildhall after a less then satisfying morning of cooking and setting up defenses for the Katulai Manor. Spotting a crowd as he entered, Ni-Ju decided to see what was going on. From the looks of it a new guild member had arrived and been subjected to the traditional Lamia Scale pile-up greeting. He thought wryly. Not wanting to further frighten the already startled looking newcomer, Ni-Ju kept his greeting to a simple wave before going in search of something cold and a place to set down his newly baked chocolate cake.
