Farewell to Nox Animus Empty Farewell to Nox Animus

"It's so sad to see you go! But, please do come again, we enjoy seeing that pretty little face of yours!" Ms. Ringo sang out toward Viola, pinching her cheeks as she frowned at her with her heavy bag slung over her shoulder, Melody perched on her head sweat-dropping in response. Viola had a part time job at the cafe' in Noximus city, but it was time to say goodbye and leave. Her world would change once she left, and she could no longer buy time for Ms. Ringo her co-worker.

"You're hurting me." Viola mentioned, her red haired friend laughing to herself before removing her hands from Viola's cheeks a faint blush on her face. She knew that the raven haired girl would come and see her again, she was certain of it, and was happy for that fact. Viola adjusted the heavy bag of all her belongings on her shoulder, starting to walk toward the exit of the small cafe'. She opened the door, stopping to look over her shoulder at Ms. Ringo, the light blinding her friend as though Viola were an angel. "I'll definitely come again, only for you though." she joked with a smile before the door shut, and the light was gone leaving the red haired lady zoned for a moment before she had to attend to her shop again.

Viola walked along the busy streets of Noximus, a saddened look in her eyes. Though everybody around her was happy, she couldn't seem to catch the happy vibe at all from any of the people around her. It was easier for people around her to become happy if she was as-well, but today wasn't her day. Indar and Ethan, and many others in her guild had killed innocent people. She was there that day, riding along the clouds to catch the scent of smoke. Lowering herself to see what was going on, she caught the sight of a once beautiful place lighted in flames, bodies of children and adults spread out everywhere like sprinkles on a donut. It was as if it was the repeat of her entire village dying in flames all over again, and once she found out that her guild-mates were the cause, she couldn't speak to any of them. Even though she wanted to desperately tell them all who she really was, she couldn't speak to any of them with-out having a flashback to the horrible sight from before. Especially, Indar. For some reason, though she wanted to keep it going, he had ended the relationship. She wondered if it was because he had hurt her, that one time on the last job with her team, but she wasn't sure. All she knew, was that he had also left Nox Animus without a single word, a single explanation. Viola's chest ached painfully at the thought of that, at the thought of all the memories she had with Indar and with this guild and all her friends.

The raven-haired girl now stood at the edge of Noximus, where the railing didn't exist and with one simple step you'd fall off the ship and contact the earths surface. It was quiet in the area she was in, and she peered over her shoulder one last time to look at the beautiful city. She would surely come here again, she had given a letter to Ms. Ringo to give to her guild, in hopes they would understand that she didn't belong in a guild so dark. "Goodbye." she whispered, before disappearing into the air.
