Post by Lilyan 16th June 2014, 6:48 pm

It was early in the morning. Lilyan was happy to learn the art of the Celestial Spirit magic. Why? she liked the magic for many reasons. The first one is that she loves making friends, and she heard many Celestial Spirits are actually very friendly. The second one was that she felt she needed another partner to always be helping her, at least to know she can count on someone else. The last one, is that she just liked the idea of summoning celestial spirits, she thought it sound fun, even do, she knew she was going to need to work a lot to gain this ability. But that wasn’t a problem, she had Talen to help her, a friend who had Celestial Spirit magic, that was probably going to help. Even do, she was going to work a lot from the beginning, she didn't even know how to make a contract with a Celestial Spirit and only had two spirit keys. She was going to start from the bottom of the start.
She was waiting for Talen, she had been waiting for quite a while since she decided to get there sooner. She chose a nice place, Crescent Island, a nice touristic island. She knew she was going to need some days to learn basics, which were actually what she wanted to learn, that way she was going to be able to train alone, without involving Talen in such a hard work. Even do, that's why she decided to get somewhere to stay there since Hargeon Town wasn’t close at all. Even do, Lilyan was waiting very excited for Talen hopping to do the best as she could, they had time, it was early in the morning after all.

Talen was in high spirits as he walked towards the sport Lily had told him to meet her. The summoner had never taught someone else how to use Celestial Spirit Magic , and he was still a little unsure about the teaching method that he had come up with. "Well," Talen said quietly as he approached "Time to get started."

Talen walked up to Lily and offered her a smile. "So, Celestial Spirit Magic is not especially hard to learn. The process of summoning the spirits is not that difficult since we use keys to focus the magic. The difficult part is learning about your spirits. Their likes, dislikes and who they are. there are also some parts that are not so much a part of the magic, but how you should think while using the magic." Talen paused and pulled out his keys. "Now..." Talen said as he flipped through the keys until he selected one. "Your training will start with her." Talen raised the key and said, "Gate of the Huntress, I open thee, Artemis!" The brown haired spirit stepped from the doorway to the spirit world and gave Talen a smile. "Why do you always wait so long to summon me?" "you know why." Talen answered. "Now, Artemis will help you in your first part of the training." "What?!" The spirit shouted in disbelief, "There is no way I'm teaching her!" "Can you do this for this for me? Please." "...fine." she said with a sigh.

"Now," Talen said, "before you summon one of the spirits you told me you had, I want you to show me that you can understand spirits. I want you to spend the morning with Artemis, and around lunchtime I wan you something about her, something that she to you. When you are done, come and find me in the casino." With that Talen left the two females to their tasks.

    OOC:
So your first task is to become friends with Artemis. Just so you know she hates humans, and normally will not talk to anyone but Talen. I will RP Artemis, this is so I can get my portion of the posts done faster. Sorry if this is not what you had in mind, but I had a hard time thinking of a good way to train someone for CS magic.

Lilyan saw Talen arriving. She jumped and hugged him just after he said the first word. "Im ready to start." She said. "So, Celestial Spirit Magic is not especially hard to learn. The process of summoning the spirits is not that difficult since we use keys to focus the magic. The difficult part is learning about your spirits. Their likes, dislikes and who they are. there are also some parts that are not so much a part of the magic, but how you should think while using the magic." She heard everything with all her attention. She saw how Talen summoned Artemis and how they went along with each other, she really was looking towards knowing celestial spirit magic. "So my first test is to be some time with artemis?... Sounds great!" She smiled and was ready to make a new friend. "Hey, i'm Lilyan, but i prefer people to call me Lily." She looked and smiled at Artemis. Then she returned to Talen. "Sounds good, ill be with Artemis... for like how much time? Like two hours?" She asked, she didn't really matter about the time, but she had some doubts. "Anyway... Talen... Thanks again for teaching me." She smiled and hugged him again. Then she returned to Artemis. "So hey... what do you want to do?" As she saw her bow, she actually thought she could simply say something like, lets go hunting, or you run while i shoot you some of my arrows. She felt really dumb thinking that, she couldn't be that cold to make her run while she was shooting arrows, or at least that was what she was hopping.

