Age walks into the Arena looks around and said "This arena is starting to become like a second home." Age then walks to the middle of the arena to wait for his opponent to show there selves. As Age waits he begins to get hungry so Age walks to the wall and grabs a torch off the wall and starts eating it after eating 8 more torches Age walks back to the middle to the arena sits and waits.

Simon walked into the arena stretching and yawning. He saw his opponent sitting in the middle of the arena "Yo! Are you the guy I'm fighting? Can I have your name?" Simon had never seen the person before. He really thought when he was challenged to a duel it would be from some big shot famous mage looking to "test his mettle" or something. Turns out it was just... someone. Simon had no idea what to expect from this guy so he kept about 25 meters between them as he stretched "So any special rules you have in mind or we are just going to go all out no holds barred no rules?" The pint sized powerhouse that he was Simon didn't really care either way. He just wanted to start the fight so he could finish it.

Age stood up and looked at Simon and said "There is one rule, NO KILLING." other than that one rule go all out no holds bar. You may not of heard of me but its because I am not trying to be famous I just wish to test the power gap between me and you to see what a true wizard is capable of I challenge you with complete resolve I do not fear you but i wish to see how far I have come and how far I have to go. I will fight with he intent of winning so be careful." Age then just stood there looking Simon in the eyes.

Simon shrugged "Dang you talk a lot. But the time for talk has passed." Never a patient man Simon wasted not time starting the fight. He charged with supernatural speed not even a slayer could match the speed of sound, for that was the power of god leg magic, only a foot in front of Age he slid to the ground in a sweeping kick at his feet "Eagle Sweep!" If his attack landed Age would be knocked forward onto his face and Simon's momentum would carry him behind him. If that was the case Simon would instantly spring to his feet with mind boggling speed  and would wait for Age to get to his feet before resuming the fight. The speed mage didn't like the idea of kicking a foe when he was down.

Now in the case that Age was able to dodge...

Simon would still slide behind him and instantly jump to his feet and launch a snap kick at the dragon slayer's behind. Because attacking from behind was far more acceptable then attacking a downed opponent and Simon(being rather childish) just wanted to say he had kicked Age's ass. However if either of these attacks landed would be up to Age, however Simon thought dodging both would be incredibly difficult considering his own extreme speed.

While watching Simon he just diapered so Age tried to track by smell all Age could tell with smell it that Age was about to be attacked so knowing imitate danger was on its way Age used "Fire Dragons Crimson Wings" which increases Age's speed by 150 MPH Age saw where  Simon was in that instant Age flue straight up at 150 MPH Age stopped when he was 60 FT away from the ground, Then Age watched Simon finish his attack.

Simon scratched his head and watch Age take to the air. "That wasn't your best idea. I'm Simon the Phoenix, the sky is my domain." With that he jumped into the air, using nothing but his super human leg strength, directly above Age and made an attempt to stomp on his head with all the power his God Leg magic could muster(which was quite a lot). If things stayed in the air Simon would make quick work of Age as both his phoenix fire and God Leg magic were well suited to usage in the air. He wouldn't even have to use his fire at this rate.

OOC question: How is your MP at 190% even an artifact weapon and armor cannot boost it that high.

Age watched as Simon went from the ground to rite behind him Age looked at him and said "You say the sky is your domain, HAHAHahaha this sky hundreds of years ago was ruled by the dragon thousands of them ruled this sky not birds this domain is mine not yours." Age flue straight at the ground to out speed Simon so he would not be hit by his god leg magic and 3 inches before the ground Age straightened out and flue straight away from Simon's kick avoiding the attack all together. After avoiding the kick Age flue straight at Simon and used "Fire Dragon Sword Horn" Age launches straight for Simon at 200 MPH with near perfect accuracy with gravity on Age's side Age launched himself from above Simon not directly above Age hid in the light of the sun.

It was borderline miraculous that Age had evaded the attack, Simon had a good eye for speed, and he found it most strange that someone moving at 150 mph was able to move faster then one of his kicks which average between 250 and 300 miles per hour. But to top that off this guy called himself a dragon? He knew only one fire dragon and she went missing during Simon's last mission. Intentionally or not this guy had just struck a major cord with the phoenix. Regardless when Age came at him again it seemed like Simon would be a sitting duck, suspended in air from his last air-based attack. It stood to reason that at this moment he would unleash his flaming wings to avoid the attack. But Simon did not stand to reason, he stood to his own strength. When his foe approached(at a mind numbingly slow speed of only 50 mph I might add) Simon muttered "White Walk." then in a flash he seemingly jumped off the air itself to get above Age and with his god like speed  performed a mid-air downward round house kick at his back.

