Job Location: The Sky Tower
Job Description: Rumours have been heard of a gem that sits at the top of the Sky Tower; it cannot supposedly cannot be moved; lifted, or budged. Even by the Gods themselves. Tales say that the Gem of Time sits held up by two mighty stone griffons at the peak of the sky tower; on it's large, platform like roof. You have managed to climb the Sky Tower, and have found the rumours to be true. You note your surroundings and see that the top of the Sky Tower is gorgeous; with a ritual and mural of the sky in a mosaic on the floor. There are no edges at the peak; just flat surface; the griffons, and the clouds.
You can see all of Fiore from here. If you look off the tower's east side; you'll see the forest, and Magnolia; and even further off in the distance; you'll see Clover Lake; and the Inferno Mountains even furhter still.
If you look too the tower's left; you'll see the Sabertooth Guild Hall; nestled in the mountains you're in, far, far down below; the building nothing but a spec from way up here. However, looking straight ahead, you'll behold the beauty of Fiore's grasslands; the twin cities of Era and Crocus shining in the plains; whether it be day or night.
Too your north, you can see the Royal Palace; the home of the Politicians, nestled in the forest; and even see the gigantic beanstalk from Beanstalk Village piercing the clouds up above as you are here on the Sky Tower; and also Rose Garden, glistening in the distance like a rainbow under a constant enchantment.
Too your South, you see the Peace River; and Peace Village; nestled as a tiny spec off in the distant southern grasslands.
Although the beauty is breathtaking; you're here for one reason only. The jewel itself is said too grant one the ability too 'learn with one's master once more'; whatever the hell the rumours mean; many have tried to climb the Sky Tower and failed because of this opportunity. You however, being a Wizard; have managed to reach it's peak by scaling the massive dungeon inside.
Held up by the two Griffons----sits the Gem of Time. A clear white diamond; that fans with a golden light within every few seconds. Upon reaching up to tap a finger or hand on it; you twist into a golden glitter and are yanked inside of the gem.
(Environment of your Choosing)
There you stand; whether on mountain peak; open ocean, white lake; or open plain. With your former Mentor, and Master.
(Train well. Your Master will fight you for 24 hours at a time; with one day of rest inbetween each day of training too remember old times, smiles, and lessons. When your training is complete; the next touch from your master; whether it be a hand shake; a hug, or a pat in the shoulder; will warp you back to the Sky Tower at Dawn.)
Enemies:- The Boss / Old Master:
Corenglaw. The God of Thunder and the Master of lightning. He is just as you remember him. Calm, cool, the air of semblance around him is electrifying. But, even though he is just as you remember, there are memories and past confusions that will make this particular one a challenge. As much as you want answers, he will not give you any. No matter how much you attack, he will brush your attempts away like swatting a fly. It seems there are no other choices in this alternate world but for you to fight back. But, how long can you hold out until your legs eventually give in?

How did this happen? She was just curious. And, to be perfectly honest, Natsu was hardly one to engross her mer decisions on the lustful pull of curiousity. A simple, youthful emotion had gotten her into the one place she wanted to be and did not want to be. And as much as she had been trying to get here, this was not the place she truly longed for. Another parrell universe, trapped by the one person that conflicted her in so many confusing yet, painful emotions. Was this supposed to be torture? Perhaps the job description had been a fluke from the start. Natsu didn't know. She had forgotten a long time ago about how angry she was just thinking about that. It was brief - an aimless emotion that got her nowhere. She figured at first that it probably was just an illusion.
Or, maybe she had wished that it was. The man before her in that moment, was indeed her father. A kind, gentle God that looked down at her with a soft expression twinkling in his eyes. His long icy blue hair hung perfectly around his face, spanning almost to the bottom of his feet. He wore robes that were similiar to the way the people dressed in Midi, a country she had never been aware of until her travels first started. In fact, now that she thought about it, the way her people dressed was similiar to the culture of the Midi humans. But.. that was besides the point! The similiarity of wear was of no concern to her.
Kurama had also gotten tangled into this. Which, was both unforunate for him, and also her. She was uneased that he might figure out everything about her, but, he disappeared somewhere in this alternate world - probably watching from afar. A safe move. Her father may of been a kind soul, but, anything close to demonic was not welcome in his presence. Natsu knew of Kurama being a demon-fox, but, the latter bit of his own personal history was unknown to her. And, she wanted to keep it that way. If she didn't know his - he would not know hers. That was the mental rule she sought to keep for mistakenly letting the orangey tag along. But, lets go back to the beginning, shall we?