After Lily had asked Artemis what she wanted to do,the spirit looked at the mage with a look of slight disgust. "Look, I really don't want to be here, and I really don't want to do this." Artemis started to walk towards the nearby woods, saying, "I want to be back in the spirit world, far away from any of you stupid humans." As Artemis entered the forest, she looked lily and sighed. Artemis did not like humans, and for Talen to stick her with teaching this little girl really made her mad. Why? she thought to her self, why would he do this to me? However she had already told Talen that she would do this so she had little choice now.

Artemis looked at the little girl with an annoyed expression. "Alright, lets go. I found some very large tracks and I want to see what made them." Artemis walked into the woods without bothering to see if the mage was following her. After the two had been walking for some time, Artemis asked Lily, "So, how did you come to know Talen?" Artemis kept walking as she talked, eyes looking straight down at the ground, her eyes darting back and forth. "He must think highly of you for him to teach you Celestial Spirit magic." Artemis was not asking this simply to make idle chitchat, Artemis knew that Talen would not have offered to teach another person Celestial Spirit magic unless he trusted them with spirits. Artemis wanted to know what he saw in her.

Post by Lilyan 19th June 2014, 4:04 pm

Lilyan wasn't actually surprised to her reaction and she didn't blame her either, even Lilyan would prefer to spend a day doing things she likes than helping someone she just met. She thought Artemis would leave her there, but when she heard Artemis telling her she was going to follow the track, she decided to follow her. Lilyan was going to be able to get to know Artemis, and not just to pass the test, but to make a new friend.
As they kept walking, she noticed Artemis wasn't actually looking at her, but that actually was good, it would be strange for her to turn around and notice there is someone watching her, even do, she never even moved her head to see a bit. Suddenly, Artemis started talking, Lilyan was happy for that, step by step, she was going to make it. "Hmm... How did I met Talen? We actually met in the guild, we are both in Lamia Scale, so we easily met there. Then we became good friends, and thats all actually, nothing that special, but it was nice to meet him. He's after all a great friend." Then, Lilyan wanted to continue the chat but she didn't know what to say. "And... I see you estimate Talen a lot. Is there any story behind that? Im only curious." She didn't know if Artemis was actually going to answer, Lilyan wouldn't blame her if she didn't want to answer, it was maybe something not so nice to tell, or simply something a bit to personal.

Lilyan's Secondary Magic Training (Private-Talen) Empty Re: Lilyan's Secondary Magic Training (Private-Talen)

Post by Talen 19th June 2014, 5:44 pm

When Lily had finished speaking, Artemis felt her eye twitch in annoyance. "So you met at that stupid guild." Artemis felt her hand clench into a fist as she continued to walk. The huntress disliked the guild on a good day and hated it on days like this. "I have know Talen almost his entire life. He is like a son to me. And because of your guild I hardly ever see him nowadays." Artemis kept following the tracks in silence after her last statement. She was wondering how Talen felt that he could trust this mage with celestial spirits.

After a few more minuets, Artemis raised an arm to stop Lily and pointed into the small clearing ahead. In the clearing was a large cat like creature. It probably could stand about 15 feet tall on its hind leg, with thick, powerful limbs that had muscles  rippling under the surface. The cat had large saber tooth like canines that looked razor sharp and its eyes were a bright amber color that had an intelligence that was both scared and angry. Artemis put a finger to her lips, then motioned for lily to follow. Artemis slowly walked into the clearing, keeping her eyes on the beast. The cat looked at the two intruders and unleashed a growl so deep and low that Artemis could feel it in her chest. Despite all of this, the spirit kept walking towards the cat. When Artemis was about 5 feet from the beast, it took a massive paw and tried to hit her with it. The spirit ducked under the attack. She then used this as an opportunity to get right in front of the cat. She was within arms reach of it now, just standing their and looking deep into its eyes. "What is wrong my friend?" Artemis asked the cat. The cat answered back with a series of growls that a human would not understand, but since the spirit had the ability to speak with animals, she understood. "Oh, take us there. We can help." The cat growled once more before standing up and walking out of the clearing.

