Guild Event Discussion

Hello Sabertooth, Legacy here with a little announcement/request for you all.

Given how we've lost quite a few members of late, and how the activity here is now dwindling, I feel it might be great to set up some kind of a guild event where all Sabertooth members could be involved regardless of their rank or their time within the guild. With doing this hopefully we can drum up some activity, as well as maybe attract new members to the guild.

Now, many heads are better than one or two, and so I'm making this thread to get everyone's ideas for a guild event. Don't be afraid, throw in any ideas you might have, comment on each others ideas (keep it friendly mind) and let's work together to try and get one heck of a guild event planned out shall we?

I was thinking of something semi serious you know, not just some party or anything. And not something to emotional or heavy. So how about an expedition to some sort of island? Country, or mythical place? there everyone can participate in. And seeing that no one would have any ties to the place it won't resolve all around one person.

I would agree with Frederick's opinion although at first I thought of a Carnival or something like that. Even if I'm just a new member here, I would love to participate in any guild events if I'm free.

Well a whole while back there was an idea that Sabertooth would host a Great Party/Festival thing. So this might be a good oportunity to fulfill that idea.

I cant really suggest things without making a huge story arc with a bunch of smaller arcs that make up a big arc, so I am going to suggest three ideas we had on another site I am on.

we a shipping thread which was done through an event such as a carnival.

Another thing we did was a team forming thread that during it members who didn't have a team were able to form one to come over something that no one member can do alone.

The final thing we did was a battle royal where the winner of it won a prize.

also if the dungeons are up why don't we do a guild wide expedition?

I believe an event has now been planned. Thank you all for the replies =] I'm as curious as you all probably are as to what it might be!

Although Zen refuses to release any information regarding the event, I believe it is worthwhile to mention at least where to look for it. I won't disclose any other information myself either, except that it may have something to do with your guild master, Zenshin. Perhaps it would be a good idea to follow his character, ICly?

I certainly believe it won't be something any of you will regret, as it would be quite the valuable experience.
