Personality:
Max is a very quiet person, he usually doesn't talk unless he is comfortable with the company around him, he does not Enjoy inflicting pain on anyone, however if he considers you an enemy of his friends or guild, he will hold not hold back. he is a very thought oriented person, he plans out a job and get's it done. he has great respect for every member of his guild,however he holds more respect for the stronger members who have worked their way up. He is an extremely loyal and trustworthy person.

He only socializes with those he trust's and respect's, so if he is in a good mood he can be found socializing with other members of his guild if he is not socializing or on a job he can be found in a corner of the guild hall reading books on how to operate a Guild later on in life. After a big hearty meal that fills Max up he will be more relaxed and will talk even more with people in the guild that he doesn't completely trust yet. The loud volume of the guild hall reminds him of how life can be fun and relaxing at times. He normally just has silence on his job's and is just serious. So the relaxing friendly feeling of the guild hall makes him happy and relaxed.

Max has Average leadership skill's he still let's his emotions over ride orders at times and does what feel's right. he constantly reads books on leader's to try and figure out how he can become a better leader himself.

Likes:
-Max enjoy's a good meaty meal, it makes him feel sleepy and content and he talks more with friends.
-Hanging out with friend's, it causes him to laugh and relax.
-He enjoys the loud volume of the guild hall, the world is too quiet for his liking at times.


Dislikes:
Passive Aggressive. The only way to summarize Max completely. Trying to avoid confrontations altogether has often led people to try and take advantage over him. But this is where they are wrong. He truly doesn't like to harm anyone, believing in a system where he grants a person trust before even knowing them. But, this isn't always the case. Should a person break his trust, he deems them as unworthy, feeling there is no reason to deal with this person anymore. Still trying to passively deal with them. Though should the person try again to harm, or break Max's trust, his more aggressive sides kicks in. Though he still tries to deal with the problem without harming the individual, using his magic to hold or slow his opponents, rather then harm them at first. But he also has another rule for his aggressive side, the phrase “An eye, for an eye.” Should a person state they are here to cause harm to his guild or friends, he doesn't give them any shot at his trust.

Motivations:
Max has a fairly low amount of motivation. He usually doesn't have it in him to go out and find jobs, or to do much besides read, he does have his mind set to eventually getting his act together and operate his own guild. While constantly fighting himself to actually go out and get things done, hes usually mindlessly reading books on operating his 'future' guild and planning how everything would look.

Fears:
-Loosing, it shows him that he is weak, and unable to protect himself or his friends.
-Rejection, it shows that he isn't well liked as he wishes to be, he hopes to be liked by everyone.
-Being told off, it shows he has disappointed people, and all he wants to do is impress.

i have modified his personality, and added reasons for his likes and dislikes fears and motivations. i also removed a few motivations as i felt they no longer matched up with his personality.
