Puffles is not the most intelligent, or gentle, of creatures to ever roam Fiore. Like most of his race, Puffles is prone to brutality and violence on a scale few humans can imagine. However, unlike other types of trolls, Shade Trolls possess a base form of intelligence and reasoning, like that of a child. With patience, they can be taught right from wrong, and learn to obey orders. Puffles is one such creature that has been trained. Like any dog, he is fiercely loyal to his masters, and can show a surprising amount of affection towards them, often adding a few bruises, or even fractures in the process. To strangers, or those who would harm his guild family, Puffles is down right hostile, and has been shown to attack outsiders with little to no provocation.

Abilities: Like all trolls, Puffles is capable of regeneration, healing serious wounds in five turns, and lesser wounds in fewer turns. However, lke all trolls, he shares in the weakness to fire. Unlike other trolls however, Shade Trolls are highly resistant to magic. All magics deal one rank lower damage, IE, S rank spells only deal A rank damage, and D rank magic has no visible effect at all.

Enhancing Puffles Natural strength and resistances are several magical items. The first are a massive pair of metal boots. The normal way to fight trolls is to blast them from a distance. To counter that, Puffles is armed with a pair of boots that allow him to charge long distances at incredible speeds, moving at 100 mph. He can use these boots once every two posts, but can not turn at such high speeds. He can however stop on a dime.

His second item is his armor. Besides being incredibly heavy and thick, the armor is enchanted to enhance Puffles own, natural resistances. All spells, except the strongest, do one less level of damage, stacking with his natural resistance, so that now, unsupported S rank spells only do B rank Damage, and C rank spells are all but useless.


All Shade Trolls are also capable of several, offensive abilities. These give them a distinct advantage over their lesser cousins. The following is a list of these abilities.

Name: Deathly bellows
Rank: A
Description: Puffles focuses his inate magic into his throat before then roaring at his opponent, allowing his voice to carry the magic out through the mouth. The roar now has the ability to send anything in a thirty foot long, twenty foot wide, at its widest, cone flying through the air.
Strengths: -Very quick, and effective, attack for clearing areas.
-Difficult to predict, and trhus difficult to defend against or dodge
-Can harm with debris as well as the magic itself

Weaknesses: -3 post cd
-will harm any allies caught in the roar
- If sufficient force is applied in a blow to the midsection or throat of Puffles just prior to the roar, it will cause the attack to backfire.
-Objects of a certain weight, yet to be determined, can not be moved by the roar



Name: Smokey Breath
Rank: C
Description: Puffles again focuses his inate magics, this time however in his belly. He then belches. The belch carries with it an absolutely wretched stench and will cause vomiting, difficulty breathing, and burning of the eyes, throat and lungs. On top of this, the belch comes out in the form of a heavy, green cloud. Most people can not see more than two feet in front of them, if they can see through the tears and burning at all.

Strengths: - Cloud covers a fifty foot area, in both width and height
-Extremely difficult to block or evade due to its gaseous nature
-Can cause extreme respiratory difficulties, hindering the opponents ability to fight

Weaknesses: -5 post duration, 8 post cd
-Whilst its gaseous nature allows it to penetrate, or go around most defenses, wind will remove it.
-Will affect all allies caught in the cloud
-the cloud is very flammable

(Nope H is higher then legendary, and honestly two ranks lower then the spell is far to much. I would go with magical attacks that are above C will deal 50% less damage. While C and lower will do none to less damage. Also you need to define how much more effect fire damage will have on the troll)

His second item are his two large gloves. These take the shape of massive wrecking balls, wrapped around his normal hands. These gloves are known as the earth cracker gloves. They are heavily enchanted so that when they hit the ground they send out a massive shockwave underneath the dirt. This shockwave is felt by people when the ground around the punch not only craters, but then explodes upwards and out, forming a twenty foot cone away from Puffles.
(define damage out put, how much damage does this attack do? Also it sounds more like an ability that is enhanced by the gloves, so please clarify that too. I also need you to tell me how much damage it does without the gloves, if they ever come off that is xD)

Ok edited. After consulting with Zeno I still gave gim double level resistance to magic due to both natural resistance and armor, but supported S rank spells are unaffected by this resistance. Also removed the earth shaker thing and gave him so nasty abilities.

I spoke with you about that as well since it became a proper discussion in the chatbox XD