"Lily, this creature needs our help right now, we can work on your training afterwards but for now she needs our help." Artemis started to follow the cat as it walked through the woods with surprising agility. After a couple of minuets the group came to a younger version of the cat that the spirit and mage were following. The younger cat had its leg caught in a bear trap like device that appeared to have broken its leg. There was blood on the ground and the cat was whimpering softly. The larger cat sat next to the younger, and licked its head. "These two were walking in the woods when his leg," Artemis said pointing at the younger cat, "was caught in this trap, if we do not help him, he will die." A thought suddenly came to Artemis and she waited to see how the mage would react.

Post by Lilyan 20th June 2014, 2:58 pm

Lilyan couldn't understand at first why did Artemis thought like that about her guild, even do, she wasn't letting Artemis say that in front of her. Just before saying something, Artemis continued, Lilyan now understood why was she mad with the guild. "Look, I understand Talen is your friend and you can't see him because of the guild, but even do..." Artemis interrupted her and stopped her pointing to a very big cat. He seemed a bit scared. Artemis went towards the cat, and after she almost received a scratch, she talked with the cat. "You can talk to animals? Thats awesome." She felt a bit ignored by Artemis, but she was talking to the cat after all.
Lilyan quickly understood what was happening and followed Artemis and the cat. Artemis was right, she had to help the cat and then they could continue with the rest. When they arrived, Lilyan saw a smaller cat in a bear trap, the cat was bleeding, he wouldn't resist much longer there. After what Artemis said, she quickly thought in a solution. "I rally can't do much, you'll have to help me." Then Lilyan took out her crystal sphere and turned into a fairy. "I really can't open the trap, i'm not strong enough, there could be a way, but its kinda dangerous, I could easily kill the cat if something goes wrong. If you can open it, I can heal him to keep him alive, If you need time, i can give you some time curing it. Do you have something to open it? Anything."

Post by Talen 21st June 2014, 3:31 pm

Artemis was a little surprised when Lily had offered to help the cat. The spirit had almost no faith in humans, she viewed them as destructive creatures with little to no compassion for beings other then themselves. They had destroyed both mighty forests and killed majestic creatures, the very things that she protected. However, this mage had offered to help a dangerous creature that she knew nothing about. Maybe Talen was right, Artemis reluctantly thought to herself, maybe she can learn Celestial Spirit magic. She at least has the compassion for it as much as I hate to admit it.

Artemis was not quite sure what she should have Lily do. Artemis could probably save the cat by herself, however the spirit decided it would be best if Lily would heal the poor creature. Artemis nodded to Lily and said, "I can use one of my arrows to get the trap open. Be ready to heal the cat as soon as he is out." Artemis took her bow and nocked an arrow.  She aimed at the springs on the side of the trap and pulled back. "I am sorry little one, but this will hurt a little." Artemis fired the arrow and it sliced cleanly through the trap's spring, making a metallic clang before the arrow buried itself a few inches into the ground. The trap went slack, and Artemis easily pulled the off the cat. "There we go, now don't worry, Lily here will heal you up in no time." Let us see what this mage can do.

Lilyan easily understood what Artemis was up to, with her bow, she would open the trap. When Artemis was about to destroy the trap, Lilyan preferred to close her eyes in case of anything happening or going wrong. She heard the sound of the trap breaking. "Leave this to me." After taking him out passed the cat to Lilyan. She quickly placed her hands in the back of the cat and a bit of light started shining from her hands. "This might take a little while. Maybe some minutes." Then she paused for a moment. "Ill finish this in no time." She never looked anyway but at the cat. He had a very painful and deep injury, even do, it wouldn't be a problem for Lilyan's magic to deal with. The bleeding stopped quickly, he hopefully hadn't lost much blood.
After around of 5 minutes, the cat was fine again, not even with a scar or pain in the damaged part, he was completely fine. "Ready, his fine now, he is free to go where he wants to." Lilyan helped the now healthy cat to get up and passed it to Artemis again. "Her, you'll know what to do now, i won't." Lilyan thought about the cat, about both cats, what did they do to deserve what they received, probably nothing. even do, they surely had received something nice too, but they were at least together. Lilyan looked to the sky and laid down on the floor. "Artemis... Now what? Wanna to do something?"