"We're really going to do this?" orangey inquired, peering up at the pinkette who had - as usual - an expressionless look painting her features. There were a few people at the bottom of the tower, some guards chatting, some travelers stopping to take a break. Everything seemed to be going fine. Natsu was not one to pick up on the mood of things, but, she had a good eye when it came to regarding human emotions. So far, nobody was uneased. Had this piece of frayed paper, been a scam? She figured that nobody would be around except the guards, although, there was quite a few people around, some distinctly heading up the stairway of the tower.
A soft frown made way to her brows as she raised the paper up to look at the description again. Whoever wrote this, obviously used the inked line of a pen quite frequently - after all, the personal fonting was well lavished. Albeit the anonymous, also wrote in a way that seemed slightly messy, as if this indiviual was genuinely nervous for some reason. Lowering the worn material, she literally crumpled it into the palm of her hands and tossed it aside. Ridiculous. Veering into the opposite direction of the tower, a voice suddenly halted her in her tracks.
"Hey! Little miss!" as she faced the direction prior to before, a young man fell upon her blank stare. He was taller than her, it wouldn't make much sense for the sidename of "little miss" to be made if he weren't. There was a curious yet excited look that seemed to stay glued to his features, in fact, he wouldn't stop smiling. "Hmph." she could hear Kurama mumbling horrible words that were thankfully not audible to the male. The fox went unnoticed by her feet and she waited for him to say something. "Did you come here to see the jewel of time?" the crumbled piece of paper she had tossed aside was unfolded and in his hands. Natsu blinked in slight surprise. "Its not a rumour?" she said, mainly speaking to herself. The youth laughed barely at her before folding his arms across his chest, a proud look teasing at his face. She was not looking forward to whatever long, dreadfully boring story was about to come her way.

Natsu pursued behind the male, walking calmly behind him and into the lobby of the tower. Many travelers had set up their stands, selling fruit, clothes and fortunes. It was quite interesting to see so many people at this place that had once been so silent and desolated. Some people were minding their own buisness, leant up against walls and bearing a stay-away-from-me glare. There were a few children running around with their parents chasing after them, or couples that came to witness the beauty on the peak of fluffy clouds. She hadn't even noticed the youth who sauntered off and returned shortly after - a cup of water and an apple swaying in front of her eyes.
"Whats this?" taking the things into her hands, Natsu was rather baffled by such kindness. She was beginning to wonder if this was a poisoned apple, or he had possibly slipped something into her water. "Just a little something to eat! I'm sure you traveled far of course." rearing his hand upward, he gave a small gesture for her to continue following him. The pinkette hesitated, and for once, she actually regarded the orangey who had seemed to grasp the attention of a few children. It seemed growling and cursing at them literally did nothing. When you were tiny, adorable and utterly weak - even the younglings of human kind could be your worst enemy. Natsu just barely smiled - a fleeting gesture seen by no-one. Her feet steered against the ground and she followed the male to a worn wooden table.
After examining the water and fruit for as long as she possibly could, her flawlessly arrayed teeth sunk into the apple - its sweet juices spilling into her mouth. It had been awhile since she had one of these. Usually she hunted anything that was edible in the woods. Going into town to dine on fine meals was not her style - nor her taste. Natsu had always felt more at comfort being away from the humans then surrounding herself with them. Just like now. Although, this guy and his history, not to mention anything relatively related to him was of no concern to her. She just wanted to know if the damned jewel was true. Even if it meant the possibility of this youth just handing her a rumour and no literal evidence - that was fine. It wasn't like she would die. The pinkette doubted anybody was trying to set her up or attempt to kill her. Heh, if only I could die.
