Naziel's artifact (Hydrianna's Scarf)

• Never Taken off - The scarf is never removed unless showering so it is always on Naziel's person.
  

• Power Increase - The scarf has the ability to raise the power of all of Naziel's spells by 35% and that will increase to 50% once he reaches S rank.
  

• Can't be cut - Naziel's scarf has a small magical barrier surrounding it that prevents it from becoming damaged, however its effects can be negated.
  

Weaknesses:



• Ability Negation - The power of Naziel's Scarf can be negated if a defensive spell is cast of the same rank as Naziel or higher. This will cause the Scarf to become a normal scarf for 3 posts.
  




• Offensive - The scarf has no offensive capabilities.
  




• Ignorant - Naziel does not know that Hydrianna's scarf gives him this power.
  




• Effect Drain - When the scarf absorbs an effect it loses power for 3 turns whilst destroying the opponents effect.
  

Abilities:



• Power boost - The scarf has the Ability to raise the power of all of Naziel's spells by 35% at current and moving to 50% when Naziel reaches S rank.
  




• Attack/ Effect Drain- The scarf has the ability to drain the effects of a spell such as paralysis from lighting, and Poison, etc. This ability works with Magic on the same level or lower than Naziel and this ability is capped at S rank. An example of the Ability is here;- A Poison user's spell could leave an effect on Naziel, the Scarf absorbs it, changing its colour slightly but it can change back after 3 posts. During this time the scarf loses its other ability as it disposes of the effect.

Description: Its a simple blue scarf that Naziel never removes and it reaches down to his knees and it is blue in color.

• Regenerates Magic - The scarf is able to regenerate Naziel's magic power slowly.
  

Weaknesses:

Ya need two more weaknesses.

Abilities:

• Power boost - The scarf has the Ability to raise the power of the spell that Naziel is using by 1 Rank. E.G. Naziel would use a B rank spell but it would do A rank damage. This can only be used for 1 spell per post however.
  

• Attack/ Poison Drain- The scarf has the ability to drain the effects of a spell. E.G. a Poison user's spell could leave an effect on Naziel, the Scarf absorbs it, changing its colour slightly but it can change back after 3 posts.
  

• Magic Power Regeneration- The Scarf is able to regenerate Naziel's magic power by 10% every 3 posts.
  

• Dragon Force - The scarf also allows naziel to reach Dragon Force with a reduced time when drinking water, meaning he can obtain in it in 3 posts of small drinking water or by drinking water from a lake/sea/river in 1 post. This also increases his time in Dragon Force by 1 post. <-------- Sorry. This is something I cannot allow. Dragon Force has set rules that everyone stands by, and nothing can adjust it. I spoke about this briefly with Adele, and he agrees that this is not acceptable. Also, Dragon Force means you need to drink 25% of your element at one time, not in a specific amount of posts. Just so you know.