Now the tables were turned for everything Age thought he had going for him were now working in Simon's favor. Continuing at his current speed and direction there would be no way for Age to avoid the attack he would have to pull some kind of speed boost out of thing air to avoid what was coming at him seeing as his current speed was not enough and changing direction would only slow him down. Not to mention Simon had the additional advantage of being a higher ranked mage who's entire secondary magic hinged around his incredible superhuman leg strength. With all that in consideration when he made his attack Simon decided to quip in "You're living in the past. Dragons may have had the air hundreds of years ago but notice how they aren't around anymore. Age of the dragons has passed. It's a new era and I'm spear heading it!"

Note: I think you got your HP and MP from a different fight or something. Because your HP has gone down despite your dodge and your Mp went up(?)

Age attacked Simon but rite before it hit Simon he just disappeared so Age scanned for Simon's scent and rite before impact Age found Simon he was rite behind Age. When Age looked all he saw was Simon doing an attack Age new he couldn't dodge it or block so Age took it full forced falling to the ground Age opened his wings as wide as they would go and used "Fire Dragons Roar" at the ground the attack slowed Age down enough to land safely. But cause Age landed safely that dose not mean he toke no damage Age toke a solid hit from a D-rank spell so Age looked at Simon and said "Dam you hit like a train that hurt, HAHA now that's what i was looking for now i will no longer be holding back." Age stood up looked at Simon with the biggest goofiest smile ever.

Simon landed on the ground 5 meters away from Age "Oh you thought that was a good kick? Well let me show you a real kick." His mouth moved as if to invoke the name of a spell but Age wouldn't hear it until the attack was over. Similar to his first attack Simon charged Age but this time he went far faster then normal, in fact he was moving at the speed of sound(hence why Age wouldn't hear the name of the spell until it was over, Simon was moving faster then his own words). This was the absolute fastest Simon could move without using that. Even mages who Simon consider himself equal could only see a blur of movement followed by pain in their head. The reality of what was happening was simple, Simon charged and threw an uppercut like kick straight at Age's jaw. The move took only 0.01 seconds from activation to completion, that was the power of God Leg magic. But the beauty of the attack did not end there because the powerful kick(that put his last kick to shame in terms of power) was immediately followed up by a sonic boom that hit everything around Simon. While a sonic boom didn't pack too much punch it was almost impossible to dodge even for the greatest of warriors.

When the smoke cleared and the sonic boom had hit Age would be able to hear Simon's voice saying "Falcon Heavenward." The kick was also designed to send foes flying but Simon didn't like to attack people hanging helplessly mid-air so he didn't even plan a counter attack. As soon as his kick landed or missed(as if) he would jump back and wait for his opponent's next move. He also said "My past foes described that kick as if they were kicked by a bullet, how do you like it?"

After losing sight of Simon Age new he was about to be hit again so Age tracked Simon but not by sound or sight but by smell Age new where Simon was but he was moving so fast Age couldn't even hope to match that, So Age braced himself he smelled as the attack came at his jaw so Age braced his jaw for the hit the hit still did damage but Age managed to lessen its affect over his hole body instead of a kick it felt like a hole body shot. While Age was still in the air before he hit the ground Age activated "Firewall" to defend like it will truly help but when Age activated "Firewall" the flames changed from regular red to green Age's flames where now using will power of Age to power up and change color, although the color change truly dose nothing to the flames attributes its just visual no power upgrade.

Simon's attack hit home, which was very satisfying. Assuming Age was human and not a god among men his sense should be in heavy to extreme disarray. You know what really doesn't help things when you are seeing double? Seeing things that don't make sense. It was half of a plan so it was good enough for Simon. Going for surprise points Simon charged the flame wall and for the first time in the battle showed his phoenix fire. He morphed into a large phoenix almost tripling his old body size and rammed the flame wall head on. The flame wall didn't handle this very well, it took Simon a few seconds but he was able to overpower it. He could feel Age wasn't exceptionally skilled or practiced in defensive magic. The burn damage was more then halved by Simon's phoenix form and that minimal damage was then instantly healed by the healing properties of his flame.