When Lily had finished healing  the cat, she handed it to Artemis, who took it and put it on the ground in front of the larger cat. "There you go little one, good as new," Artemis turned to the larger cat and said, "I am glad we could help, and I wish you both the best." The large cat bowed its head to Artemis an gently growled something to the spirit. She nodded and the cats walked away into the woods.

Alright, I will admit that she should be allowed to learn Celestial Spirit Magic, Artemis thought to herself. Lily had offered to help an animal that she did not know, and she seemed like a genially kind person. Artemis was not so blinded by her dislike of humans that she did not realize some humans were good, but she believed that they were far and few between.

Artemis stood up and turned to face Lily. The spirit had been trying to ignore the mage all morning, and she did not deserve that. Artemis offered the girl a smile and said, "Sorry but I don't want to go and do something, however I would like to apologize. I assumed that you were like most of the other humans I have met, but you are a kind and thoughtful person and as far as I can tell you deserve to be a celestial spirit mage." Artemis paused for a second before saying "When you see Talen, tell him that I did not always hate humans, there was a time that I liked them. That should be enough for him to continue teaching you."

After she saw the cats going away and disappearing in the woods, she dis-transformed and looked at Artemis. Then she noticed Artemis smiled, she had finally smiled at her, it was the first time Lilyan saw her smile, she looked better like that. Artemis started apologizing, why? Lilyan actually didn't know or at least wasn't sure. Artemis didn't have to apologize, Lilyan understood the feeling Artemis had about the humans, sadly, many are like that. Then Artemis just stopped, only for a second, but that one second, Lilyan felt it like the longest second of her life, she was more than happy hearing what Artemis had to say.
When Artemis finished talking, Lilyan was a bit confused. When YOU see Talen? That "YOU" meant she was going with her or what. She turned around and gave a little step before returning her sight towards Artemis and smiled. "Sure, now lets go shall we?" Lilyan didn't think nothing, she didn't even know if it was that way, but even do, she waited for Artemis to reply. Then she remembered something very important. "Wait a second... I remembered an important thing" She interrupted the silence. "We forgot something." Then she got close Artemis and hugged her. Lilyan didn't know what was going to be her reaction, but she truly got her attention. But that wasn't actually what she wanted, she was looking for something else, she was looking for Artemis to be happier, everyone gets happier with a hug, its simply good for people. Anyway, Lilyan was hopping Artemis to return the hug.

Artemis was about to tell Lily that she was simply going to return to the spirit world. She had had enough of the human world and wanted to return home. However, the mage did something that the spirit would never have expected, she hugged Artemis. Artemis was stunned that the girl would do something so bold, and at first she cringed away from the embrace, but after a moment, the spirit smiled and hugged the girl back, saying in a soft voice. "Fine, I will go back with you to see Talen. Normally I would not go near a city, however I will make an exception this time."

Artemis let go of Lily and motioned in the direction of hey had come from, saying "I believe we should find the city in that direction." Artemis stared to walk in that direction, then paused and waited for Lily to catch up.

The two soon came to the edge of the resort that Talen and Lily were staying in, and Artemis hesitantly looked at the buildings. She did not like being this close to humans, or their creations. Artemis took a deep breath before walking closer. She could feel her skin crawling as she went deeper and deeper. Finally they came to the casino, and Artemis quickly found Talen at one of the slot machines.

Talen glanced up, and his eyes went wide. "Artemis what are you doing here?" "Well, I came here to personally say that I approve of you teaching Lily here Celestial Spirit Magic. She truly has the compassion needed for it." Artemis turned to Lily once more and said, "It was nice to meet you Lily, and I hope to see you again." With that She gave Lily a small hug before she vanished.

"I'm impressed," Talen said when Artemis was gone "There are few human that Artemis likes." and then he smiled, "And even fewer that she hugs. So what happened?"

