    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description: Flora is a caster type magic in which the caster enhances the properties of nature to aid him/her. This can range from growing certain plants in a matter of seconds to large sizes to having plants distract or even attack the enemy. This particular brand of plant magic focuses on the uses of flowering plants.

    Aster's particular brand allows him to grow flowers and use them for various reasons. One talent Aster has dabbled with is the ability to bring flowers to life. At this point in time, though, this only works on normal sized flowers as he hasn't enough experience to do otherwise. Lastly, Aster is able to summon "clouds" or "swarms" of flowers to do his bidding.

    Strengths:

    • Depending on the surroundings, certain flowers are 50% stronger (Ex. Moonflowers at night, Daphne flowers in cold, or Lilies in water)
    • When standing on soil, attacks cost 50% less mp
    • Certain flowers do have poisonous attributes
    • Attacks are 25% stronger in broad sunlight


    Weaknesses:

    • Same rank or higher fire magic can dispel some attacks
    • When standing on concrete, attacks cost 50% more mp
    • Cloudy days or cloudy nights slow growing spells by one post
    • Same rank or higher wind magic can dispel some attacks
    • Spells not including some form of Cacti cost 50% more mana when in a dry or volcanic area


    Abilities/Powers:

    • Can passively grow plants at will up to twenty five feet tall. Can be used as shelter, food, etc.
    • Due to his sweet smell has a calming effect on those around him. Those of weak will may decide to aid Aster. Animals are attracted to this smell. Range is a circle with a fifteen meter radius. Enemies a rank below the caster will decide to aid him. Same rank enemies simply hesitate for a post. Stronger enemies remain unaffected. Higher ranked animals are attracted to the smell but nothing more.

    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive - Plant
    Description:
    A green magic circle with red swirling throughout appears, as this circle vanishes, a cloud of roses, stem and all, fly in and swarm the enemy, circling them instantaneously dealing damage with their thorns in a flurry of red before returning to the caster and healing for half of the amount of damage done.


    • fifteen roses, circling at roughly twenty miles an hour, moving forward at about ten meters a second.
    • Range is a circle with a fifteen meter diameter
    • Takes up two posts. Attacks on the first post then flies slowly back. Heals on the second post
    • Three post cooldown
    • Deals one and a half D ranks of damage


    Strengths:


    • Cannot be easily dodged unless destroyed by fire or wind of same rank or higher
    • Heals the caster
    • 25% stronger in direct sunlight
    • Costs 50% less mp on soil


    Weaknesses:


    • Deals no damage to an extremely thick skinned enemy or enemies with strong or high ranked armor
    • Can be destroyed by a fire or wind spell of equal or higher rank
    • Costs 50% more mp on concrete [Ex. 15% of total mp would cost 22% instead and vice versa]
    • Can be destroyed in between posts
    • Cannot be used in areas free of wind



    Name: Petal Dance
    Rank: D
    Type: Defensive - Plant
    Description:
    A green magic circle with yellow swirling throught appears, as it vanishes, a swarm of yellow hibiscus petals come forth and form a wall in front of the user to block one attack


    • Appears directly in front of the caster with a length of ten meters and a height of four meters
    • Instantaneous, disappears as soon as it is hit by an attack.
    • Has a 3 post cooldown


    Strengths:


    • Costs 50% less mp on soil
    • Blocks up to one D-Ranked spell
    • Can block two if in direct sunlight


    Weaknesses:


    • Fire or Wind spells of same rank pass through and do full damage
    • Other spells of higher rank pass through and do full damage
    • Costs 50% more mp on concrete [Ex. 15% of total mp would cost 22% instead and vice versa]




    Name: Spore
    Rank: D
    Type: Debuff - Plant
    Description:
    A red magic circle appears along with a beautiful red fern. The Fern shakes, tossing spores toward the enemy. These spores will temporarily stun enemies.



    • Range is a semi-circle with a fifteen meter diameter
    • Has a three post cooldown
    • Instantaneous, effect lasts two enemy posts



    Strengths:


    • Stuns the enemy (D Rank: 3 posts - C Rank: 2 posts - B Rank: 1 post  Higher ranks are unaffected)
    • Costs 50% less mp on soil
    • Lasts an extra post in direct sunlight


    Weaknesses:


    • Can be destroyed by a higher rank fire spell
    • Wind magic rank C or higher can blow the spores back at the caster
    • On concrete, costs 50% more mp

    • Due to his sweet smell has a calming effect on those around him <------What does this do to people/animals around him? Does it stop them from wanting to fight him? I need details, and numbers if they are necessary.

    • Attacks on one post and disappears on the next <-------Is this th duration and cooldown? I need more specifics on this to exactly know what you mean on this part.

    How many Roses come in, and how much damage does each rose do (Maximum amount of total damage should be 1 1/2 D-ranks worth of damage). Also, what speed to they go at?

    Type: Passive - Plant
    Description:
    A white magic circle appears. A plant of the caster's choosing grows tremendously, then the magic circle disappears. This plant can be used for many purposes, shelter, food, walking, etc.



    • Range is a circle with a fifteen meter diameter
    • Instantaneous



    Weaknesses:

    [*]Can be destroyed by a fire spell B rank or higher unless in water

    "Passives" are more used in the Abilities and powers section. This wouldn't fit unless you wanted it to be an active spell, in which ill look at this as active spell.