He entered the confining flaming down was a shrieking cry, hopefully this would shock Age who was already disoriented. Simon instantly excited his phoenix form and dropped to the ground as a human again while his blue flames vanished into the air. Simon was going to screw around for a second longer on his fingers were a pair of jeweled gold rings which anyone(with magic sensory) could tell were magic. He curled his hands into fists and pointed them both at his foe, who was just barely more then an arm's length away. Using a spell like this at this close of range was questionably wise but Simon failed to care about wisdom "Smile for the camera! Yata no Kagami!" A blast of golden light shot from the rings straight at Age. Whatever the light speed projectile collided with would feel a massive impact even greater then his Falcon Heavenward and likely be sent flying. Simon didn't always wear jewelry, but when he did he made sure it was a magic super weapon.

Description: Simon fires a blast of light from his legendary weapon "Amo No Murakumo" The blast travels at the speed of light making it incredibly impractical to evade. It deals b-rank damage in blunt force on contact and then explodes into a shockwave that does minor additional damage. The spell drains power from Simon's weapon instead of himself making it a man economic attack.

Age's sight was disoriented from the previous attack Simon did but Age could smell as Simon turned into a phoenix broke through the wall and smelled him turn back into a human Age could see but not with his eyes but with his nose Age saw all. While watching Simon walk up to him and try and blast Age so Age timed it perfectly right when Simon used his rings Age toke the hit to the head and used the momentum to boost his kick. Which Age boosted with "Fire Dragon Sword Horn" so Age kicked Simon's jaw with the force of his very own ring magic power and Age's own "Fire Dragon Sword Horn" power rite at Simon. If he blocks or dodges this he must be a god of some sort because Simon amused Age was blind so Age took advantage of this and smashed him with a very similar hit Age him self toke a moment Ago.

Simon in fact did not have to be a god to dodge or block Age's attack. It was simple physics, while Age was counting on the momentum helping him in truth the momentum was working against him. The blast he just took straight to the head was twice as powerful as the falcon heavenward, it was far more likely that Age would be sent flying out of the arena rather then his spell being boosted. But Simon had seen magic do things that made no-sense before so he wasn't in the least bit surprised that Age was not in fact sent flying. He was surprised that he was able to launch a counter attack so quickly after being hit by such a heavy attack which did permit Age's attack to land head on. Simon took the flaming head butt right in the face.

He was knocked backwards and fell on his back. But when the smoke cleared Age would see not a mark on Simon. Rather he would see half of his face covered in blue fire "Sorry Age but an attack of that level isn't going to cut it with me. I'm a phoenix, fire attacks have minimal effect on me and the little effect they do have my healing flame can wash away in an instant." It was true for as he was talking the flames covering his face had completely healed the damage from Age's attack. Simon then stood up and rolled his head around a couple times then grinned "Good as new." D-Rank magic wasn't going to be of any use against Simon, to do any real damage with fire magic he would have to hit harder and keep hitting hard to stop him from healing.

Anyway that was way too much text to explain how and why Simon was able to brush off the attack. Let's get back to the action. Simon was in the mood to finish the fight and he had just the attack to do it. He took a step at Age because that was all that was need to close the and curled his hands into fists again. "Yata no Kagami!" Simon's rings flashed and in response Simon's right leg suddenly began glowing gold. He then fired two high speed snap kicks at Age with his right leg. Yata no Kagami greatly enhanced Simon's kick strength in two ways. First it increased his movement speed to mind blowing heights, these kicks mage Simon's Falcon Heavenward look incredibly slow. Only a mage fast enough to effortlessly dodge the Falcon Heavenward(ten times in a row) would be able to even notice this attack and even then there is guarantee that they would be able to react to it. Then the second effect was that it increase his kick power so that each one did B-Rank damage that would make each kick deal twice as much damage as Falcon Heavenward combing to deal 4 times as much damage. It seemed Age just couldn't catch a break.

OOC Note: Speaking of damage calculation I think you had a little miscalculation on the damage of Yata No Kagami. You had it dealing about 10% However it is a b-rank spell so it does twice as much damage as Falcon Heavenward( a c-rank spell). So considering that Falcon Heavenward did 20% damage Yata No Kagami should have dealt 40% damage. That would also mean the kicks from Yasakani no Magatama  alone would deal another 40% each.

Sorry for the huge post you seemed to misunderstand a few things and I tried to clear it up as best as I could.

After being defeated Age stood up and walked over to Simon and said "Great fight but next time i will not lose i promise you that." Then the defeated wizard walked over to the exit and left the arena knowing next time he meats Simon that fight will be recorded in the history lacrima. But before Age left the arena he looked back at Simon with a look on his face which said "I have not lost i simply didn't win." Then Age diapered into the darkness of the arena exit.