Lilyan new Artemis couldn't be that cold to not hug her too, Lilyan actually doesn't know someone who hasn't hugged. Anyway, she was happy for Artemis, her first hug as friends and actually first one ever too. She was also glad Artemis was going with her to meet Talen wherever she was, that way she also wouldn't get lost.
As they walked, she got more and more confused, she didn't know where were they going, until the reached a big colorful casino. There were many different games, but Lilyan wasn't the king of person who bets, she is actually very bad and unlucky in those kind of stuff. Some jackpots later, both of theme reached Talen, he was playing in a slot machine. When Lilyan heard what Talen asked Artemis at first, she understood Artemis wasn't suppose to be her or Talen was surprised Artemis entered a Casino, she wasn't sure, but she thought so. When Artemis was sadly saying good bye, Lilyan returned the hug and replied. "I believe we will." Then Artemis disappeared.
It seemed Artemis didn't really was that nice with humans, but for some reason, she was nice with Lilyan. "Lets see, where can I start from?" She didn't want to entertain Talen that much, so she tried to make it shorter but clear. "Well, we were walking threw the woods when she saw a cat, it was huge. I don't know how, but she talked to the cat and knew she needed help. After we helped the cat and another smaller cat, we came her and thats it." She smiled and finished her story. "So now what?"

"Alright so the next part of your training will be fighting with a spirit." Talen gave the slot machine one last pull, watched as he did not win, then got up and said, "Follow me." Talen lead Lily out of the casino and back into the woods. They walked for about 10 minuets before they came to a rather large clearing. Talen looked around and smiled, saying "This will do." He turned to face Lily and said, "So, combat with a spirits is much different then combat by yourself. First there needs to be communicator between the two of you. Next you both need to religh on the other to have your back. And lastly never forget that you are a team, what affects one affects you both.

"Now," Talen said "For this lesson, you will barrow one of my spirits and use them to fight myself and another of my spirits. Now I do not exptect you to win, this is simply to see your teamwork with a spirit in combat." Talen began to show Lily all of his keys, briefly explaining who each spit was. "This is Dionysus, He... likes to drink. This is Medusa, she does not talk much but she is very  Kind. This is Amtemis, but you already know her. This is Melissa, another old friend. That there is Scorpio, my only golden key, and lastly there is Aello, a harpy."

Talen stood their for a few more moments waiting to see who Lily would take. Talen was almost sure that the mage would pick Artemis.

Lilyan was very excited and wanted to continue the training, and so, she followed him to a place she had never been before, she hadn't been in many places anyway. it was a large place with nothing but grass and other stuff surrounded by trees, the light could be seen from the top of the trees passing threw the leafs, it was a nice place to train.
When she heard the next lesson, she thought she could maybe do something good and maybe even win. Anyway, she she wanted to choose Artemis of course, it was the only one she knew, but she already helped her with her training, so Lilyan was going to choose another one this time. She was curious about what other typo of spirits he had, so she had all her attention on Talen.
Many spirits sound interesting and she didn't know which too choose, so she eliminated possibilities in maybe a very dumb way. "So... I already was with a woman, so ill choose a man this time." She thought to herself. "But which one? Dionysus? He sound funny, but Scorpio sounds... awesome." He was a golden key after all.
"Let me think... hmm" She started thinking after telling Talen she had to think. She looked at the sky and had an idea. "I have an idea. Choose, one or two?" She wanted to have Talen choose, one was Dionysus and two was Scorpio. "No wait... Ill choose... hmm" She was simply undecided between those two. "I know... Ill take Dionysus." She smiled and then thought about something she was forgetting to ask. "Wait a second, who are you choosing?"

Post by Talen 25th June 2014, 6:57 pm

Talen was surprised that Lily chose Dionysus instead of Artemis. Although he did like this fact. Instead of the spirit that she was used to it was a new one that she knew nothing about. "He is a good chose," Talen mentioned as he raised the key, "Gate of the Drunk, I open thee Dionysus!" The large spirit came out of the gate with a huge smile on his face. "Hey Talen my boy what's up!" Dionysus was teetering on his feet, and there was a strong smell of wine about him. "I am teaching Lily here about Celestial Spirit magic." Talen pointed to his guild mate, "And the next lesson that I wanted to teach her was teamwork in combat. I told her to chose any of my spirits, and she chose you."

Dionysus gave Lily a huge smile and gave her a hug, almost spilling his wine on the ground. "It's wonderful to meet you Lily, I tell you, Talen here seriously underestimates my fighting prowess." the spirit took a big swig from his whine cup before refilling it with his jug. "Want some?" the spirit said offering the girl a drink. "No," Talen interjected before She could say anything, "Trust me when I say that you do not need that before training."

