You find a strange cloaked man sitting on a stump in the woods. He looks disappointed as he leans on his arm. He smiles when he see's your approach him. Excitedly he turns around to reach for something. He starts pulling out various objects from the bush behind him and setting them in front of him.
"Hello there, Guest! I noticed you from the city there. I wondered when you would come here. Are you looking for something? Perhaps I can be of assistance. I collect things, from weapons to armors to jewelry. Come, come here Guest, let's make a trade. Something of mine for some of yours. everything is for sale!"