Talen pulled out another of his silver keys and said, "I will be using her, Gate of the Harpy, I open thee, Aello!" The harpy came out of the gate with her wings flapping and she said "Hey Talen, hows it going?" "Good," Talen said, "I need your help in training young Lily here." Aello looked at Lily and frowned slightly, "You couldn't be training a hot guy could you?" "Aello, be nice." "Fine, fine nice to meet you."

"Alright Lily, Ill give you a moment to figure out a strategy . then we will start."

    OOC:
you will control Dionysus, He has the least developed personality of all of my spirits. You will simply have a duel with Talen with the Celestial Spirits.

Post by Lilyan 26th June 2014, 11:14 am

Lilyan was aware of her choice, it was maybe not the best idea to fight in the same team with someone you didn't know, but thats the point of the fight, learning how to get along with a spirit in battle. Anyway, when Talen summoned Dionysus, she looked at him. He was bigger than she expected, Lilyan was completely stunned until the guy said a word. He sound fun after all. But the only thing that got Lilyan's attention that much was the smell, it was a very strong wine smell, Lilyan really thought he was already drunk, and do to Talen's explanation, it was very possible. When Dionysus hugged her, she felt squeezed like an orange or something like that, and when she was ofered some wine, she was about to reply, but Talen replied for her, she was anyway saying no, she doesn't drink.
Then Talen summoned his second sprit. She was a strange spirit Lilyan hadn't seen something like. But she seemed like a good spirit. Anyway, after all the presenting stuff, Lilyan talked with Dionysus to prepare for battle. "Hmm... Dionysus, lets simply see against who do you fight well and will attack as we can." Dionysus didn't seem he thought about the simple strategy. "Sure sounds good."
"So Talen... When are we starting." She asked to his friend only making him know they both were starting. "Lets go Dionysus. Talen, we'll attack first." Lilyan turned into a fairy and flew 2 meters high towards their enemy at high speed, then she kicked the ground and lifted some dirt to blind the zone where Talen and Aello. Then Dionysus jumped attacking the center part of the cloud wthout seeing where were their enemies.

Post by Talen 26th June 2014, 4:04 pm

Talen was slightly caught off guard by Lily's dust attack, he had not thought that she would attack so aggressively. Talen covered his eyes and blocked some of the dirt from getting in his eyes, but was still partially blinded. Aello took off into the sky when the dust had started to come her way and all of it missed her. "Nice atta..." Talen was cut short when Dionysus landed almost on top of him, sending the summoner flying backwards. "Alright them," Talen said, "Aello, now!" the harpy beat her wings at the fairy form mage, unleashing a concussive blast of wind at her. Talen got to his feet and dusted himself off. "I'll admit that you two caught me off guard with that, but the fight is on where near over." Talen knew that he would have little to no luck attacking Lily as long as she was in fairy form, she was to small to hit with Titan's Hammer. Dionysus on the other hand was a giant target. Aello could evade almost anything that Dionysus  could through at her, and she could send air blasts at Lily to either force her out of fairy form or knock her out with the wind blasts.

Talen drew Titan's Hammer from his belt and prepared to attack. He came at Dionysus, first swinging at his stomach, then at his legs, hoping that one would hit. Dionysus may be one of his spirits, but this was a sparing session, and he was not going to hold back.

Post by Lilyan 27th June 2014, 8:16 am

Lilyan saw Dionysus attacked didn't hit in a target, but their enemies had separated a bit. Talen had Dionysus and Lilyan had Aello as her enemy right now. Aello reacted quick to the attack and sent a large amount of wind towards Lilyan, she wouldn't be able to resist such attack in mid air, she would probably be sent towards a tree or something, so she preferred to defend herself. "Light Screen" She said and maid her hands point towards Aello's attack. Then a big yellow screen appeared between Lilyan and the attack, reflecting it and sending it towards Aello in response. The light was so bright even Talen and Dionysus could easily notice it and maybe get a bit distracted.
Meanwhile, Dionysus was attacked by Talen's hammer. The hammer first missed Dionysus stomach since he jumped back, but then, before landing, the hammer gave a second strike and crashed in the legs making Dionysus fall. But he wasn't falling that easily. Dionysus used his arms to get up quickly and jumped trying to land a hit against Talen without even aiming, he wanted to hit any part.
Lilyan flew at maximum speed towards Aello, it seemed she had a powerful range attack, so she decided to get closer. "Light Saber" She maid some light come out from her hand making a little 1 meter saber she could use to fight. Lilyan had also a advantage in speed, or that's what it seemed, and being smaller than Aello also helped dodging attack, but the Aello's wind attack was a difficult attack to dodge for Lilyan, even if she was smaller.

Post by Talen 29th June 2014, 7:19 pm

When Lily deflected Aello's attack back at her, it took the harpy by surprise. She had not expected the little fairy to have such a good defensive spell at her disposal. The spirit tried her best to dodge the redirected the attack, but it hit her wing and she fell a few feet in the air. "That was a nasty little trick." Aello said as the Lily followed up that shield by summoning a sword made of light. Aello's eyes went wide and she started to back away from the mage. In a close ranged fight Aello would have not stand a good chance of winning, so the spirit needed to try and keep the fairy at range. She backed up some more and said, "Gale Blast!" as she flapped her wings together and launched another wind blast at Lily.

Talen's fight was not going quiet as well as Aello's. Dionysus had dodged one of his attacks, before jumping and landing on Talen. The summoner had not expected the spirit to be that quick on his feet. Maybe I do underestimate him, Talen thought to himself. When the spirit landed on Talen, the wind was knocked out of the summoner. "Get off!" Talen shouted as he pushed with all his might and managed to get Dionysus off of him. Talen picked up Titan's hammer off the ground and faced Dionysus once more. Talen took his hammer and and ran at the spirit. He tried to hit the spirit with sideswipe, before once again dropping low to take a leg and swipe at Dionysus' feet, trying knock over the spirit.

Post by Lilyan 30th June 2014, 8:46 am

Lilyan was flying towards Aello when she used her Gale Blast again, but this time, Lilyan was't able to reflect the attack. The attacked crashed in Lilyan and went flying to crash in a tree. She managed to continue, but it wouldn't work if she tried to get close to Aello in the same way. She cut with her blade the tree behind her to make it fall against herself and Aello. She quickly flew behind the tree while it fell, she was going to use it as a distraction to get close to Aello. Then she could use her blade to attack her directly. And Even if Aello could react and destroy it at time, Lilyan at least could use the broken parts of the tree to hide as she got at least some meters closer. She was doing fine, at least now, it could get complicated in the future.
Dionysus, was having some problem with Talen. He had done well actually, but it seemed Talen had already chosen a place to damage, the feet. Dionysus got up as fast as he could and saw Talen sprinting towards him with his hammer ready to strike again. Dionysus, again, got to evade the first attack, and he wasn't falling on the same trick to times. This time he tried to jump backwards instead of jumping high to be able to evade the second attack as well, but this strategy was not going to last for long, he was losing control and would quickly fall, not mentioning that he wasn't able to counter attack, he was too busy evading to land a punch. If he was able to grave something he could throw at Talen, he could get sometime.

Post by Talen 30th June 2014, 5:41 pm

Aello was surprised when Lily flew away from the spirit. We both know that I will win a long ranged battle, what is she doing... Aello got her answer when a tree came flying at the spirit. "Oh come on!!" Aello shouted as as she flew away form the tree. She did not see the little fairy coming close to her, and got a vishous slash across her left wing. She shreaked in pain and again dropped a few feet. This is not good, the spirit thought. She was taking a lot of damage, and still had not done a lot of damage to the mage. She needed Talen's help in order to win.

However Talen was having similar issues. He could not get any of his attacks to land. Dionysus was much faster then the summoner had ever expected. He normally used the spirit as a support, but Lily had managed to use him as a very capable attacker. I have to give her credit, He reluctantly thought to himself. He was going to need hep in order to win this fight, however, Aello was having similar difficulty. The two of them needed to work together in order to win this fight, not just divide and conquer.

Aello decided to abandon trying to attack the little fairy. She was to agile for to take down, however Dionysus was a much easier target. She used her speed to get away from Lily for the time being, and come at Dionysus. She flew within 10 feet of of the other spirit and shouted "Gale Blast!" and she once again fired the blast of air, but this time at Dionysus. When she did this, Talen jumped at the spirit, attacking with two swings from his hammer. The team hoped that this combination attack would be enough to take down the spirit, leaving just one target.

Lilyan got it, she had landed on her attack with the tree. And what was sometime a tree, was now a pile of wood in the ground. Then, Lilyan saw how Aello flew towards the other spirit, but he was distracted with Talen. "Dionysus, watch out." Without being able to react against such attack, Dionysus was hit by Aello's gale blast and then also attacked with Talen's hammer. Dionysus was down, Lilyan still had a little trick.
It was now Talen and Aello against Lilyan. Lilyan flew at her max speed so she wasn't hit by any attack towards both of her enemies. Then stopped just in front of them and used her Life Pillar spell. A giant shining pillar grew up from Lilyan. It was so high, you couldn't see it end. The giant pillar left a bit blind every enemy who saw that for some seconds, giving Lilyan a chance to strike back.
Lilyan quickly flew against Aello with her blade and tried to strike multiple time until she failed. She was hoping to hit this time, she had more chances though, and she now had again her advantage of melee combat. But to make things better, Dionysus also had a chance to strike back against Talen with the blinding advantage and even a clear surprise advantage since their enemies thought he was completely knocked down, but Lilyan's spell had healed him a bit to keep fighting. Dionysus woke up and quickly attacked Talen with all he got, he tried to hit him in the stomach to see if he could easily knock him down.

Post by Talen 1st July 2014, 7:15 pm

Both Aello and Talen silently cheered in their heads when they managed to take down Dionysus. It had taken the two of them, but they had done it. The two now turned their attention to their last opponent, Lily. The summoner and spirit were about to attack, when Lily lifted a hand into the air, and the two sere suddenly blinded by a brilliant flash of light.

The next thing that Aello knew, she was being attack by a flurry of slashing strikes from Lily. She did her best to avoid the attacks, however her agility was lowered due to her previous injuries and she could not see the attacks coming due to being blinded by Lily's Life Pillar. After being hit with a few attacks, Aello could no longer keep her grip on the human world, and disappeared back to the spirit world.

Talen was blinded for a few seconds before he was attacked once again by Dionysus. The spirit managed to hit Talen in the stomach, knocking the wind out of the summoner. Talen almost fell over and coughed a little. Talen knew when he was beaten, and he was man enough to admit it. Talen raised a hand and shouted, "Alright, alright you win."

Talen got to his feet and walked over to Lily. "Nice fight. I will admit that I underestimated you a little, and I payed the price." Talen sighed and looked over to Dionysus. "Thanks for the help," "No problem, it was a pleasure to beat you up!" Talen rolled his eyes as he reached over for Dionysus's wine cup. The spirit handed it to him and Talen took a short drink. "See you later." Talen said as Dionysus returned to the spirit world.

"So, how do you think the fight went?" Talen wanted to see what she thought before he told her his observatins.

Post by Lilyan 2nd July 2014, 8:47 am

Lilyan attacked many times until Aello couldn't keep fighting. Dionysus could defeat Talen. Talen seemed to know when to surrender. Lilyan had to give him credit for that. "Yei!" Lilyan shouted as loud as she could when she heard Talen, and the next thing she knew was that Dionysus disappeared. She flew with Talen and then transformed back into the girl she was before, she was almost out of magic power, it sure was tired to keep the transformation into a fairy. Talen asked her about the fight, she had to think about some things. "Hmm... I think we went that good because of the strategy we had at the start, but Dionysus finished all. I thought I was going to be faster than Aello though, she surprised me with that Gale Blast" She stopped, she wasn't sure about what to say at all. She sat down on the grass and then layed down to see the sky. "I think we did well. But it was Dionysus who won the fight at last, it was his strategy to not try to evade the last attack, he tried to take it with the less damage possible so he could have enough strength to stay her in this world, then I got what he was trying to do and used Life Pillar to heal both of us." She sat again instead of laying down and continued with a smile. "I think I did a good choice about choosing Dionysus." She got up and then asked Talen the same. "How did you feel we did in the fight?" Lilyan wanted to know how did a celestial spirit mage saw her working with a celestial spirit, and having Talen to know Dionysus was better.
